Malik Vincent contacted me within hours of my phone call 3 days later my carpet was installed and all went great would recommend again

I started this job because I had used Molyneaux before with terrific results. Malik Vincent was my Molyneaux consultant this time. He was a great help and I felt he exceeded my expectations. He helped me understand my choices and look pass the inability of Vangura’s (counter) customer service. Unfortunately, Molyneaux’s customer service is not mirrored in their partner Vangura (Kitchen refresh) The floor installation and later a small adjustment was taken care of and my floors look fantastic. Molyneaux gives you quality products, expect to pay a little more but it is worth it for the service and installation. As far as the counter, the Vangura initial measuring/consultation made me uncomfortable and the cost seemed steep. Product is beautiful but there was some miscommunication of the size of the backsplash which caused a lot of problems both financially and time for me later after installation. I even had to contact Vangura about a question by phone after installation and was dismissed. The installers were fantastic, worked very hard to fit my counter and it has made a huge difference. Vangura “might” have the best counters ever, but the costumer service needs to reflect the product. Review for Molyneaux = A. Vangura = D

Molyneaux recently (Sept 2019) installed new carpet on our stairs from first and second floors to the third floor landing. Our design consultant Megan Baird was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving insight into such factors as how color changes with lighting, etc. Megan’s Shop-At-Home visit to our house was efficient and professional. The carpet was installed competently and skillfully. We are quite pleased with the carpet. Thanks, Megan!

I am in love with my kitchen floor and my dining room rug. I chose Molyneaux because of the great work they do and because they will bring the carpet and flooring samples right to your home. Luke P. arrived with several flooring choices and measured the area we wanted replaced. His knowledge of flooring was impressive and we ordered our flooring that evening. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished project, it is beautiful! I highly recommend Molyneaux for any flooring projects and Luke P. is your man.

This is our second time purchasing from Molyneaux and we are just as happy now as we were with our first purchase! We met our sales consultant, Lisa Clouse, at the store room where she greeted and took the time to find out what we were looking for. She showed us many types of flooring options in various colors. Two days later she came to our home with samples in hand so we could see firsthand how the floor would look. Lisa was patient and super helpful as we picked out our flooring in all of the rooms to make sure it matched throughout. The installers were fantastic! Throughout the entire install they were courteous, detail-oriented and conscience of their work. The job was completed when they said it would be and their work was beautiful. I would recommend these two gentleman for any job! From start to finish, it was a delightful experience. I have referred Molyneux to friends and will contact them any of our future flooring needs!

The sales person Shannon Davin was very helpful with finding the carpeting and flooring I needed for my home with no sales pressure. In a couple of weeks the carpeting and and flooring installers arrived and removed all of my old floor coverings and installed the new cleaning up and moving the furniture back in place. I did a walk through, and all was good. The installers Jeremy and Chris did a great job.

We recently purchased a new (to us) house and the carpet in the finished basement and entire second floor was trashed. My only previous experience buying carpet was with one of the big box retailers and we got what we paid for.. a cheap carpet and sub-contracted installation. After only a few years it looked pathetic. I knew of Molyneaux's reputation and didn't even look elsewhere. We booked an appointment online for our sales person, Debbie Nietsch (of the Pointe Molyneaux location) to come to the new house and show us samples. We found exactly what we wanted that day and they were able to get us scheduled in just a few short weeks. They even arranged for a Billiards company to come disassemble the pool table we "inherited" to make it easier for the installation in the basement. Installation finished yesterday and the carpet looks amazing. I will absolutely go to Molyneaux for future carpet needs.

Susan has been so nice to work with to order my custom rug. The process has been great with Susan from the initial phone conversation when she listened very carefully to the kind of rug that I want. Then she came to my house with samples that were just when I had described, and with her expert guidance, I selected the rug and color. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing experience with this company. Steven Porter was our rep and he was super helpful and professional and was able to answer all of our questions. The service met our expectations. The installers were great. The worked quickly and did an amazing job, they were even able to do a section of our house that we kept waffling on, I highly recommend this company and would use them again if we ever need flooring

We chose Molyneaux after a family referral and an easy in store visit. We looked at Home Depot, Lowes, and considered a few others, but made a quick decision to schedule our install after meeting Amy Walsh at Molyneaux. We gave her a price range, showed her our new couches that were being delivered, and let her know the timeline we had to get done painting and tiling before the carpet could come. I was super indecisive on which pattern to pick, so Amy took our general liking and brought them, among others, to our home to make a final decision and take measurements. The guys installed the carpet in less than two hours to perfection. They even came at 7:30 a.m. so we didn't have to be late to work AND helped move all our furniture. We will for sure use Molyneaux for any future flooring needs. They were wonderful to work with, made the process easy, and the quality of our carpet is apparent (not to mention the awesome warranty!)

From meeting in store with Steve Porter to completion of the job, it was outstanding! Very professional no pressure sales. Very professional crew and knowledgeable installation. And post job follow up, which shows that this company values their customers! The carpet looks and feels great!

This is my 3rd purchase through Molyneaux. The service and quality is excellent. They are my go to for all flooring needs. They have a great selection of products and a great staff. Their staff do the installation work and take pride in their work. They clean up after the job. Installation is excellent. On my last job, a minor problem was handled immmediately and I was very satisfied with the resolution. I don’t even comparison shop. While I may get a better price, the service and quality products keeps me returning to Molyneaux

I am a little late writing this review. With three teenagers things always seem to get pushed to the side. We had our consultation on February 22, 2018 with Susan Polaski. We were on planning on replacing the carpet in our family room but decided to do tile in one of our upstairs bathrooms and tile in our mudroom also. Susan brought many samples for us to choose from and was very patient while we picked everything out. We did not have to wait long for installation although it did have to be done over 2 days since we had both carpet and tile. We only had a problem with the grout color in the upstairs bathroom. It was not the color we had picked out. Molyneaux came back and fixed the problem and even gave us an additional discount for the issue. We love our new floors and have received many compliments. We will definitely recommend Molyneaux to anyone we know who needs flooring in the future. The amount we paid was more than we were planning to spend but the quality of the work and the product was definitely worth the price.

I was very pleased with the carpeting I purchased from Molyneaux. They worked with my budget and time constraints to get me a flooring that I like. Everyone was punctual and professional. Highly recommend!

Steve Porter came to our home with samples we discussed on the phone. He was kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with him. Then, our carpet was delivered and installed quickly, as I told him I had family coming to visit soon. The carpet looks and feels great! I recommend Steve and Molyneax!

Cindy Benson , sales consultant, from South Hills office , was very professional and informative. She kept in touch as to when the installation would be done and sorry for the short delay since they were very busy due to all the flooding of homes. The installers, Rob and Andre , were very punctual and did not waist any time in getting ready. They worked very efficiently and together with their teamwork. They got started right away in removing all furniture and carefully. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently because of their excellent teamwork' The installation was done quickly and properly and looking great. They put all furniture back in place gently and neatly while cleaning up all debris. Excellent job!!!

My experience with Molyneaux Carpet at The Point in Robinson, PA has been nothing but excellent. The design consultant, Steven Porter, went above and beyond our expectations. He made two trips to our house to help us make a final decision on the perfect carpet for us. The installation was done by professionals and we are very satisfied. I had a good experience working with Molyneaux. Their sales person, Amy Walsh, helped me pick out a color, price, and guided me through the whole process with no pressure or sales pitch.

I love Molyneaux tile and carpet. I used the Mt. Lebo office to carpet my whole house in 2015, excellent crew, very professional and the sales person, Jen, was super easy to work with, never made me feel obligated. (The other carpet company I called to get quotes from didn't even bring samples, he thought I'd just sign up given their name. No!). Also, Molyneaux's warranty on their installations can't be beat. A couple years later, I used them again to tile my entry and they did a fantastic job. I got top dollar for that house when I sold it. Now, I'm in a condo and called up the Robinson office to come give me a quote on living room carpeting. Shannon came out and brought the samples I requested. They must train their sales associates not to be pushy, but to listen for what your needs are and make suggestions off that. I felt at complete ease with her as I had each time working with them in the past. I know Molyneaux is a little pricier than other companies but it comes down to service, quality and professionalism. You pay for what you get and with Molyneaux, I know I am getting the best of all three.

We were in Robinson running errands when we decided to stop in at Molyneaux's showroom in North Fayette. I am so glad we did. We met with Amy Walsh, a sales and design consultant at Molyneaux. She was so nice. Speaking with us about what we were looking for and what we wanted. We looked at many different carpets and vinyl flooring, narrowing down things that we liked. We made arraignments for Amy to come to our house to show the samples in our home and take preliminary measurements. She arrived in the evening with the carpet samples and vinyl flooring samples we saw at the store along with several other styles and colors to look at. It was a very pleasant, very relaxed meeting. No pressure tactics. We decided to go ahead with the work. The installers arrived when they were scheduled. They went right to work. Very professional. The guys were very friendly. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up when they were done and everything is so beautiful. We love walking on our super soft carpeting and the flooring in the kitchen looks great. One of the reasons we chose to do business with Molyneaux was they are a local family owed business with their own installation crews. No subcontractors who have no one to answer to if something goes wrong. The biggest reason was of course Amy. It's easy to work with someone you like. She even came back out to the house to see the finished dining room/kitchen floor. It was an extra touch that we really appreciated. Thanks Amy and the crew from Molyneaux! From start to finish, Molyneaux was perfect! Total professionalism. The sales team applied no pressures and the installation team was wonderful. We had a fire in our home and are putting it back together. We already had the baseboards and trim and when they installed the carpet there was not one area I had to touch up! We will definitely be using Molyneaux on other flooring we will need.
