Description of Work: We contracted with them in the fall to have our roof replaced in the spring. We came home from work one day in February to find them removing our roof. No notice or anything. They did a half-a** job on a simple roof replacement. For example, they didn't flash the chimney correctly and the house suffered water damage on the first and second floor when there was a substantial snow fall half way through the job. When the sun melted the snow, there was water freely flowing down our walls. The idiot they sent to patch plaster that was water damaged applied the plaster and then sanded it the next day when it was dry. No exhaust control, plaster dust everywhere, all through the house. They also messed up the replacement of skylights. They ordered fixed glass. The existing skylights were able to open. This company couldn't get anything right.

Description of Work: These guys worked hard at getting the old slate roof removed, cleaned up and new roof installed. We have used this company for roof maintenance work in the past and have always been satisfied. This was a big job and we are very pleased with the work and new look of our home.

 + -1 moreI called Kenyon because I had a damaged area of the roof. I asked for an estimate for the repair and also to see if my 20-year old roof needed to be replaced. Kenyon came out and provided me with an estimate for the damage, and indicated I did not need to replace the entire roof. They made the repairs to the damaged part of the roof and replaced shingles as needed. The repair included putting in new supports that had water damage and new wood on the roof that was damaged. The workers were fast, friendly and they cleaned up after the job was complete.
Description of Work: Repaired a section of the roof that had rotted and replaced some shingles.

Description of Work: I had to call 4-5 times to get them to do an estimate. They did not return phone calls in a timely fashion. Another contractor gave an estimate for 1/2 the cost and I went with the other estimate.

 + -1 moreThe box gutters were original to the house which was built in 1892. We had leaking issues. They had to take off about three feet shingle from roof to make this work. And we have not had any problems with the roof or the gutters since. We ask a lot of questions and do a lot of research and they are very gracious and spend a lot of time answering questions. They want to make sure you are comfortable with everything that they are going to do. They have been in business for over 65 years and they know what they are doing.
Description of Work: Replaced box gutters, including scraping, resealing and painting.
