Description of Work: They were a local company; very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced the sparker (thermocouple) on our stove. It now works great and we will definitely call Mr. Appliance again.

Description of Work: Ice maker on refrigator need repaired. Worked for over a hour and and said it was fixed. It still leaks.

Description of Work: Jesse, their service tech, replaced the igniter for our oven. He was very professional and helpful - he gave us some maintenance tips for all our appliances. Next time one of our appliance breaks we will be giving them a call.

Description of Work: The service technician actually arrived early, and i was not at home, but was able to get a family member there. Technician looked at 2 appliances. Ice maker and clothes dryer. replaced entire ice maker, said that they cannot be repaired with parts. Belt replaced on dryer. Cost of service call was "waived" since repairs were done. Cost was higher than expected, but work was performed efficiently.

Description of Work: I had CO2 poisoning from a new range (I was hospitalized because of it). It took almost a week for them to get here and then the guy said he was here for a GAS LEAK, wrong problem. He brought no meters to test for the CO2, all he did was take the oven apart turned on the gas said it looked fine, put it back together said go ahead and use it and left. I did not use it. I called the manufacturer and complained. They sent a specialist with all the proper meters. He turned the oven on and right away his meters were buzzing and beeping. He turned it off and said DO NOT use this oven there is a major problem. Good thing I didn't listen to the other guy I could be dead.

Description of Work: My washer was not working. When the repairman showed up (on time) he looked at the washer, knew what was needed, gave me an estimate to approve, repaired the problem. He was very polite and efficient. I will not hesitate to contact them again.

Description of Work: Mr Appliance was very proactive in solving our oven problem. They even went to the trouble of calling ahead to have us pre-check a potential problem. They did this despite the fact that the appointment may have been cancelled in its entirety. Very nice service.

Description of Work: Evaluated washer basket mounts and electromagnetic system. Gave opinion on replacing or fixing. Gave honest evaluation - did not try to sell or ask me to do meaningless repairs.

Description of Work: Service to my LG dryer. James was very professional. He advised me that my motor was bad on the dryer and that considering it was a 6 year old high end dryer it was worth replacing the motor. I should get several more years of use from it. He had to order the part. I received a call later that day from the service department indicating they would have the part within a week and set up a date for James to come back and replace it. Everything was done timely and efficiently with professionalism. I forgot to give him the Angie's coupon for $15 off when James wrote up my initial ticket, I called immediately after he left and they adjusted my balance due.
