Description of Work: One of my rain conductors that took rain from my gutters to the down spout was filled with black walnuts that squriles had packed into the underground pipe solid. Mertz used a power drain cleaner to wash them out. I had thought the pipe was broken.

Description of Work: We had a leak that was showing on kitchen sealing. We called Mertz, and they were able to come out to assess within 4 days (this was not a plumbing emergency). The plumbers arrived and performed a quick assessment and identified that the shower drain on the second floor was leaking. Clearly described what they needed to do (cut hole in kitchen ceiling and bathroom) and were able to come back within 3 days to fix the problem. Professional, courteous plumbers with great customer service and quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and would call again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet that was leaking with new one. Went the "extra mile" to custom fit a new water line that was plastic and might have caused me problems later. Arrived on time and was very professional. Did a quality job and I would recommend Bob and his plumbing experts for any plumbing needs you may have.

Description of Work: While Matt and his crew replaced the drains along the back wall and side of the house, I had scheduled a plumber to replace a part in the shower faucet that I had ordered from the manufacturer on Matt's recommendation. Since I ordered the part, it was free. The Mertz plumber did not charge me for the appointment.
