Matt arrived with his son, a 5 year old boy. I told him that I wanted to replace my existing garage door and was interested in seeing if my door opener could be repaired, but if not I'd replace. He looked at the opener, told me it was a "piece of junk, very noisy and hard to repair" He said he wasn't sure if he would be able to reprogram it. I told him if it can't be repaired, I could replace it, but would prefer it to be fixed, but give me a price on the new one. He gave me a price on a garage door via email, not sure what was fair, since he was the first estimate, so I figured I'd wait to see what the other two people had to say. While I was waiting for other estimates and quotes, Matt's wife called a few times, just to see what I'd decided. I was concerned about the opener, I'd just had it installed about 4-5 years ago. After the next two installers came, they both said the opener was very good and they could fix it, the eyes were damages and that was all that needed to be replace. So after considering the estimates, I decided to go with another one. I emailed Matt to let him know and why. I did reply telling him that I did indeed tell him that I preferred to have him repair the opener this was his response: there is not anything that I cannot fix. I would never steer a customer in the wrong direction. I have won the Super Service Award 3 straight years from Angie's List. I did not get those awards by not knowing how to fix things or try to sell people things they don't need. you will not find someone more honest than me. I was trying to give you your best option for your money. I apologize that things were miss understood. I am so confident in our abilities to install garage doors that I can guarantee no 1 can install them better than us. hopefully everything goes okay with your install. when they are finished and the door is not sealed properly we would be more than happy to come out and check everything out for you Thanks again Matt Jellison Sent from Yahoo! Mail on Android I was not mean or nasty in any of my email, nor did I respond to this last email because I was getting angry with him. Matt does seem like a nice guy, but it seemed as if he was trying to blame me for not telling him something that I absolutely told him, there was no way I wanted a new opener, I clearly wanted it fixed, but of course I didn't know if it could be fixed and was relying on his expertise.

We called for service at 4 o'clock Saturday since we had a accident with the garage door and it would not go down on a very cold and snowing day. We called and got Matt at the end of his work day and he got here within the hour it took several hours to do the repair so it could operate again. We were very pleased and will call him for any repairs or when we need a new door.

I didn't worry to work with them because they were relatively small and couldn't provide many extras. All of them when they came out did a good job but the thing was we didn't know exactly what we wanted when we started. Actually after talking to each one we started modifying what we wanted. It was kind of hard to make a judgment but each one that came out at the time when we spoke to did fine. They were right on time. They were very professional.

They came on time. They did the work quickly and efficiently and they were fair on their pricing. Will definitely recommend and have used them again.

We had an issue with our original Wayne Dalton garage door and called Jelly's for service. They cam out and got the door working so that we could use it until a replacement could be ordered and installed. When we were given a price for the replacement Clopay Door, we were advised that we would get a discount off the purchase price based on the cost of the service call. The door was ordered and installed on schedule and the workmanship was outstanding. I would strongly recommend Matt and his team to anyone I know. I would also mention that the quality of the Clopay door was well beyond the original Wayne Dalton door that was included in our Ryan home when built in 2004.

They were on time. From 7:30 am worked through until done at 5:30 pm. Removed old door and hauled everything away.

Jelly's was great. My garage door opener failed on New Years Eve, so I decided to replace both since the other one was also working sporadically. I called them on New Years day and they called me back! Which was awesome. They helped me understand what garage door opener options they had and talked me through the process. I decided on two Liftmaster belt drive openeds without the battery backup (Included remotes, sensors, and entry pad). I had them come out that Friday. The individual that came was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. He also pointed out a few suggestions about our existing garage doors. I let him go to work and gave him my number if he needed me. After a few hours he called me up and had me come down to test everything out. Worked like a charm. He also helped stabailize my existing garage doors on their tracks with new pulleys and tightened springs. His work was clean and efficient. Also removed and hauled the old/broken openers. I'm considering new energy efficient garage doors and will definitely go with Jelly's again!

I was impressed with the quick response to my initial call. We were given an estimate at the time of the first visit, then scheduled the work to be done when I called to say we wanted to use this company. Very efficient service. At both the initial visit and the time the work was performed, we were given a two hour time period for the men to arrive, and both times they came at the scheduled time. No hard sell to have more work done than we needed. I was very happy with this company.

Awoke to find my garage door opener was not working. It would also only go up half way manually. Jelly's was at my house within 2 hours, looked at the door, and fixed it so that I could open it manually. Made arrangements to have a new opener installed the following day.

They did very nice work. They were good, and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a very nice job on our door. Their price was reasonable as well.

Everything about my experience with Jelly's door went very smoothly. My phone call was returned promptly and a meeting was scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. The estimator arrived promptly and explained everything in a way that I could understand. The estimate was less expenseive than others, so I chose Jelly's to do the work. The garage door was replaced with the product that had been estimated, on the agreed upon date, and everything was in working order when I arrived home. Also, the workers cleaned up after themselves. I did not have to pay for this service until the job was complete and I was satisfied.

Great overall experience. Was always on time from the estimate to the install date. Had 3 estimates, 2 from Angies list and one other local company. They were far cheaper than the local and about $50 cheaper than the other company. Along with being cheaper its seemed like they used better materials and also gave a 5 year warranty. There work was very neat and done in a timely manor all in one day. They explained the new system very well and the doors look great. Also liked the fact that the owner gave the estimate and also was on the job. I would highly recommend this company if your looking for new garage doors.

It was an excellent service. He came out in a few hours from our call to figure out what was wrong. Set up an appointment after he got the parts and came out exactly when he said he would be there. I highly recommend him .

I had my garage door replaced... Also had installed an electric garage door opener ... Had contacted several other companies prior to contacting Jellys Garage Door Company and do to having an extension above the garage the roof was a bit low to install the electric garage opener. Some said it would not work others said They were unable to instal. One of my coworker recommended JELLYS GARAGE DOOR. I called and Mat the owner came to my home and explained all the details. He was professional courteous and had no trouble installing a side electric garage opener that would work for our problem. . . The price in comparison with other estimates was excellent . . . Agreed on a deal with Mat that same day . . . I could not be happier with the service I received. I had trouble with the keyless opener a few times ... I called the office or Mat at his cell phone and they came the same day... I was never once charged for their trip to my home or for resetting the door . After about 7 month the electric opener stopped working again I called JELLY's and received great service from the office manager ... They came the same day and order a new one ... Again I was never charged a fee for the service. About two weeks ago I back into my garage door ... As I was going inside the garage I hit the close / open remote in error . I hit the door with my car ... I was unable to open or close the door ... I thought oh boy This is going to be expensive. I called Mat and he came the same day, fixed the door ... the cost was less then 100$. I recommend Mat and his company 100%... If you need a New Garage Door or service on your existing door, JELLYS GARAGE DOOR is the company you want to use.

It was a good experience. I really like that they gave us a 5-year guarantee on parts and labor that is transferrable.

The crew arrived at the time they said they would. They were polite, experienced and very qualified. They were very careful of my driveway (just had a new one installed) and cleaned up everything when they were done. I wish all contractors had his manners and work ethics.

Mr Jellison was a personable young man who clearly was interested in building a high quality business. We hired him because he was intelligent, skilled, and his estimate was reasonable. In addition, unlike other garage door companies, he was able to rebuild the existing wood frame which was rotting. He helped us choose a carriage house door and window style to compliment our 1930 Tudor brick house. He framed the door the first day and installed the door the next. He also found a cool door knocker to mount on the garage instead of the handle included with the door. The new door is beautiful and gives our house curb appeal. I highly recommend this young man. We need to keep businesses like his thriving!

Called Jelly's to come out since I noticed one of the safety cables (we have two separate garage doors) was frayed. Had the doors installed in 2006. This same cable had shown fraying a few years after installation, and the installer came out and replaced it (and charged for it, of course). Since installation, these doors have squealed every time they go up or down, due to the springs rubbing against the rails. Installer (who shall remain nameless) said "it couldn't be fixed." Well, in two hours Jelly's had both doors running smoothly and quietly. It was like a miracle, after six years of misery! Jelly's found that the installers hadn't installed the doors properly, corrected the problem, replaced all cables with thicker ones, replaced springs on one door (for only $45, I figured why not, that door gets a lot of use). He cleaned up and was done in about 2 hours. I called that morning, and he showed up the same afternoon. The repairman was very personable and professional, a joy to watch him work. He even adjusted one of the door's tension setting, so that the door would shut and stay shut, for no charge. I really lucked out finding this company via Google. I would highly recommend them, and would call them again in a heartbeat.

As noted, all work was performed with meticulous care at an exemplarily reasonable price. I heartily recommend that anyone considering the purchase and installation of a garage door opener contact Jelly's in lieu of a box store or local branch of a national chain.

They came out sooner than expected, and fixed everything right away. I was impressed with how punctual they were. It was a good experience, and I would use them again.

Matt was very responsive to my initial inquiry. We quickly scheduled a time for him to come out for the estimate. He arrived on time, was very professional, and helped us decide on the best value for the money. He wasn't interested in up-selling. His estimate was in-line with others we had received, especially considering the upgraded hardware and their reputation for high quality work. The very next day, we received his estimate by email and we scheduled the installation for the next week. Matt and his employees were punctual, professional, and very considerate. The work performed was excellent and comes with a 5-year warranty. If anyone I know needs garage doors, I will be recommending Jelly's.

The appointment for our estimate was set forMarch 23, 2012 and the representative showed up on time and proceded to first take measurements and discuss with my wife and myself exactly what we might want as far as trim. He than showed us the pamphlets and types of doors that we mighe be interested in and explained the pros and conns of each type and style plus the costs involved. He assured us that the hardware and safety devices would be of the best quality and he would warrenty all the parts and labor for a full five years. He also included the new address numbers to be installed on the door panels. We arranged for an appointment for instalation with the office and bright and early on April 5 at about 10:00 a.m., the big red Jelly's truck showed up and work began! I was surprised at all the effort it took to first remove the existing door and install the new one as well as removal and instalation of the trim and making sure all was operating correctly. They took all the old hardware and cleaned up the garage area and were gone by 3:00 p.m.I am very pleased with the entire process and would recomend Jelly's Garage Door to every one that needs ane door work done from replacement to repair!!

They were very nice and professional, arrived on time and were done early. They cleaned everything up and left it in good order along with assurance that they would service anything needed in future.
