Description of Work: They diagnosed the repair and said they needed to order the part. When the part came in, they did not fix it immediately but only put me on their schedule WHEN the part came in. I had to wait several more days even though the part came in the next day!!!!!!!!!!!!

We service a large area with only 3 tech's, In order for us to cover as many customers as possible and since we only average 3 calls a week in the east part of the city we only go to your area 2 times a week. Description of Work: They were always my go-to appliance repair shop. Last 2 times I have used them there were mistakes made and wrong parts ordered resulting in very long repair completion times. The guys are nice but too many mistakes. Looking elsewhere now.

Description of Work: We called this company to assess a problem with our current dishwasher. They took it apart and recommended that we purchase a new one due to heavy electrical damage in the wiring. While they were punctual and very professional, we thought cost of $112 just to diagnose the problem was somewhat high.

We give a very easy Am or PM or all day schedule for our customers that is narrowed down to a 2 hour window that day of the appointment when being scheduled for a same day appointment or the day before the appointment when scheduling for another day. That is a best in the service industry. I am sorry if that won't work for you.

I don't understand what happened since our phones answer 24 hours a day 365 days a year with a person that will get your information and put it into our program. Every call that comes in even after hours is logged into our business program because our answering service schedules calls when we are not in the office. I contacted the answering service who records every call and they went back 1 week and forward to yesterday and didn't find any call from you. The only logical answer I can come up with is that you called the other Mr. Appliance who services North and East of us.

Description of Work: Mr appliance came out to repair my starter in the oven and I was so happy with their work that I used them again to replace the bearing in my dryer. My dryer was making a loud squeaky noise. I called them and they were able to schedule someone within 2 days. They called a day in advance As a reminder. They then called again the day of and actually showed up earlier than scheduled. The technician was very courteous, professional, and helpful. He put booties on without even being asked. My only issue was the pricing this time. The tech was here the same amount of time they were for the oven but the charges were way higher. I know the part is only a $30 part. Next time I will shop around but overall a wonderful job well done.
