My girls, Gretchen and Nicole, are on time and get down to business quickly and efficiently. They know what to do and do it well-beyond well...the BEST. I have also used them at my father's home. They are always great.

Two girl team (Sharon and Kristina) same team for several years. Play with my 2 cats and 2 dogs-clean up lots of fur! Cheerful, thorough, professional. Bring own equipment and supplies.

Good. The girls were early, friendly, and professional. I had asked that the carpets be swept on all floors but the girls were unaware. I will need to be more clear the next time. I can't comment on the price as I've never hired a maid service before. But $104.00 seems reasonable for a three person crew for one hour.

They did not pay attention to details and the house was still pretty dirty after they spent 3 or more house cleaning.

I found them on Angie's List. I thought that they did a good job. They were cheerful. They were very expensive but they did a good job.

Have been using this service for a year and a half with generally good results. 2-3 person teams -- not always the same people. The experienced teams were good, but we would get new teams that ignored some basic things. While the company has been flexible with schedules, we had a problem with a new team that was not resolved to our satisfaction -- beds not made, wastebaskets not emptied and a quarter of the kitchen not mopped. When asked why the floor wasn't mopped we were told that they don't clean up after animals (there was some bird poop under the floor-standing cage) when every other time the entire kitchen floor was cleaned without comment or complaint. When I called the office to ask about this it took 3 hours to get a return call. Apparently the manager had to call the owner and the more senior cleaning team to check this out. Rather than apologize or try to work around the issue I was given some tale about how the other team cleaned it up 'even though they shouldn't' and how they had to throw out rags and mop heads when they did. Since there is still no resolution (ever heard of paper towels? I think we can sacrifice a few to the cause!) and no apparent concern about the other work left undone we're unlikely to hire them again.

We just purchased the house and it needed to be cleaned. I hired Maid with Care and at first I was dealing with the manager, but she left and went on vacation, so I ended up dealing with the owner. They cleaned cupboards inside and out, window ledges, doors, cleans shelves...etc. No vacuuming. They sent out 3 girls for the work, but they were only supposed to send two. Before they left they said I would be charged for an hour and forty mins, and it is $90/hr with 3 girls but when I received my credit card statement I was charged $262, but it should have been $150. I went to the office and spoke to Caroline, the owner, and she told me the amount would be credited back to my card. Only half of the amount was credited back, apparently Caroline's husband didn't think I should be refunded the whole amount!! Eventually, I resolved the money problems with the cc company, but this whole thing was such a headache!!!!
