Our neighbor recommended us to Jelly’s Garage Doors. Matt came out to our residence and gave us a quote on a new garage door installation. He Was very prompt and courteous and gave great knowledge on exactly what we needed and wanted. Once our door arrived he and Abraham installed the door in an extremely efficient and timely manner. We receive many compliments on the door and the style it gives off as it is a unique black colored door. I would highly recommend them in any garage door installs or repairs.

Sad to say, but it seems like it’s amateur hour at this company currently. I am a repeat customer and have been very pleased with them in the past, however my recent attempt at working with Jelly’s couldn’t of been more unfulfilling. It wasn’t their actual labor, I’m sure that is still fine...it was the scheduling part of it that was so frustrating. After being told 4 different times over a span of 3 weeks that somebody would be servicing my home...nobody ever showed up. I was also asked to text with the scheduler and the response time was also very subpar as sometimes it took multiple days to hear something back. Due to this, I have taken my business elsewhere.

Quick response and quick service. My garage door has never been better. Would hire again.

We called Jelly's Garage Doors. I scheduled a meeting with Matthew Jellison to get an estimate for fixing or replacing our door. He arrived on schedule and reviewed problems with the current door: panel needed replacement, door was hung incorrectly, photo eyes didn't work, etc. The current Genie opener did work and he recommended not replacing it. The next day we received by email an estimate for fixing the current door and an estimate for replacing it with a sturdier and more insulated model as I had requested. The cost to fix was $606. and to replace was $1035. We opted for the replacement because there was a bathroom above the garage and we felt there should be more insulation and a sturdier door so pipes wouldn't freeze. Danielle in the office was very helpful in answering our questions via email and phone as we made our decision. On replacement day a two person crew arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. The work took 3 1/2 hours. During the installation they slightly reframed the garage opening, properly installed a low headroom track and springs in place of the old improperly installed tracks, redid the associated electrical work, installed a Clopay door model 9130 8X6'3, no windows, weather stripped, reinstalled the outside remote. They had discovered that the outside keypad for the opener was inoperable and they fortunately had a replacement which worked with our old unit with them which I purchased for $45. They were respectful of our property, took away the old door, cleaned up perfectly and spent time showing me how the new door operated. One of their motos is "No Payments until You're 100% satisfied". Overall I was completely satisfied with their work from beginning to end and would recommend them to others.

Responsive and pleasant at every step, though I did have to contact them after a month to check on the status of special order doors (which took 5 weeks). Andrew came out to view garage for estimate and he was also one of the very professional and conscientious installers.

Very well. Garage door works beautifully and Jelly's also made sure door adequately reached the floor with no gaps. I would use them again. Price was very worth it!

Went great, this will be my 3rd review of the company and all were excellent. Contracted everything thru email. Tech showed up on time and was done in a timely manor. Replaced existing opener, had to run new wire for safety sensors and moved my opener button upon request.

I can’t say enough about this company. Their bid was in the range of other companies but the service, follow up and small extras they did (like replacing some rotten wood for no charge) really impressed me. The doors are beautiful and work perfect. This is the company you need to choose for garage doors.... period.

Jelly's answered the phone (no messaging required), took my information and set up an appointment. Matt called when he was delayed then looked over my situation and repaired it right away. He did not try to sell me a new garage door system, but quickly identified and repaired the problem. He gave me a bill right away, which he explained and was done within an hour. Service was prompt, excellent and reasonably priced. I would call them again and recommend them to others.

Matt was outstanding! Came the very next day after I texted him the problem around 8 pm on a Sunday nite. Diagnosed it from the pictures we texted him, re-did all the rollers at a very reasonable price in our estimation. Would recommend JellyDoors highly!!! Thanks again, Matt!

Excellent company! Customer service was quick, professional and provided acceptable job cost (we got a quote from Lowe's too). Installer was very professional, courteous, on time and did a top notch job. Programming was done to keypad and all remotes. Installer ensured everything worked well with me as the operator. He hauled old systems and cleaned up upon completion. There was nothing left for us to do other than start using the product. Would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Jelly's has great customer service and we were able to schedule a time for a rep to come take a look at our door and give us an estimate, the same day I contacted them. We needed some extra work done to our existing frame as it originally had been installed poorly. This was no problem at all and Jelly's took care of all of this for a very reasonable price. We selected a new door and belt and it was installed promptly and professionally, it looks amazing! Highly recommend them!

Matt (the owner came) to replace two torsion springs for my garage door. He and Danielle fit me into their schedule so that I could get my door functional before Christmas. He was very polite and friendly, and did an excellent job (including some additional adjustments to the track of my door to make it glide better) going above and beyond the scope of work. It went terrific - Matt showed up exactly between the time that Danielle told me he would and he got to work immediately - I thought that this would be a real undertaking bc the old opener wasn’t centered correctly and he would have to notch out more on the door! He finished in the exact time that I was told that he would finish and he showed me everything that I needed to know about the new opener! The weather stripping was beautifully done to what I call perfection! I will keep them for all my needs like this! I recommend them to everyone!

Perfect. I called at 2pm to see if I could get a repair guy out and despite the fact that they close at 3pm there happened to be a tech in my area so they came out at 2:45. It took the tech about 10 minutes to fix my door. Would highly recommend.
