Molyneaux Tile Carpet Wood

Molyneaux installed premium vinyl flooring in three rooms in my home. I am very pleased with the end result. The contractors were accommodating and pleasant. I feel like I got the best deal possible. Molyneaux had lots to choose from. Shannon was a delight to work with. I would definitely call them for my next flooring project.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Molyneaux Kitchen Refresh program. Not only do you get the expertise and products from Molyneaux, the best flooring and tile company in the area but you get the counter tops from Vangura, the largest kitchen counter top company in the area. We had purchased flooring with Steve Porter from the Robinson Town Center store. During our consultation with him he said they were starting the new kitchen refresh program and we were so happy he mentioned it. We got personalized service and advice and we were able to see samples in your home so we could match them to the colors of our new floor and the cabinets. When it came time to pick the counter top we met the wonderful people of Vangrura at their showroom. We decided to go with a granite countertop and we were shown full 8’ x 8’ full slabs in their warehouse. We worked with their interior design consultant Nancy Drew and she provide many ideas that made our kitchen even nicer. We selected the piece of granite and before installation Vangura provide a color virtual layout using a photo of our actual selection. The selection of tile at Molyneaux for the new backsplash was incredible and we worked with Steve to select just the right size style and even the grout color during an in home appointment. The installation process was also performed with some of the best professionals. They were efficient and skilled with every part of the installation paying attention to every detail. Working with seasoned professional from both companies made our experience unforgettable. When we need new flooring in the future we will only need to make one call to Molyneaux. If you are thinking of a small or major change to your kitchen or interior you need to check with consultants at Molyneaux for the MVP experience.

Was my first time using Molyneaux but I would highly recommend them and will definitely consider them for future projects. Our sales associate, Shannon, was fantastic. She was very helpful while not being pushy for more expensive products.

We recently had Molyneaux install carpet in our house, and were very pleased with the overall experience. The sales rep, Steve Porter, was very professional and knowledge of the products. Couldn't be happier with the finished product and quality. The installers did a great job moving furniture and installing carpet. I don't even know where to begin! My husband and I finally purchased our first home after 3 years of looking! The previous owners had a dog and unfortunately there was a large stain on the living room carpet and it just smelled like wet dog especially when the sun was beating down on it. Molyneaux Flooring was the first place we walked into to find our new carpet! And we were glad we stopped looking from there. We met Shannon right when we walked in the door! Super super super nice lady! She showed us the samples, showed us price ranges and even offered a free home consultation. She brought more carpet tiles than imagined. I think we dropped more in the grass trying to bring them in! Of course because of Covid we had to wait a little longer than planned but we tried our best to be patient. I was at work when the carpet got installed. My husband gave me a play by play and said how professional and nice they were. They even cleaned up after removing the old carpet before putting the new carpet down. When I came home from a long 12 hours the first thing I did was lay down on it. It's soft and comfy and we even somehow managed to match our couch to it! (Not planned-couch was picked out before carpet) All in all, it has been almost a month later and I've never seen my husband want to vacuum the carpet so much! We absolutely guarantee Molyneaux Floor if you are looking to redo your house!

Would highly recommend. Susan Polanski was our consultant. She was friendly and professional. She spent quite some time with us as we went through all the options. She gave us quotes for work we wanted right away as well as estimates on future work we wanted done. Carpet installation was also a great experience. They were in and out quick and extremely courteous. We will be calling Susan again for our future flooring needs!

Everything went well. I talked to the sales people and they stopped by with floor samples for me to look at in my house. Every one wore their mask.

This was our second time purchasing from Molyneaux and our experience with Ron Kuprik and with the carpet installation team was exceptional, once again. Ron is very professional, kind, and helpful. They were able to get our project done on a short timeline, cleaned up after themselves, and even left us with some extra carpeting. We will continue to use this local company in the future.

We love our new Hardwood flooring. We had it done in our kitchen, dining and foyer. The flooring has give. Our house a whole new look. Shannon Davin our consultant was excellent. She provided several samples and also provided additional selections to meet the right look for us and match the new carpet we had installed as well. The final look is amazing. I called Molyneaux on a Tuesday and I had Steve Porter at my house by that Friday. He gave me a reasonable quote. Carpet was installed three weeks later. Due to Covid it was on a small back order. The guys came on time to do the installation. They were nice. Greeted me and answered all of my questions to the best of their ability. The installation took about two and a half hours. I had my attic and one bedroom carpeted. The attic steps have pie steps. And I guess those can be kind of tricky. You can’t tell they had any issues. They look perfect. I only had one issue with a few of the tack strips poking through. They came back two days later and fixed them. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We got new carpet for our living room and we could not be happier! Shannon was our consultant and was very great to work with. Within a few days she brought samples to our home, measured the room, and we were able to pick a carpet that day! We did have an issue with it being on back order (which was out of their control) but Shannon was very accommodating and promptly called to let us know and gave us the opportunity to choose a new one. The carpet was installed within a few weeks and looks great! I would definitely choose Molyneaux again for a future project.

We are extremely pleased with our carpet installation. We selected two different colors and styles - main floor and upstairs as well as game room. Our design consultant Shannon Davin was awesome and so patient with us in making our selections. She provided excellent guidance with the selections. From start to finish including coordination of the install date went smooth. We highly recommend.

Shannon has kept in touch throughout the process and beyond. Our installation was a breeze! Two crews were available to install, one for hard flooring and one for carpet. Both teams were incredibly efficient and got the work done perfectly in less time than estimated. Each crew was sure to go through once they were finished and make sure our home was put back together just how it was found AND they took the time to vacuum and wipe down any surface that was left dusty or dirty. I would highly recommend Molyneaux for any flooring project. It was well worth every penny we paid!

Ron Cuprik did a great job explaining the various products and provided expert advice on the best product for my home. After seeing the job they did on my sisters home, it was an easy decision to make. The entire process was smooth and the installers were professional.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Steve Porter in Sales was professional, courteous and very accommodating to our schedule. No pressure whatsoever. Installation was great! Very large area with a LOT of furniture to move. The team was done in 1 1/2 days! They left the house exactly as they found it, except they replaced our ugly carpet.

Our Molyneaux experience was fantastic and it started when we walked in the store. The Robinson showroom had every type of floor covering you could be looking for. We wanted to replace 30 year old carpet and 15 year old linoleum. This was a project that we had put off for many years. We had casually shopped the big box stores and one other flooring store but were not impressed enough to make the decision to purchase. The Molyneaux experience continued once we met Steve Porter at the showroom, we knew we had met a qualified and sincere salesman. He spent time with us to explain all the different types of floor covering from hard wood to ceramic to vinyl options. We decided on Shaws luxury vinyl plank flooring. Steve brought a dozen samples to our house to make the selection process easier and to help us see the color in the rooms where it would be installed. Steve was able to also do the measurement with a laser tool to determine the amount we needed. He was able to make the calculation and we had a price that night. He offered many options for payment including 3 year no interest. Steve made the experience simple and easy. The Scheduling of installation was easy and they were flexible to meet our schedule. We were having 3 rooms installed including new base board in all rooms and they estimated 2 days. We had a great installation crew with “Junior” as the crew chief. The installers were fast and very efficient. They arrived on time and started within 10 minutes of arriving. We were very surprised when they had the full job completed in one day. Steve followed up while they were installing and also days later to follow up on how the process went. We are very happy that we stopped to check Molyneaux and very happy we had Steve Porter as our sales consultant. If you are looking for flooring you need to start with Molyneaux and have them give you their #1 experience.

5/22/2020 I had purchased a new home that needed flooring throughout. I was in a bit of a time rush hoping to get it in between my closing and move in date. I was undecided if I wanted carpet, hardwood, laminate, etc...Steve Porter came with a bunch of samples and suggestions. I carpeted most of the house and had vinyl placed in my dining room & kitchen. Fortunately I got the carpet in prior to the COVID-19 restrictions but had to wait for the vinyl which was no fault of Molyneaux. The installers were professional & efficient. Over all I had a very good professional experience.

What a fabulous experience we had. Our consultant Shannon Davin was not pushy and wonderful to work with. The installation crew were very professional and extremly safe during this covid crisis. Would defintely use them again.
