Although I called their main number, I was directed to the Molyneaux Carpet Store at the Pointe at North Fayette. Lisa was my salesperson, and was extremely helpful. She came to my home very soon after my call to measure and give advice. She was also extremely helpful when I later went to the store to look at the samples, not just by giving me all the information I needed on the various types of carpeting, but being very patient while I made my selection. The installers were prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. I would definitely use Molyneaux again.

Installation took a couple of days, was timely, professional and they did a great job. Plan to use them soon on another project. Would definately recommend.

The salesperson who came to our house was nice, helpful and not at all pushy. We chose our carpets quickly and in just a couple of weeks had them installed. The man who installed the carpet came with his son. They were quick and efficient. They had our bedroom furniture apart and out of the room in a few minutes!! The carpet looks great. We are very pleased. The whole experience was easy. We would use them again.

I have used this salesperson--Harry--in the past for my mother's house. He is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The work was actually performed a few days earlier than was estimated, which worked out fine. The installation was professional, on time, and tidy. I like that the installers work for Molyneaux; my carpet installer had been with the company for 20 years. That certainly garners trust. A great experience from start to finish.

Terrific! I was pleased with the quality of the carpeting, the chance to make a thoughtful and informed decisions about how the unusual color would look under the various lighting conditions in my home, and the overall result. I would do business with Molyneaux again, and specifically with Graydon Fisher.

Selection and pricing process was painless. They promptly visited our home to verify sizing and complete the order. Carpet was installed a week or so later, installers arrived on time and the room was completed quickly and professionally. Installers left the room spotless and the carpet looks perfect. We did not shop for competitive pricing, but I'm sure with their large selection they would have something in everyone's price range. We will be using them as we complete other rooms during our updating.

Cindy was very nice, very knowledgeable and great to work with. She made good suggestions, and we think we chose a very nice carpet. The installers were supposed to arrive between 8:00am and noon, and arrived at 2:00pm, and didn't call to say they were running late. We needed to call (twice) to find out what was going on. Hence the 'C' grade in punctuality. But, once they arrived, they were very nice, and the installation went quickly. However, they did forget to bring the padding for our hallway carpet, so we had to get that a few days later. Overall, the carpet seems to be a very high quality, and the installation seems to have been done very well. We would work with Molyneaux again.

Since we just recently joined Angie's List we thought Molyneaux ( Quinn Drive Showroom) deserved a review for a job well done. The sales representative came to our home to show us a wide array of carpeting and permitted us to look at further examples in the showroom before given an estimate. The sales representative was very thorough and patient with us. The crew was punctual, professional and meticulous with their work. We trust Molyneaux with any future work to be performed in our home and would recommend them to our family and friends.

The Sales Representative was very thorough and patient with the estimate and even allowed us to visit the showroom to compare a bigger variety of wood choices for our kitchen. The crew was punctual, professional and meticulous with their work. I would trust Molyneaux Carpeting with any work to be performed in our home in the future and would recommend them to our family and friends.

After visiting the store, the salesperson (Sam Mussomeli) came to our home and measured all of the rooms. He brought carpet samples that we had previewed at the store so we were able to make a better decision seeing the samples in our home. We have a grand piano so Sam arranged for piano movers to come in advance and move the piano to another part of the house. (They came back on another day to put it back). Since the entire house was being carpeted, it was scheduled for two separate days in a week apart at our request. The installers called in the morning before they came and were very professional. They moved furniture, removed the old carpet and padding and installed the new and then replaced the furniture. Sam called twice to make sure our experience was going well. They did an excellent job. We have been very happy with our carpeting experience.

We had an excellent experience with Molyneaux. We initially filled out a form online to schedule an onsite consultation. We scheduled this for friday night at 530/6pm. Yikes. Sure enough, however, the sales manager showed up on time with plenty of samples. The bonus was prior to becoming a sales manager he had installed carpet for 15 years. We were able to receive a very detailed approach to how our installation would go along with recommendations on the best techniques based on how the stairs were installed. He had just the samples we needed. Our decision was quick and fluid. Atfer the consulation was finished we were satisfied with the encounter as well as the price. We hired them and set an install date for 9/17 in the am. On 9/17 the install rep called and was happy and a pleasure to speak with. He had no issues following directions on how to get into the house or following the work log. He was done by lunch and we settled up. I met him at the house and he was a very nice gentleman. I was amazed at his disposition given he had just installed the carpet alone for the past 3 hours. The carpet was installed efficiently and with excellent workmanship. I don't fear any piece of the carpet pulling off the floor and there were no exposed nails. The dogs can now run happily up and down without risking a broken leg! We would definitely hire Molyneaux again and intend to call them should we require any further carpet/tile/wood work.

I was really pleased with our Sales Consultant, Nancy, but that was about the most positive part of buying from this company. The in-home consultation was awesome, Nancy is a joy, and the carpet got here super quick. However, that's about the end of that in terms of satisfaction for me. The team that did the installation was a little rough around the edges. I was told I would get a call about 30 minutes before they would arrive and that they'd get to my house anywhere between 8 and 9, so around 9:30, when no one called, I gave them a ring. After trying three different numbers, I eventually got in touch with someone who could confirm that I was on the calendar for installation that day. Eventually, around 10:30, the guys showed up but as soon as I opened the door, they didn't even introduce themselves and they just barged upstairs. Had it not been for a Molyneaux t-shirt, I would have feared for me life at the intrusion. I think the guy felt super behind (because he was) but I think the importance of professionalism at the start was unnoticed by them. The installation wasn't terrible but I did request that they try to improve upon the squeaky sub-floor. One of the guys hammered in the plywood as best as possible. The problem is that I'm getting new hardwood floors on my first floor (by another vendor) and in comparison, it makes me regret choosing Molyneaux for the carpet. Quite frankly, the installation team for my hardwood floors spent a lot of time making sure the sub-floor is good (which I understand is more important with wood), but they have a tool that screws the sub-floor down in .8 seconds that I'm disappointed Molyneaux: (a) doesn't have the same tool seeing as they're supposed to be so good and (b) if they did, didn't use it when doing my carpet install. In one of the rooms, the floors are creaking like crazy and it's driving me nuts. I really feel like they should have done a better job paying attention to the subfloor but all they cared about was replacing old carpet with new. If I wanted that kind of crappy attention to detail, I would have purchased at Home Depot.

We worked with Lisa Clouse from the Robinson Twp. store because she was our sales manager when we had hardwood floors installed in the kitchen and entry.? Lisa and Molyneaux did such a great job on that project, we wanted to work with Lisa on our carpeting project.? This was a huge investment and we know that Lisa will oversee a project from start to finish and she ensures they are not done until?you're completely happy.? The sales process was easy as usual and our hardest decision was selecting our carpeting since there are many great choices.? We met with Lisa in our home with many samples and then in the store.? The planned installation dates worked as scheduled and the two installers did a great job.? They were respectful and considerate and did the entire installation in two days with no damage.? Lisa called the next day to see how everything went.? We have had two great exerpiences with Lisa and Molyneaux and highly recommend them to our friends.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs carpet. They are not only very professional, but it is pleasant to deal with them. They handled an order error very well. The installers did a great job, too.

They arrived on time, had a payment plan and the price was reasonable. However, I was dissatisfied with the the follow up regarding some discoloration on the linoleum and they didn't seal the grout properly in the kitchen which makes it nearly impossible to clean. Furthermore, the seam isn't flush where the two pieces of carpet meet.

It was a great experience. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did excellent work. They had a good price, too.

It was nice to have someone come to our house to show us the carpet. They came in the evening at the time we had specified on the computer. I wish there had been more color options for the type of carpet we wanted. We scheduled the installation for a specific day and worked out a payment plan (which seems like it will be great). All of the people that came (6 different men) were nice and seemed professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. The carpenter who came was really great. He had to wait for me for quite a while (which I will explain below). While he was going about his business, I asked him if he could use his saw to cut some shelves down for me. He asked me to see the shelves and where I wanted them to go. He then (in addition to all of the regular things which he did related to the carpet installation) installed the shelves for me! The carpet and finishing touches (quarter round and cut doors) seem great. I had a little trouble with the scheduling (which is often true for any type of service). The first day I had thought they were coming between 8 and 10. No one came until 11:30. My husband had said he "thought" they had said 8-10, so he could have been mistaken. The second day was better. They called at 7:00 and said they'd be there in 1/2 an hour, which they were -- pretty much exactly. Then someone else (the carpenter) needed to come. They told me he would come "later in the afternoon." Since I had an appointment, I went out. It turns out he came while we were out. He eventually was able to reach me on my cell phone, but he did have to wait quite a while -- which he did. I felt bad about that, but I think it might have been avoided with more clear communication about scheduling.

The purchase was made at Molyneaux's Greensburg store. The sales representative, Tim Landers, was very knowledgable and professional. He fully explained the different carpets and styles that we were interested in, and did not provide any pressure to purchase. The price was competitive or better than the other carpet stores that we had shopped at. The installation was completed by a crew of 3 men who were Molyneaux installers. They arrived on time, and completed the removal and installation very quickly. They were very careful with the furniture that they had to move, and made as little mess as possible.Most importantly, the finished carpet looks perfect. The installation was not a simple one, as the room had 4 doorways and a closet. We plan to purchase from Molyneaux in the future.

Candace, their rep, came to our home with carpet samples we discussed different types of carpet pads and went with the top grade as we have pets. ?We then discussed the pros and cons of our different choices. ?Candace was patient and very helpful. ?She applied no pressure. ?The installers arrived on the date we requested and installed the carpet after?disassembling? the beds and moving all the furniture. They then vacuumed ?and replaced all the furniture and put the beds back together. ?Candace called a week or so later to find out if we were satisfied. ?I would recommend requesting Candace as she was amazing. ?We had quotes from three other sources.

They did it in one day. They were very professional. I had no problems and everything looks great. I think they were very easy to deal with and very friendly. They were willing to go the extra mile for you if a snag came up anywhere. They would try to remedy any problem that would come up as best they could.

The installers came and left with most of the carpet frayed at the edges and not tucked under baseboard. The bottom step was clearly bubbled. We could not understand how they could leave with the carpet such a mess. We called them and they came back to fix the problems and within two months the carpet had snags and looked awful. The carpet we had installed prior to Molyneaux lasted 23 years. We will be lucky if this carpet lasts 5 years..
