Jelly's Garage Doors & Dumpsters

Matt was prompt, took time to answer all of my questions and helped me to understand several new things about my garage doors. Will definitely call them again.

They showed up on time for the quote. We had it in writing within 30 minutes of the visit. Once we made the decision we were able to pick the day of installation which is a plus in my book. The day of the installation came and they were here 30 minutes early. They were here about 3 hours in total including clean up.

Great!! Took his time and repaired another companies door opener. Service fee can be applied to a new opener within one year.

Everything went well. Matt came out and gave me an estimate to replace my garage door. We went over all of the options and he gave me several recommendations on reinforcing the door to ensure its longevity. My garage door is an odd size so it was a special order. They told me it would take around three weeks before the door would arrive and be installed. Sure enough, after three weeks I received an e-mail to schedule a date for installation. The installers worked for 8am to 2pm. They took their time and made sure everything was installed properly and ever did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Matt also has another business of bulk junk collection. I had just bought the house and was doing renovations so I had a lot of junk that needed tosses, so he gave me a quote to pick it up. He picked it up on time and in full. I would highly recommend this company for garage door installation or bulk junk pick up. They are great at both, fairly priced, and extremely professional. The price I have below may seem a bit high, but my door was a special order, it also required some wood to be added to the sides and top of the opening to make sure the garage door sat flush with the ground and it also included the bulk garbage pick up.

I called Jelly's and an appointment was scheduled for the same day. I received a call 15 minutes of the service appointment and Matt arrived on time and had the problem fixed in no time. (A lead on the circuit board needed to be soldered.) While he was lubricating the garage door track, I asked if I could borrow his can of WD-40 to spray a spring on my lawnmower. He very graciously sprayed the spring and then determined what the real problem was and proceeded to repair the lawnmower! AND gave me the can of WD-40. No extra charge for the lawnmower service. Matt is friendly, professional and knows what he's doing. I've already recommended him to my friends and family.

Jelly's Garage Doors is a very responsive and responsible company. You wouldn't think of garage door people as being first responders, until you're stuck in your house because your garage door won't open. They did the work both times at a reasonable price and on time. Highly recommend them!

Called in the morning and after a brief discussion, they gave me a quote. It was very reasonable, I did not bother to check other providers. Later in the day, Matt, the owner operator came to fix the garage door. Within an hour the door was fixed and operating. He also offered generous warranty. Excellent quality work and an honest transaction. Will recommend and definitely use their services again.

Called Jelly's, they sent someone out within a few days. Guys arrived on time, were pleasant and the work took about an hour. Basically tuned up the opener.

Absolutely tremendous! They came out and gave me an estimate. The office called to verify my choices to make sure that everything would be ordered as I wanted it. They came at 8 AM as scheduled and spent the day installing. They put new headers above the doors to match. My garage is almost hermetically sealed!!! It is air tight. So so happy with the work.

Fantastic! The service tech replaced one pulley, added/replaced two wheels at the bottom of the door and replaced one cord. He even moved the opener on the outside of the door so it no longer hits against the door, and, to boot, he put in light bulbs in the garage opener. Could not ask for a more professional company and the gentleman who responded was wonderful. The cost was reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future.

Unbelievable: ...Jelly's came on time; assesed the problem in short order; offered two options for the repair; and discussed advantages and disadvantages. Wow:...Jelly's returned on the scheduled date had already started the work in the time it took me to get to the front door. I was impressed with their teamwork approach; the accuracy and speed with which the tackled the job; and the fact that they finished earlier than anticipated. FANTASTIC:...Jelly's cleaned the entire area; removed all the excess wiring and cuttings; and were far more reasonably priced than I expected. Without any hesitation I would recommend them for any and all garage door repair. They proved to be timely, dependable, knowledgeable, and friendly. And, I still have my arm and my leg (reasonable cost).

It went great. Matt and Josh were 15 minutes early ... which worked for me. They worked well together and were done with the whole project in 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous and professional. The new door looks great and I am so happy! I would definitely use them again!

Very professional. I called on monday 9/26, and they were able to come and install the new opener on tuesday 9/27. They did a great job. Explained how to operate everything. Completed the install in little over an hour.

They came in and they oiled and they put on new thing I know that I had it fine tuned up, I bought a thing and had fine tune up. They did great work.

Replaced both torsion springs on my 2 car garage door- tightened frame to structure as it had been a bit loose from age.

This was the fourth time that I have used Jelly's. (The other three times were for different problems and twice at a different location.) They were responsive, punctual, and fairly priced. Very professional and very trustworthy. I used Jelly's for the first time about 4 years ago in an emergency situation. After calling several other companies, Jelly's was the only company that would come out that same day. Matthew came and fixed a very difficult, time consuming problem. The job was done well, fairly priced, and much appreciated. I won't call anyone else and I highly recommend them. Consistently excellent service!!!!
