Description of Work: Replaced the old clay line from the house to street, including a new main trap, vent & cleanout stack. They even coordinated with my paving guys on where the cleanout & vents were to go in my new driveway once the sewer line work was done. Good job!

Description of Work: The outside drain was backed up due to a previous plumbing mistake and landscaping rocks ended up in the drain. The backup started to flood the basement. I called several plumbers and Matt Mertz was the first one to respond with availability. They arranged to be at the house within 2 hours from the time I called. The technician was prompt and very cordial. He identified the problem quickly and determined the cost. The job required a whole day to dig out our drain and flush the rocks out. The technician also tried to provide some relief to us to get us through the night. The next day, their team came out promptly, dug out the drain and filled in the hole. The price seemed a little high but since it was an emergency, we didn't have the luxury of pricing out other options. The responsiveness of the team was exceptional though and in an emergency, the price was worth it.

Description of Work: Unfroze a pipe under the sink. Showed up and went to work. Apparently the heating element used to generate heat to warm the pipe was faulty. Another crew in the area - brought their unit. No luck. Turns out it was the cables that were faulty. Situation resolved shortly after the wires were switched. Over an hour was spent. Went fine - I do wish it had been quicker. I would still use their services.

Description of Work: Due to the extreme cold, a part on our dishwasher froze and broke. Water started leaking into the kitchen and the basement. The shutoff for the water to the dishwasher did not shut off the water completely. |We called Matt Mertz, and Chris, who works for the firm was there within 2 hours. |He cut into the supply line and installed a replacement valve so that the washer was no longer leaking.

Description of Work: Just a heads up about FREE estimate . I called the other day and talk to a very nice lady. She told me that it would be $100.00 for estimate and if we took them to do the job they would take that $100.00 off of their bill . I do not want a cheap plumber I wanted a good plumber as I am shore they would have done a good job .I wanted to stay local I am not trying to bash anybody but it should not say free on Angies list .

Description of Work: Installed new 3/4 inch main water line from curb box outside home to meter located in center of home's foundation. The job was completed in sub zero temperatures within the given time frame. The workers were prompt, informative, and very professional. Extra digging was required because the old line broke while they were trying to remove it. The yard is refilled with dirt and we will have to reseed in the Spring on our own. Overall, very happy with the company.
