Renee and Dan were fantastic whe they came to measure our rooms and tlak through our project. They explained every detail of what the project would entail and how their installers would operate. They explained the financing options clearly. Plus, they were easy to talk to and funny. I would highly recommend their company and them specifically!

We were in a pinch with time to get carpet installed in our new home before our scheduled move-in date, due to a falling out with a previous contractor. Stephanie saved the day. She went above and beyond after listening to our concerns to get us carpeting installed the SAME WEEK! We also paid less than we were anticipating! We are pleased to provide an outstanding review for our flooring experience with Molyneaux tile, carpet and wood. We had a little trepidation in opening our home in the context of the pandemic but from the very beginning, with the initial meeting with our Design consultant, Malik Vincent (located at Molyneaux Rte. 286- Holiday Park) we knew we were working with an extremely professional organization. Malik guided us in making the best decisions for our first and second floors in our homes given our lifestyle and needs. And masks and social distancing were always observed. The hard flooring and carpeting teams were also highly efficient, respectful and hard working. Molyneaux has employed individuals who are gifted in their respective areas and the results are beautiful. Even the plumber who was called upon to help with the hard flooring installation in the bathroom went above and beyond what was expected and asked of him. And the proof is in the pudding. Both my husband and myself, but perhaps, most importantly, our teenage boys, are all extremely pleased with the finished products. Molyneaux receives our highest recommendations and would use them again with no hesitation whatsoever!!!

when my husband and I decided to remodel your kitchen the process was very overwhelming to say the least. when it was time to do the flooring I didn't know which company to go with. one of the companies I called was molyneaux and that's when I first met Steve Porter. He came out to her home with flooring and carpet to pick from. He was so patient accommodating and knew what he was talking about when it came to flooring. After looking at many samples we finally picked are beautiful floor which was just installed. The installers were amazing to. I highly recommend Steve Porter as your salesperson located at the North Fayette store. You won't be sorry. molyneaux is a great company and Steve as a wonderful sales person

We needed new carpet in 2 bedrooms & one large hall that incorporated steps. Our design person was TIM CLARK from the Oakmont store. He took the time to get a feel for what I was looking for before he visited & one of the samples he brought was what I ultimately selected ( pretty good ESP!) His "at home" visit with samples was pleasant ,informative and fruitful. I visited the store to verify selections and we wrote the contract . Carpet was ordered & installed within 2 weeks. The installers, DAVE & Brendan were great! Very helpful , easy to work with and provided excellent services - some of the install was a little tricky, fitting patterns & winding around steps. They were definitely top shelf service. I would definitely return to Molyneux for flooring needs !!

We were recommended by friends to try Molyneaux. happy we did. Steven Porter, our sales rep., was great. He came to house with right samples, as per our earlier conversation. Pricing is competitive and the carpet quality is beautiful. Carpet came in early and was installed without a hitch. Customer service & follow-up is excellent. We will use Molyneaux again!

I wanted to take a moment to review Molyneaux flooring and the sales person, Rob Celedonia. After a preliminary phone call to discuss our carpeting project, budget, and timing, Rob came to our home to calculate the floor space as well present us with carpet options that matched our plan for the overall project. Rob demonstrated a deep knowledge and understanding of the various carpets, and delivered a matter-of-fact presentation of the products. What pleased me the most about Rob’s presentation was the lack of high-pressure sales tactics. More to the point, Rob encouraged me to take my time figuring out what we wanted to do, and left us various samples to assist us in figuring out what color/product we wanted to have installed, if anything. We were encouraged to evaluate other company’s products as well, which we did, but were hardly impressed by the competition. Home Depot, I’m looking at you. The product and pricing were far superior to anything anyone else was offering. Rob was exceedingly patient as he walked us through the process of explaining the various types of carpet Molyneaux carries, warranty information and differences, performance differences, etc. over the course of 3 separate consultations (1 in our home, 2 in the store). Throughout the process, Rob made us feel comfortable and confident in Molyneaux by maintaining a professional, no-nonsense, zero-pressure sales approach. We were just as impressed by the installers, Bob and Jay, as we were by Molyneaux’s products and Rob’s sales and product acumen. They were professional, cordial, and above all treated our home, furniture, and pets with an incredible amount of respect. In fact, they made a doggy-bed for our elderly mini schnauzer and carried him with them as they moved from room to room. Our dog absolutely loved it! On top of that, their skill and professionalism were absolutely unmatched. Within 2 days they removed and replaced carpeting on 4 sets of stairs, 2 hallways, 2 landings, and 3 fairly sizable rooms. They did a custom wrap on our barrel steps that every other company who evaluated them said could not be done. In the end, the new carpet has transformed our home, thanks in no small part to Rob, Molyneaux, and their installation team. I am quite impressed with Molyneaux, and I will definitely be reaching out to Rob Celedonia for our next flooring project soon.

Rob Celedonia answered the phone when I began investigating where I'd purchase a new carpet. Rob followed through immediately with a visit to my home with samples according to what I described to him. I had previously selected Molyneaux for carpeting years ago and was happy with their product. I selected a 'fog gray' carpet for my living room. All went so well, from beginning to end. The quality of the carpet was what I needed and installation went well. All in all, a timely response and attentive salesperson along with a quality product leaves me with the decision to select Molyneaux for future carpeting needs. Thank You Karen Lehman
