Description of Work: After doing a superb job putting in replacement windows, we contracted Legacy to update our basement. They were easy and accommadating to work with during the planning stage. Thy completed the job within the stated timeframe. They showed up on time and cleaned up the area each night before they left. We were extremely pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Replaced a large window with a smaller window.

Description of Work: Jeff installed a door and storm door. In the past year he has installed windows, a door and 2 storm doors. He is an exceptional tradesman and one of the main reasons we deal with Legacy.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for new windows.

Description of Work: They rescheduled my appointment, which wasn't a problem, but no one showed up at the time we had rescheduled. I called them a half an hour past the rescheduled time and they said the salesman was sick. Asked why no one called to let us know, the person on the phone said she didn't know and hung up. They called the next day, as though nothing had happened, and didn't seem to remember that we had an appointment the night before. I told them to forget it and that I would find someone else to do the project.

Description of Work: Legacy was very responsive to us both with estimates and answering questions. We did not go with them because other home improvements needing immediate attention took precedent over the new door purchase.

Description of Work: It took several weeks to get an appointment with this company. Legacy came to give me an estimate on rebuiding our existing deck. We had already obtained 2 other estimates: one for $16,500 and one for $17,600--both using the same type of material as Legacy uses. The salesman was great: extremely nice and professional. He took a lot of time going over the deck, the measurements, etc. However, he quoted me a price of $50,153! When I told him about the other bids, he told me about a "Spring Major Project 40% Discount" which would bring the price down to $30,091. I can't help but feel that if I had agreed to the $50,000, I wouldn't have heard about the 40% discount. I cannot imagine why this company's prices are so much higher.

Description of Work: Had siding installed by this company when they were known as swingline looked good but I found out much later (years) that the installers did not caulk anything now i have extensive damage to my wall from water leakage found the faceia on the high side did not cover the wood completely this was only discovered latelay when i had to teal out the walls and found mold after my wife and i smelled it when i think back on the workers they just wanted to get done and go some where else no pride in doing the work the right way

Description of Work: Replaced windows, doors, garage doors and siding.

Description of Work: Had 13 windows installed.
