I contacted this company initially for a water leak.They told me that Bob will come the next day between noon to 3 pm.Next day got a call around noon saying that he is held up and will be there the next day.Next day waited around 2hrs and i called thier company.A lady picked up the phone and was informed Bob will contact me.He called me within few minutes, told me that again he is held up and can come on monday.I told him i will get back to him later since i have to leave town.A week later called his office,a lady got all my information and was told Bob will contact me.I have never heard from Mertz plumbing again.

He is a great guy. He is really thorough and very professional. He is conscious about keeping your house clean while he works. He is prompt, efficient and a great person to work with.

They are wonderful. I've used them for the past 23 years. They have done all sorts of services for me.

It went wonderfully! He is amazing. He is very clean and neat. I am a widow and have had a bad run with plumbers in the past but he was absolutely great. I have already planned to hire him for another job. I strongly recommend him to anybody.

Two guys showed up promptly at time I expected them. They got right to work and did an excellant job. The grates for the exterior drains had not been moved in at least 17 years and were very difficult to remove and mud had to be physically shoveled out of the drain wells before they could even begin to snake the pipes. They got quite a physical workout. I was pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bob Mertz is great. We have a big old house and have used him several times, initially after a great recommendation from my parents. He is always on time. He is considerate, professional, and has always gone the extra mile to make sure we've been happy with his work. None of the work he has ever done has needed redone or has caused any sort of problem. I have also always found him to be a genuinely nice and likeable guy. Bob has done all of the following for us: replaced a drain trap in a sink, installed two new toilets, installed a new sink, installed a new faucet in another sink, fixed a leaking pipe, installed two new spigots, cleared our basement sewer/drain line, replaced a pipe that had frozen over the winter, and gave me a free tutorial on how to use and maintain our existing boiler/radiant heat system. I can't speak for other customers experiences, but we are very happy with Bob Mertz and will use him exclusively going forward.

I've had Bob Mertz and Mertz Plumbing do plumbing work for me for over 20 years. They have always been punctual, arrive when they say; competent, get it right the first time; clean, they cleanup after themselves; and accurate, the estimate is always the same as the final cost. Our toilet and leaks were fixed in no time. I highly recommend Mertz Plumbing and will use them the next time I need plumbing help.

I have used them once. They came and did it quickly. The work was effective. I have not compared the price, but I think it was pretty typical. I got good value for the price. I would certainly use them again in the future.

A new high efficiency hot water tank was installed just as requested. no problems.

They were very good. They responded very quickly. They did a very good job at a reasonable price. I don’t have any complaints with them. I spent about $200 on the job. I will use them again in the future.

He installed a shower head and repaired 2 other showers that weren’t working.

I was very pleased with the work they did. He was very nice and took his time with me and drew pictures for me to show to my husband. He was very thorough and he was able to fix the problem and I would use him again.

Mr. Mertz was right on time, very polite and friendly. I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort it took to repair my sink and install the faucets. (And he was very nice to my dog!)

Wonderful service and he was very prompt and professional. Had all the tools and cleaned up the mess. I felt his price was very reasonable and I did buy a new faucet but did not need it so saved money there.

BOB MERTZ PROMPTLY RETURNED THE PHONE CALL I LEFT ON HIS ANSWERING MACHINE. WE AGREED UPON A DAY AND TIME FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A KENMORE GARBAGE DISPOSAL UNIT I PURCHASED AT SEARS. MATTHEW MERTZ ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A VERY SATISFACTORY MANNER.

I HAD BEEN TOLD BY ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY THAT THE ENTIRE WALL NEEDED TO BE TORN OUT IN ORDER TO REPAIR THESE FIXTURES. THIS WOULD HAVE INVOLVED REPLACING ALL THE TILE IN THE SHOWER AT A CONSIDERABLE EXPENSE. THE YOUNG MAN FROM MERTZ PLUMBING TOLD ME THAT WAS CERTAINLY NOT THE CASE AND HE MADE THE REPAIRS QUITE EASILY AT A FRACTION OF THE COST OF TEARING OUT THE TILE.

HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, HAVE RELIED ON THEM FOR MANY YEARS & THEY HAVE MY COMPLETE TRUST & CONFIDENCE.

MR. MERTZ WAS REFERRED BY FAMILY FRIEND. HE CAME IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE CALLED THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. BECAUSE OF BACKUP, HE HAD TO WORK OUTSIDE IN THE COLD. IN A SHORT TIME, EVERYTHING WAS WORKING.
