Description of Work: The whole process from start to finish was first class. From the salesman to the installers everything was done to specifications and my expectations. The bathroom windows were to have waterfall glass but came with clear panes instead. I pointed out the issue to the installer, who immediately called his office. The issue was resolved in about a week when they came out and replaced the clear panes with the waterfall glass. I would recommend this business to my family and friends.

Description of Work: They replaced windows in a 1800's era home. We had some tricky sizes/shapes and conditions of the frames to deal with. They were punctual with their estimate appointment and with each day of the installation process. They were neither the most expensive or the least expensive of the estimates, but they were the most informative and creative of all. The windows are performing as promised! I have received numerous compliments from my neighbors about how well the job turned out. I would use these contractors again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: Very unprofessional. Workers and management were not communicating well with each other. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Every delay they blamed on us, when they ran out of floor tile they said it was because we changed our mind and we never did. The started the job, worked 3 days and went on a 11 day vacation. Came back worked a couple more days and took another 7 days off and all this time we had a dumpster in our driveway. You live and learn.

Description of Work: We had new siding put on our house and garage. The installation team was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job - it looks beautiful. It was a complicated job - multiple types of siding used in different areas but there was good communication from salesman to project manager to installers so it turned out exactly as we wanted. The only minor problem was that the salesman miscalculated a corner post cost resulting in an additional charge, which was partially mitigated by the inclusion of some additional work at no charge.

 + -1 moreThey were on time work took about 3.5 hours as estimated. The windows look great and have made already a noticeable difference in the installation factor of the house. They are a little on the pricey side, but they do great work and install three pane windows. Most other companies install two pane windows. I have already ordered five more windows and I hope I have the same experience.

 + -1 moreInstallation: This is the sloppiest job I have ever seen. Windows are set at different depths, they cut window products to make them fit (openings were measured on 2 occasions), their finish techniques are sub-standard; they attempted to use caulk as the inside stop on all the windows. The sill/threshold of basement door moves if you step on it. Door does not close properly. The caulking is missing in areas, or consists of globs. A finish nail is sticking out in the front entry door. Trim doesn t lay flat. So much more wrong. Products: The door and sliding door products have sills/thresholds which do not match the rest of the product. The technology of these products looks like something right out of the 1970s. The window product isn t great; the screens pull up from the bottom and bugs get in, finish caps for the screw holes cause the window not to function properly, the screen is too close to the glass so when it rains the screen sticks to the window, leaving spots.
Description of Work: Purchased 10 replacement windows, 3 sliding glass doors, 1 basement entry door, 1 front entry door. Due to remodeling of kitchen & family room not ready for installation, Swing Line installed 9 windows, 2 sliding glass doors, 1 basement entry door and 1 front entry door.
