The guys showed up right on time and were extremely professional. I was impressed with the level of attention that was paid to adjusting the door so that it was weather tight, was balanced properly, etc. Small details like running the wires for the door controller and sensors in neat straight lines were not lost on me. You just don't see people taking pride in their work anymore like these guys did. Right down to sweeping the garage floor to ensure that there wasn't anything left over to get caught in our tires and cleaning the new door it was just impressive work. Every time I hit the button I am glad I got the door and opener replaced and I always feel that it was money well spent.

Sales / quote visit was helpful. Discussed options and pricing differences depending on options selected, as to be expected. Doors had to be ordered specially due to uncommon size, but they still came in and everything was installed in < 1 month. Andrew showed up at the date and time we scheduled, both doors installed in < 1 day. Everything moves smoothly and locks securely. We tested both doors a few times together. They look great. Track installation job also looks great. Andrew cleaned up everything - no dirt or fingerprints on the doors, glass looked great, etc. Really very happy with the whole experience. Upgrading the garage doors made a huge positive impact for the house - in how it looks, in improving "time in the garage" experience, and undoubtedly better heating/cooling efficiency (as these are integral garages) - not to mention less rainwater and bugs to contend with.

I've used Jelly's twice to replace springs on two big old wooden garage doors. They are punctual, professional, and do great work. I would happily recommend to others with garage door trouble.

From start to finish I received excellent service. When you call you will speak to Danielle, she does the scheduling. I had to have unexpected surgery and was concerned it may delay the installation of my garage door. When I explained this to Danielle she was so kind and understanding and she went out of her way to arrange a suitable date for the installation. When I first met Matt for the estimate till the end of the job, he was so very nice and never seemed to mind my questions. Matt, Andrew and a young man(sorry forgot his name) removed the old door and installed the new one and the keyless pad. They removed and cleaned up. Excellent job was done by all. Jellys did it again! We had a power surge last week and the garage door wouldn't open. I called on Wednesday morning and they were ready to come that day. I wasn't available and we set up 8 am on Friday morning. Keith showed up on time and determined that there was a problem with the motor. We had purchased a new opener already and we had Keith install it. He did an excellent job and took away all the mess including the packaging from the new opener. This is the third time we've used them and we are extremely happy with their service

What a great company to work with! They are responsive and informative. Keith answered all of my questions, was respectful and even put things away before he left (what a nice surprise)! The cost was much less than all estimates I received and what I expected...yet another nice surprise!

We had an old wood garage door replaced with a steel insulated door. The installer did a perfect job, he truly is a professional and perfectionist. The garage door we received is beautiful and of excellent quality. From start to finish there are not complimentary words strong enough to express how wonderful Jelly's is. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

What can I say, they are better than you would expect. Their price was LOWER than quoted, they came a day EARLIER when a spot opened up for us, and the replacement spring was HIGHER gauge than the one we had. We had come back from vacation to find that our garage door spring had broken and we couldn't get the cars in or out. We left a message Sunday night and a very nice lady by the name of Danielle called us back the next morning at 7:29 am. The repair was done 10 hours later!!! See you guys next time

I came home on Friday to a broken torsion spring. I immediately called Jelly's Garage Doors roughly 2:30 on a Friday Matt was here by 3:30 and gone by 4:30 I was amazed at this type of turnaround. Danielle was extremely helpful and nice on the phone and understanding about getting Matt out right away was a great experience!

This company was awesome! From our initial call until completion of the job everyone -- Matthew,Danielle and Andrew were professional, pleasant and timely with their appointments and follow up. The garage door is really attractive. Andrew was meticulous installing and cleaning up afterward. Stop shopping around and just hire these guys. They know what they are doing and are competitively priced. I did not expect buying a garage door would be a pleasant experience, but it was!

Completed on time looks good answered all of my questions. Very responsive and good workmanship.

Excellent company to deal with.Matt came out and gave the estimate and explained what he needed to do to install the new garage doors,door opener and install drywall on garage ceiling.Danielle called to set up install date she was very helpfull on answering all our questions.Andrew the garage door technician showed up on time and got right to work, Andrew is a excellent garage door installer.Matt came and helped Andrew finish installing the 2 new garage doors,the garage opener and installing drywall on the garage ceiling.Both Matt and Andrew did a excellent job. Would highly recommend Jelly's garage door company. They were wonderful to deal with and did a professional job.

I called Jelly's first thing Monday morning not knowing what to expect. The person who answered the phone was cheerful and polite and informed me that a technician would be available later that morning. The technician called me to inform me that he was on his way and showed up on time. It turned out that the problem was simply a loose sensor that took seconds to fix. Instead of leaving after the sensor was tightened up, the technicians inspected all three of my garage doors, lubricated them and cleaned the tracks. They then pointed out that the trim around the doors was not properly fastened so they hammered in a bunch of nails to cure that problem. They then cleared off all of the dirt and spider webs on the bottom edge of the garage doors. I feel as though I cheated them when they asked for a mere $75.00 for the service call. I was very impressed with the work ethic and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

The crew arrived early and got right to work. They were very professional, explained what they were doing and made sure I understood everything. The door looks great and works fine. Can't ask for anything more than that.

Jelly's is a treat to work with. This husband and wife team is responsive (phone and email) and friendly and make things happen. We had purchased a new rollers/keyless entry Big Deal but not yet cashed it in when a spring broke. We corresponded by email and had an initial (soft) estimate quickly. Matt was able to come see the garage door within a week and realized that we have HUGE garage door sprints which would need to be special ordered. And he explained the possibility of a stripped drive. They ordered quickly and then came back to install the springs, demonstrating that the drive was stripped as well, and then replaced the opener. This was on a SATURDAY because when they put in the springs in on Friday we couldn't know about the drive... so they made extra time on Saturday because the schedule the next week was very busy. The first appointment was on time and subsequent appointments did not need an exact time because our garage is detached and Matt and his colleague did not need access to our house. Matt let us know when he was in our garage, cleaned up well, and explained things as needed. He was friendly and informed, not at all pushy. He gave me advice about maintaining an old, heavy, wooden garage door. Price was fair and break down was clear and appropriate. We'll use Jelly's if we ever need garage door help again.

They're great. They're prompt. They come out. They're super friendly. They take care of everything quickly. We broke our garage door messing in the garage. My kids hit the wires and messed it up and they fixed it in like 2 minutes. They were great. My husband and I worked on it in like 2 hours and they were here 15 minutes and it was done. I felt fine on the pricing, it was within reason.

From the beginning, I knew I was in for a great experience. Danielle answered all my questions and was very responsiveto all my follow up concerns. The price was very reasonable compared to other Angie list vendors (honestly, it was the same cost as a much less efficient door - ie R 4.5 vs R18). Everything was installed on time and everything was brand new. The best part.....my garage is now 10 degrees warmer on those very cold nights, which makes my entire house warmer!

Excellent service!! This company is the type of repair company you would like for your entire household repair problems. Our door was the original unit, 25 years old. They were able to clean, adjust all wires, bolts, grease and even changed the light bulb in the motor to get everything working really well. I was prepared for motor or door replacement recommendation. Would trust any recommendation this company made when it comes to garage doors!

This was a good experience from the beginning to the end. Danielle set up an install date that was convenient for me. She was professional and courteous. The crew showed up at the agreed upon date & time and went straight to work. Matt, the owner, was part of the work crew. I was completly satisfied with the installation. The wiring runs are straight and tight. The doors seal up tight and operation is very quiet. The original openers were noisy and incorrectly installed. There were several lengths of wood screwed to the garage ceiling as part of the as found configuration. All that was removed and the holes caulked with virtully no traces of the previous mess. All materials, trash and debris were removed and they swept my garage floor. Matt installed top of the line equipment at a good price and left my garage in much better shape than how he found it.

My foot slipped off the brake onto the gas which then the car into the garage door as it was going down. The spring broke and the door was bent a bit. I called several companies they were the only ones that were going to give free estimates. I called them left a message but they didn't call me back. A few days later I called again and they apologized for not calling back. They sent someone out the next day to evaluate the issue. Sent me an estimate a few days later and we scheduled the day for the repair. The technician was great and did a great job.

The guys arrived the next day, right on schedule. The weather was frigid, but they fixed the door, and I was able to get my car out. Very friendly and professional, would recommend them and use them again!

Included 10% Angie's list coupon, so price was pretty much in line with 3 other quotes that I received for similar or exactly the same doors (pricing difference was $80 from top to bottom of my 4 quotes, so prices was not the deciding factor since they were all so close). The difference was undoubtedly Matt's attention to detail and time spent getting things right - that started with the estimate and carried through installation. He was the only one during the estimate visit to take as much time looking at all of the clearances, discussing trim options, looking at track options and discussing advantages/disadvantages of different approaches and practices. Easily spent 20 minutes measuring and paying close inspection in several key areas - especially the ability to install the torsion spring vs extension spring, which was challenging given clearance and adjacent cables inside the garage. Other estimators were spent less time, didn't identify potential areas of concern or simply gave a cursory "sorry, you can do that" or had curious exclusions (one said he would remove the old doors and tracks, but would leave the boxes for new doors for me to dispose of). This attention to detail carried through to installation. Matt had one additional worker with him, they worked efficiently and cleanly and most importantly, made sure everything worked exactly to spec/to expectations (and I can be very particular). 5+ weeks later and I continue to be pleased that things are working very smoothly and quietly - the trim/caulking jobs were very nicely done (selected the 3" trim pieces to be sure we fully overlapped/covered the old caulk lines). Doors are very air tight, which is key with the winds on the ridge line I live on. Basically, I haven't had to give the doors a second thought since they've been installed and they look great. Also, very pleased with the decision to go with the better insulated door as the garage is noticeably warmer than last year at the same time with doors that were low quality/low insulation rating.

The proprietor systematically investigated and discussed potential difficulties with the installation while working up the bid. There were no surprises during the installation. It went very smoothly and was done before lunch. The person who made the bid was present for the entire job and was skillful and paid attention to details. The installation was very clean and straight, even though it was awkward to install in my old house. Also, this installer upgrades to heavy duty hardware and makes the electrical connection at no extra charge. The door and opener are very smooth and slick. Nothing was rushed. All questions were answered politely and relevantly. Nobody tried to rush anything or cut corners. I'm very pleased and am considering having them install a new side entry door after this experience.

Contacted the business and explained our situation to the owner's wife. She was able to provide me with a quote over the phone and set up an appointment for the following day. The owner, Matthew, was prompt and quickly built trust with my wife who was at home with our three kids. Matthew worked hard to replace the springs and went above and beyond to point out some issues with our garage door. Some additional labor was required and Matthew did not charge anything above the quoted price. The following day we had an emergency issue with the garage. Not sure what had caused the problem, I immediately called Matthew's wife. She was able to have Matthew leave a customer's house and respond to our emergency. Matthew arrived quickly and was able to diagnosis the issue. It had nothing to do with his replacement of the springs, but had to do with a dirty sensor on the garage. He cleaned the sensor and the garage is working again. No charge for the work. This is our first time using Jelly's Garage Door and it certainly won't be our last. I value family business owners who go above and beyond to help their customers. Truly a great experience. Thank you.
