Description of Work: I had been living with a poorly installed garage door and no remote opener for many years. Matt came and assessed my door and recommended a side-mount garage door opener. To do this job correctly, he had to replace some parts, and add several components to make this all work. He worked longer than anticipated and had several unforeseen challenges along the way, but he got the job done and I have a fantastic garage door opener, back-up battery, keyless entry, 2 remotes, a ceiling light, a new torsion spring, new tracks, ball bearing rollers, and a new bottom rubber strip. He also did several other "fixes" and adjustments to make this job as good as it could be. He also cleaned up any debris, and left the place as clean as it was before he came. I am thrilled with this job and equipment Matt installed for me. Matt is an extremely professional, contentious and patient man, and his workmanship is of the highest quality. Everyone I spoke with at his business, was the same, very accommodating and friendly. There is nothing bad I can say about this contractor and the job he did. I couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: My garage door opener was not working. I called jellies and they sent someone out promptly. Everything seemed to go wrong for him. He determined that the problem was a broken gear, but it seemed like more and more broke as he worked on it. Finally, I had to leave, so he stopped working. He came back two days later, and had things fixed in short order. When I went out to check on him and pay for the work, I found that he'd installed a whole new garage door opener, and only charged me for the gear that he originally set out to fix. A less customer friendly shop might have decided that the breakage the first day must have been from stuff that was already broken or ready to fail, and charged me much more. I am impressed!

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Jelly's. I have two garage doors. One was done in the fall and I just had him install the second one. He replaced everything with new tracks, installed a garage door opener. He also had to install an electrical outlet for the opener. Very pleased. Danielle in the office is very nice and responsive. I highly recommend this company.
