Knowing their reputation for quality products and customer service, I contacted Molyneaux for my flooring replacement. I was still unsure exactly what type of flooring would best suit my family's needs, so I had questions. I was matched with Steve Porter, a local consultant. I was very impressed by Steve’s professionalism. He asked all the right questions, working to understand my expectations. He provided details about Molyneaux’s range of products - from carpeting to luxury vinyl plank - and he didn't stop there. He also described the installation process, which was going to be somewhat more challenging in our space b/c carpet, hardwood and tile currently intersect in different rooms. In the end, I chose DreamWeaver carpet and 8# padding, and even in the color that Steve recommended. Flooring is a big investment, and in a world of HGTV where everyone claims to be an expert on all things home improvement, I confidently recommend Molyneaux and Steve Porter.

Molyneaux did flooring in my living room. The sales representative Susan Polaski was wonderful. She helped us pick out a affordable and durable product. The process was super quick and I would recommend them for any flooring or carpet installations. I am very pleased with how my flooring looks in my living room. I could not be happier.

We had scheduled an appointment for Molyneaux to come out to hour home and help us with our decisions. Debbie Nietsch was the rep that came and she was just outstanding in helping us feel comfortable about making the right choice. She found us many discounts that got the cost way down for us. She went over everything and we did not feel pressured in any way as she was just a great help. Even after the installation when I had some questions and called her about them, she was right on it to get me the right answers I needed. The installers through Molyneaux were Bob and Jason and they were great. I would highly recommend them also. They took extremely good care while moving my furniture as well as giving me very good information on how to care for my carpet so if for any reason we needed to go back on the manufacture warranty, there would not be any problems. I would highly recommend Debbie and request this installer team to install your carpets too.

Steve Porter was an excellent salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the flooring. He did not pressure us. He kept in contact during the whole process to make sure we understood what was going on. He called after installation to make sure everything went well. The floors are gorgeous and they are exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend.

My experience with Molyneaux started with a few text messages back and forth from design consultant, Steve Porter. I sent him some inspiration photos I had tagged so he could get an idea of the style we were going for. He used the photos to select a variety of samples that he brought over to my home. It was great having the opportunity to see the samples in the room/environment we were making over. Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional, prompt and friendly. Would absolutely recommend their services.

This the second project I have used them on. Steve Porter did a great job reviewing the products. Job went well but a defect was discovered after the installation. I called and the problem was handled by installing a new floor! Great company.

Our experience with buying vinyl planks and carpet from Molyneaux for our house was exemplary. Ron Cuprik, our salesman, was superb. After one visit to the store where we met Ron, he brought samples and did measurements at our house. Ron was extremely helpful and friendly. We knew right away we had made the right decision. Added to this favorable experience we then had installers from Molyneaux do the installation. Both the vinyl plank and carpet installers were excellent. Their workmanship and knowledge of the task at hand was excellent. I can't imagine getting a better job from start to finish than at Molyneaux.

We had a small issue with the installation of our laminate floors and they were very easy to work with to amend the issue, both professionally and very quickly. Highly recommend!

She was extremely knowledgeable about the different styles and manufacturers and she helped us pick a great color that looks great with our furniture and wall colors. The installation guys were also really good, courteous, and efficient!

I got carpet for the main area of my game room and it is great. The guys installing the carpet were very professional and respectful of my property. Since I was so happy with the product and workmanship, I decided to get vinyl flooring for the other section of my game room.

What can I say.? Absolutely amazing. Molyneaux was able to transform my dusty basement into a warm living space! The work is impeccable and the customer service is second to none. I praise Malik Vincent from the Oakmont showroom for his dedication to his customers. He went out of his way to make sure that I got the best product for the best price. He made me feel like I was the most important customer in the world! Special shout out to our installer Junior for doing a such a great job. New carpet was a MUST in my child’s room when we moved in to our home built in 1950! With me being very picky, I found that the help and selection at Robinson’s/ North Fayette Molyneaux was best to find what we needed! We were guided by RON CUPRIK and I tell you what...he treated us like FAMILY! He was able to come to our house (so helpful with little ones), listen to our concerns, guide us to the best options AND respect our price range! The carpet hasn’t moved and is so comfortable to walk barefoot on since Molyneaux uses high quality padding. We are very impressed and will DEFINITELY be going back to see RON CUPRIK for baby #2’s room in the near future! 💞

We had a great first time experience with Molyneaux! After looking at a few other local places, on a whim my husband and I stopped at the Robinson Township location and met with design consultant Amy Walsh. Amy was great to work with! Compared to other places we shopped at, she went above and beyond with us. We took our time looking through the store and pulling samples of their luxury vinyl to replace the majority of the flooring in our home. Amy was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. We set up a time for her to bring the samples to our home and take measurements for a quote. With having pets, it was very important for us to find the right product that would last in our home. Once the final decision was made, Amy came back to our home to finalize all of the details. The installation went great, we had one hiccup with the material adhering to our stairs, but Molyneaux was quick to take care of it for us!

We've had not so good experiences with a big box store and wanted someone local with a good reputation who we could trust. From beginning to end, from the initial showroom experience to the in-home consultation to the installation, everything was great. We would recommend Molyneaux to anyone considering new flooring.

I am so glad I did because they installed my carpeting throughout my entire home with perfection.
