It didn't go.
Description of Work: My small chest freezer stopped working. I called Mr. appliance, and waited on hold for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. When I finally reached a service representative, she asked for relevant details and scheduled an appointment for next week. A half hour later, The repairman called and notified me that mr. appliance does not prepare my brand of freezer. He did not know who did.
