Description of Work: Although it’s been a while since Renee rozzi came out, measured and ordered for us, our kitchen backsplash is now complete. Our tile for the kitchen backsplash came in and wants to be installed in January but the wrong tile was delivered. Josh, super awesome, re-ordered the correct tile. Ordered extra checked for correct tile and scheduled us for installment super fast. Thank you for expediting. Made our experience nice dealing with such a caring company. And I love the outcome!

Description of Work: Avoid Molyneux like the plague. Their prices are insane, their quality is terrible, their customer service is poor, and the purchasing experience is very high-pressure/commission driven. I wish I would have shopped around more. They put new carpet in my family/dining room area and upstairs bedroom and hall. We had already signed up when they informed us that the carpet we wanted was unavailable. They offered a $75 gift card for referring someone to them. We referred our in-laws and submitted all the required paperwork for credit on the sale. No gift card. Not even a thank you. The installation quality was very poor. A year after installation, the upstairs carpet began to ripple. It's now been three years and I trip over it all of the time. We called to see about having this fixed and to see if they would be willing to help us with the basement carpet. All they wanted to do was make a sale. They charged me seven grand for the whole house. They quoted us over $3,000 FOR ONE ROOM. The sales person didn't even know we were a repeat customer. She wanted a quick commission and didn't care. This place is a joke. They do a lot of advertising and obviously have a well-developed marketing team. What they don't have is quality service for a fair price.

+ 0 moreRon Cuprik came to our home and provided us with a nice selection of carpets to analyze according to the type and styles we specified. He answered our questions and explained the differences between carpet types, the carpet installation process, etc. The new carpet was ordered and the installation began in less than 3 weeks. Two workmen installed the carpet over two days. They were timely, professional, and did an excellent job installing carpet in the rooms and stairways. The workmen did an excellent job with the third floor bedroom, which was particularly tricky since the room has an oddly shaped floor plan. The workers also hauled away the old carpet remnants, which we greatly appreciated. Ron followed up with a phone call after the installation was complete to see if everything was to our liking. He encouraged us to contact him if we encounter any problems, have questions, or need assistance in the future. Molyneaux may be a bit more expensive than other carpet retailers; however, the superior service, carpet quality, and on-time installation was well worth the price.

+ 0 moreMark came to our house with samples, inspected the rooms we wanted to have done, and provided us with an estimate. He worked the estimate in a number of ways so we could do some or all of the project. He was very nice and has kept in touch with us. He even called us back a couple weeks later to suggest a new product they were carrying that would save us some money. We will probably have the floors installed this winter.
Description of Work: Provide an estimate for removing carpeting and installing hardwood floors in our bedroom, hallway, and stairs.

+ -1 moreI have used their services in the past, they did some carpet for me. They were able to complete the work in one day, which is what they told me it would take. They do good work. I could not be more pleased with the work they did for me.
Description of Work: They came out and tore up the old tile flooring and layed a sub floor. They then replaced it with new flooring. While they were here they fixed a few squeaks.

+ 0 moreScott was very helpful. He helped me to narrow my choices and figure out what was the best carpet for me. The carpet was installed on the day it was scheduled for. I was not shopping for the cheapest price but for quality and prompt service and that's what I got. I'm sure it could have been done cheaper but I wasn't on a tight budget and wanted it done right.
Description of Work: Reviewed carpet choices and helped me choose style, color, and weave. Came to my house to measure, He was able to install it by the date I requested. Sent installer who installed carpet and padding and was done before noon.

+ 0 moreThe carpet was beautiful. I am very happy with the carpet. I have had; however, some problems with the installation and the price was ridiculous. My original estimate was $11,800 but I received a 20% discount (that everyone receives) and a 10% discount from the manufacturer to come down to the price that was agreed upon. I was not in town at the time of installation and didn't have time to find another installer so I did make the expensive decision to go with them. I had to have the installers come out after it was done to fix 5 seams that were put together poorly. I can still see 3 of the seams but I have learned to just accept it. The installers were very nice when they came back and were very professional. Everyone I spoke with was really nice but I just think that the prices are way overpriced. I could have gotten the same carpet installed from another company for about $6000 (and that's without a discount).
Description of Work: I had carpet installed in 3 bedrooms, 1 hallway and a study.

+ -1 moreCalled to schedule an appointment and received a quick response and date where they could come out with the various products I was interested in. One of my concerns was with the laminate flooring being scratched from my pets. During the visit we were able to discuss financing options as well and get everything scheduled. Pre sales was wonderful. Once the materials came in, I did receive a call in regards to pushing up the date of the install if I wanted to - because of my work schedule I wasn't able to but we did reconfirm the date. On the day of the install I had called the customer satisfaction hotline around 9:30am to find out when they were coming. I had expected them around 8am. I did get a call from the installers when they were on the way but never heard anything from the message I had left on the hotline. Once there, they were able to move the furniture, install the pad, transitions and laminate floor that day. They were very professional and the floor is AMAZING!
Description of Work: Removed existing carpet in living room/dining room area (also hauled away). Installed laminate flooring and pad. Installed quarter round on existing baseboards in living room. Installed rubber cover in dining room.

+ -1 moreThere was a problem in the linoleum. It made a little ridge that kind of rose up, but they came in and fixed it so I was pleased with that. I feel that it was a fair price. I also like how the linoleum looks like hardwood.

+ 0 moreThey had great knowledge and helped us pick out brand of carpet that we received. They worked quickly and tidied up everything when they were done. I really like the padding as it was an upgrade from my previous carpet. They took the trash out however did not take it with them as I had to dispose of it.
Description of Work: They installed new carpet in the living room, dining room and bedroom. They moved all our furniture expect the piano, which I had to do.

+ -1 moreThe floor itself is medium sized, something like a living room. I was very happy with this contractor s quality of work and the fact that he was prompt and very nice. He answered all my questions well and really put down a very beautiful floor for me. I will use this service provider again to install another floor and don t mind recommending him.
Description of Work: This contractor took out a floor in my downstairs, discarding all the waste with him when he left. He then put down a brand new hardwood floor. I am not sure of the exact size but he took about 2 full days to complete the job.

Molyneaux sales rep, Matt Prosser was very patient and gracious and showed us all options, and then the technician who was to perfom the work came to our home. We have an old house and had some issues with the kitchen floor, so he recommended a product called Konnecto, and it is perfect! They were patient with us about a bench we have in our kitchen and worked beautifully around it. They even negotiated on the price of that flooring as it was more than our original estimate. The carpet layers and flooring experts were professional, efficient and extremely good. The follow up from Phyllis in the office was excellent as we had to have a few more doors shaved a few days later. She was very professional and understanding as well.

Prior to his being our contact, however, the representative left the company and the company never contacted us. The carpet looked beautiful installed and we are very happy with it. However, we felt it was REALLY expensive, but we could not find anything we liked in a lower price range.
