I choose Molyneaux having used them before and being very satisfied. My sales person this time was Steven Porter, he made the process easy from the purchase to the installation. The finished product looks great and we are very happy with the results.

Our experience with Molyneaux from the in-home visit through the installation was outstanding. Our Design Consultant (Steve Porter) was thorough and patiently answered all our questions. We have a pretty "full" house (Furniture, etc.) so were a little concerned when only 2 guys showed up for the installation, but we needn't have worried as they were amazing. We could not be any happier!

Molyneaux was lovely to work with through the entire process. I chose them because of the ease of dealing and getting through the entire carpeting process. I would use them again if I needed to. My salesperson was Amy Walsh.

Terrific service from salesman (Tim-Oakmont), scheduler and installers. Beautiful results with quality product. Worth every penny!

The entire project was a pleasant experience. It started with Cindy Benson. She came to my house on time and with all the materials we had discussed in preparation for the visit. She was very knowledgeable and continued to follow up on the project as it progressed. The installers were friendly and did a great job. I had an issue with my stairs, which had nothing to do with Molyneaux. Josh worked with me and couldn’t have been nicer. I even contacted customer service with a question and the representative was very friendly. I would definitely recommend them. They are a company that cares about their customers, which is hard to find today.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and customer service. Megan Bairds from the Oakmont location is awesome. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a carpet.

Our in-store and in-home experience was pleasant and professional. The in home consultation was easy. Our measurements were done quickly and our consultant Steve Porter, was helpful and answered all our questions. When we needed a previous carpet installation re-stretched a few years after installation and the process was very easy.

Molyneaux did not finish 2 of the 6 rooms on the day of installation due to damage to the carpets. I had scheduled the carpet installation prior to moving into the home so the delay complicated our move. It took a few weeks for them to return and we couldn't unpack the rooms until then. The company communicated poorly with us after the first day and never seemed very empathetic with our problems. The salesman was no help. No compensation was offered for the long delay. The carpets look great though but I will not use Molyneaux next time.

The whole project went fine from start to finish. Tim helped us with our tile and grout selection. He explained the procedure and products that would be used. Sam did an excellent job installing the subfloor and ceramic tile. He cleaned everything up when he was done. I would highly recommend Molyneaux to my friends. Naomi Frankel

The vinyl appears to be coming up in the bathroom. I was not told th price of the difffernt kinds of carpet. I picked one that was aesthetically pleasing but was never given a scale of prices or any info about what would be the best carpet would be best in the our living area.

perfect. they were the only one out of 4 that explained to me why I could not install solid wood wide planks which is what I wanted and none of the others did

Our consultant, Bill, was so helpful and came to our home with many samples to choose from. The installers were great and did an excellent job. We recommend Molyneaux to our family and friends and will use them in the future!!

Molyneaux made it easy to select the right carpet and get it installed when we wanted. It was nice to deal with a company that has professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking salespeople and installers. I also wanted to thank our salesperson Bill P****** and the installers for answering my husband?s many questions about carpeting.

When we decided to go to the Molyneaux store in November to look at carpet, we were met by Amy who became our salesperson. She was very professional and helpful. She came to our house and brought samples with her and measured the area. Our carpet was installed in December. The installers were very professional and arrived in a timely manner. We were very satisfied so we deceided to have the Molyneaux company install carpet on our stairs to make the rooms look complete. We returned to the store and Amy came out within two days. She measured the stairs and we proceeded to complete the transaction in the store with a down payment for the service. We are now awaiting the install of the stair carpeting and we are very satisfied to this point for the service we have receiced from Amy and the Molyneaux company.

We were looking for new flooring to replace the marble tile in our foyer. Unfortunately, new marble was quite out of our price range. Our sales man, Bill P******, was able to bring us multiple alternatives that were both beautiful and much more affordable. Our new floor looks every bit as lovely and unique as marble might have. Kudos also to the installer who did a superb job. Removing the old floor was not an easy task, but he was able to complete the entire project in one day. We could not be more pleased with Molyneaux's sales professionals and installers, and would recommend them highly to anyone.

We are thrilled with the new carpeting that we purchased from Molyneaux. We wanted quality carpeting throughout our first floor. With the expertise and guidance of our salesman, Bill P******, we were able to get fantastic carpeting. Although a little pricey, it's true what they say.........you get what you pay for. The installers were wonderful. They worked conscientiously through the day and didn't stop until they had completed everything expertly, replaced all of the furniture, and cleaned up thoroughly. An A+ job all the way round. I thank them all every time I walk through the house barefoot.!

It went fantastic!!! When we called to have someone come give us an estimate; Bill P****** was very helpful. We wanted the carpet to match the carpet we bought in 2006 (and it still looks and feels like new) - he told me he would look it up and get back to me....he called me back in less than 15 minutes. He scheduled a time to come give me an estimate. He was on time for the appointment. He was able to measure and give us an estimate right then. He was thorough and went over everything and answered every question we had. Very Professional. I picked the day I wanted it installed. The installers called first thing in the morning and gave me the time they would arrive; which was the exact time they arrived. They were polite, and immediatey got to work on the task at hand. They had it all installed in less than 2 hours and they cleaned everything up - they even ran the sweeper for me!!! I love my Molyneaux carpet. I used them in the past, I used them now, and I will definately use them in the future. I have 3 bedrooms that I need to put new carpet in - and I will definately call Molyneaux for the job!
