A great experience! I e-mailed them with the issue and they responded within two hours on a weekend. I was contacted the next day, again via e-mail, to set up an appointment time. I was given a two hour window. They arrived within the appointment window. The work was done in a quick and professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves, always appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

The woman that scheduled the appointment was very nice and professional. The technician arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment which was scheduled for between 10 and 12. He introduced himself by name and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He determined that my garage door opener keypad was worn out and proceeded to replace it. It is wireless so it required no wiring (two mounting screws out and two screws in) The entire visit took about 20 minutes. I was very happy with the visit until I got the bill. $65 to come to the house. $45 for two or three minutes work. $65 for a remote keypad that you can buy at many places for $30 to $35. Total $125. I thought the service was commendable, but the price was just too high for the service that was performed.

My fiance and I are new home owners. The garage door we had before was falling apart and apparently was put in incorrectly. We quoted 3 different installers and nothing beat Jelly's Garage Doors. The guy from Jelly's that came to give the quote was extremely nice to me and did not try to sell me things that we did not need. I was very impressed with how informative he was and how he explained exactly what they would do. This was a relief since I didn't know much about garage doors. He also informed me of how our garage door was not up to code and would have caused a fire in our house (which wasn't a surprise). After we decided to go with Jelly's based on the reviews and the quote we were given, I spoke with the owners wife to pick a day for install. She was very nice and put us in as soon as they could fit us. During the day of the installation, they two men were prompt and began to work on the garage immediately. They completed the whole job within 4 hours. I was assuming it would take all day. The men explained in detail how to use the new keypad entry and how to turn on and off the sensor for the lights. I was very pleased with how quiet the garage door was and how kind everyone was. I would highly recommend this company if you want someone who is honest and gives you a fair price!

The service was top of the line. I called early morning, and a tech called me a few hours later same day. The sound man was punculal and showed up at once we agreed on a time. The service was completed within about 2 hours and all questions were answered while the work was completed. The tech even took the time to ensure all remotes operated and I understood what should be done as preventative maintenance.

The whole process was a breeze. My husband and I were referred to Jelly?s Garage Doors by a friend and also saw that they had excellent reviews on Angie?s List. Once we accepted the quote, Danielle scheduled us for the installation (the quote also included removal of the old door, upgraded hardware, new track, weatherstripping and a 5 year warranty on parts / labor). The crew arrived on time and worked throughout the morning to install the door, which looks great! I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a new garage door.

They showed up when they said they would - removed the old door and tracks. Installed the new door-used upgraded rollers and hardware - adjusted the garage door opener and cleaned up so the garage was cleaner than when they arrived. Was done in about 4.5 hours. When it came time to pay I wanted to use my double cash back credit card - I was advised that there would be a 2 % charge ($28.80) to used the card. On Angie's website and on the estimate from Jelly's garage door there is mention of that fee. So I paid with a check. So much for using the double cash back credit card. The fact that Jelly's garage door took credit cards was a contributing part of selecting them over other installers.

Experience was a positive one. Issue: My garage door opener would make noise but not actually pull the door up. Scheduling: Called one afternoon, they called back early the next morning to schedule the appointment. Arrival: Technician arrived in the window that they said he would and he was very professional. Work: Analyzed the problem quickly, gave me a quote and got to work once I approved it. He spent over an hour down in my garage fixing the opener and leveling and servicing the door. Note: there was one cost for fixing the opener and another cost for servicing and leveling the door. I was fine with that arrangement. Result: Opener now works and the door looks much better in terms of being level. I would use Jelly's again and recommend them to others.

The people arrived at the time we had agreed and quickly checked all the parts that control the door as well as the door itself. They lubricated the parts and were done in about fifteen minutes. Good job and also had a neighbor get them to see about an installation in his garage.

Jelly's Garage Doors gave us a prompt written (emailed) estimate to replace our old garage door. At their suggestion, we also had aluminum placed on the wood surround of the door opening. Danielle was always friendly and pleasant to talk to on the phone, and they were always very responsive to our phone calls. The door we wanted happened to be in stock, so we were able to get scheduled within a week. The installers arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and we had a beautiful new garage door within a couple of hours. There was a mix-up with the price quoted vs. what was charged, but they issued a refund of the difference quickly, and without any hassle. We would definitely recommend Jelly's Garage Doors for anyone who is looking for professional, fantastic service!

My husband called on a Monday to schedule an appointment for a quote. They came the next day. Went over everything with my husband and issued us a quote the same day. We scheduled the appointment (around our schedules for about a week and a half later.) They arrived five minutes early to the appointment. The installer was very knowledgable, polite, professional, and did a great job. He completed the install, went over the details with us and completely cleaned up by early afternoon.

They were great and excellant. Highly recommend them as they were afforable, fast, and cleaned up after themselves.

We contacted Jelly's through Angie'sList messaging and they responded promptly. We received an in person consultation and later that same day the quote was emailed to us. Because of the season, and selecting a garage door in inventory, we scheduled installation the following business day. Andrew, the same person who provided our consultation, arrived promptly at the start of the install window. He called when the job was finished. He and he team left the area cleaner than they found it and all instructions and receipts were organized. Highly recommend Andrew at Jelly's!

Great company to deal with. Have used them before and will use them again. I am an email type of person and I actually arranged this entire job via email which I love. Very prompt responses via email and job was on scheduled quickly. Installer was very professional and had the job done quickly. Reasonable prices and great people to work with.

Andrew and Keith replaced my broken garage door this morning. They worked hard in twenty degree weather for almost four hours and did an outstanding job. It's nice to see that excellent service still exists, as it certainly does with Jelly's. I called for an appointment and instantly got a quote over the phone for the job. Had I not needed to special cut, the job would've been $125 for the garage door opener installation. The special cut added an additional $35. I felt the price was very reasonable and will definitely use them when I replace the garage door opener on my second bay. The serviceman arrived within the first 30 minutes of the 2 hour window provided. Everything for the entire installation went smoothly with no big surprises. The service was exactly what I wanted it to be. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

From the moment I reached Danielle Jellison on the phone to set up an estimate to replace my garage doors, I knew Jelly's was a company I would like to work with. She was extremely knowledgable and efficient. I had product brochures and recommendations emailed to me within an hour and approximate costs and options clearly spelled out. I had done my homework before calling Jelly's and I knew that my job would be a difficult one due to limited space. My house was built before automatic garage doors were readily available for residential use and there was virtually no room to mount the motors and lights. We scheduled a time to get an estimate and Andrew showed up right on time to look things over. He was very professional and went straight to work taking measurements and making notes. I questioned him about the limited space problem and he was straightforward in answering that although the installation might be a little more complicated than most and the openers required for our job were slightly more expensive than average, Jelly's had done many installations like mine and that the job would be done right. I had previously talked to family and neighbors who recently had repaced garage doors and gotten another estimate so I knew that the price quoted to me was fair. I called Jelly's and scheduled the job. Andrew and Chris showed up right on time and began preparing to remove the old doors. They were pleasant and professional and also very accomodating about moving a lot of the junk in my garage out of the way! They worked hard for a couple of hours clearing out the old doors and were then joined by Matt Jellison. The three men worked as a team finishing the removal and preparing for the new installation. They were very diligent and neat and highly skilled in their work. Except for a well deserved lunch break, they worked all day making sure every aspect of the installation was done perfectly. Matt engineered the position of the motors and lights expertly with all the wiring and controllers neatly fastened and mounted. He explained all the features and controls in detail and helped me program the remote controllers and the keyless entry pad. He also went over the safety and emergency features and gave me tips on cleaning and lubricating the door and opener hardware.The work site was cleaned up and left neater than when they started. Jelly's gave me a great product that was expertly installed at a very fair price. Other benefits from Jelly's include an upgrade in the door hardware and an upgraded warranty plus a discount for members of Angie's list. This is a small company that is proud of what they do and it shows.

Initially I didn't know what I wanted to do so I called Jelly.s Garage Doors to get an idea what needed done and what it would cost and made an appointment with them. Matt from Jelly's arrived promptly at the appointed time and basically engineered what was required to produce the results I had outlined, gave me a rough estimate and promised a quote within 2 days. True to his word, I had the quote within a day. The quote was very close to his rough estimate and seemed good value for the work that had to be done. I called Jelly's and gave them the go ahead to order the parts and schedule the job. Once the parts had arrived, they called and set up an appointment to perform the work and arrived promptly on the scheduled day and immediately began work I spent time during the day observing progress and kibitzing with the craftsmen, and observed that their work habits were excellent and that " doing it right" took precedence over "hurry up". Their tools were all in good repair and each had a set so that none had to wait for another to finish with a tool. Their trucks were clean and in good repair, and well stocked with all the parts and fittings to complete the work. Since it was a fairly large job, they had to work beyond the 8 hour mark, which they did in good spirit to complete the installation. Once finished, cleanup was completed, leaving no trace of their having been there, except for beautiful new garage and man doors. When I went to write the check, I was informed that they had been able to do the work for $ 250.00 less than the initial quote. All in all my experience with Jelly's Garage Doors was an excellent one, the workers were all highly skilled and worked with a sense of urgency and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Jelly's, with confidence, to anyone needing their services, they were honest, trustworthy, and very efficient.

I've worked with many service providers both in my residences as well as my real estate business. In certain businesses, especially it seems with garage door service people, you ask for a specific repair, and sometimes they try to sell you something else, usually claiming the door needs to be replaced, etc. I have a large wooden, double door, in an older home, in a good neighborhood. I expected the worse. What I received was exception service, a very reasonable price, and reassurance that there are still service people that will treat you fairly. These people were knowledgeable, personable, and reasonable. Its a shame they only fix garage doors. I read the other reviews on Angie's lists and felt this company created the best responses from their clients. After experiencing their work, they deserve the good reviews. I've never written one before now, but felt compelled to do so in this instance.

We chose Mr Jellison's company as he was very meticulous about explaining the weatherproofing involved in the garage door installation. Once we decided to hire him, he and his administrative assistant talked us through the door choosing/ordering process. We ordered a door and when it arrived we set up the date of installation. Mr Jellison's crew was extremely professional and kind. Our garage was quite messy and they carefully moved everything out of the way, with no complaints, so that they had room to work. The workers finished up in about 4 hours and left the area very tidy. The door looks great, and we are really noticing the improved weatherproofing in the garage and nearby rooms. We have already recommended him to our next door neighbors.

excellent service/ fairly priced. . . he was "old-school" polite (handshake, smile, look-customer-in-the-eye politeness). . . came out on time, assessed the job; came the next day to complete it. was knowledgeable about what needed to be done; thorough; professional. if we need any repair of the door in the future, he will be the guy to call. highly recommend him. . . (I should also say that I first called another angie's list garage door contractor who had more reviews than Jelly's, but it took them 4 days to get back to me, so Jelly's courtesy in returning my phone call and speed in getting the job done was greatly appreciated ).
