Description of Work: Horrible. The installers were disrespectful. They threw my furniture and cursed very loudly. I told them to leave. Mr. Molyneaux responded and apologized and had new installers out the next day. I was still extremely disappointed.

Description of Work: New carpeting in family room. Was done quite soon after ordering.....Installers did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Coleen at Molyneaux in Cranberry, PA was an amazing help to me. She took the time to let us look through the store to get an idea of what type of carpet we wanted. We had our family room and master bedroom carpeted. Coleen came to the house and we made the final decision on carpet and color. We then set up an installation date. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job on installing, removing old carpeting, moving heavy furniture, cleaning up and also were very polite and professional.

Description of Work: Met with representatives to discuss removing our upstairs carpet and installing hardwood in 4 bedrooms and hallway (1,140 sq ft). Sales people and measuring people were very professional, arrived as promised and very responsive. We chose to use another company only because of price (Molyneaux was $4,500 more expensive).

Description of Work: Went into the showroom in March not knowing quite what I wanted and was helped by a very nice, helpful sales person who had ideas of his own that he shared, not forced them over my own thoughts. It was a refreshing experience for me ! The same fellow met me at my home a few days later and we settled on the carpet after he filled me in on the advantages of one carpet over another for my particular application . Not a week later at exactly the time agreed on a team of fellows came in , removed the old carpet and bundled it up and took it away. In no time at all the new carpet was in and the mess cleaned up and my furniture replaced. The merger of this new carpet to my new hardwood in an adjoining room is perfect. The only suggestion that I would make to the owners is that the installation team could use a new vacuum . The fellows sure had a struggle with the one they were using and it is the only thing that slowed them down. This team of fellows were very coordinated in their efforts and seemed to know exactly what to expect of one another and as a result they did a beautiful job in no time flat. Description of Work: Received an estimate for hardwood flooring. Estimate was WAY overboard. I received an estimate from another firm and it was at least $5,000 lower.

Description of Work: Exploring flooring options for a basement remodel. Molyneaux was very responsive and helpful in trying to find the right product for us. Ended up using a local contractor to install cork flooring.
