Matt was awesome to deal with. I had a tight schedule and he was very accommodating. The job was challenging in that there was not a lot of headroom and there was an I-beam and duct work in the way. Matt quickly came up with a creative solution and made it happen.

It was very good. They came out real quickly, installed the garage door cleanly and professionally and it was great. I paid just the Big Deal price. There was an addition to that for a remote garage door opener. I think the price was good and their quality of service was excellent.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I bought. They were fantastic and not only that, I told them they can do the rollers and I asked them about the keyless entry and I asked if I can have that deal too because I wanted that added. They said yes and I'll just give them $45 on top of that and they'll put it both in. That was great. I love that because I'm so tired of losing my keys or not figuring out where I put them anymore. They were fabulous. I actually put them down so that if I need my rollers done every year, I'll call them. I told them I want to do business with them, they were phenomenal. They were actually here a little early but I was around. There were 2 of them and they were just wonderful. They're very fine on price, they're not exaggerated at all, and they're very thorough. They were as pleasant as can be. Ever since I joined Angie's List, it has been God sent. Every single person has been reputable that has come to this house, every person has not taken me, everyone has done their job properly, and I'm happy that Angie's List came about. I tell people about Angie's List. I say if you want someone to come to your house to deal with what you want done, you go to Angie's List, don't go anywhere else because that is going to be the best place that you are going to get the best people that have the reputation to do what they're supposed to do.

I called Jelly's a couple of weeks ago to get an estimate on a new garage door. I was given a time estimate of between 7:30 and 8:00 on a Wednesday morning. Matt arrived promptly at 7:30 to give the estimate. He explained all of my options and then let me pick which ones I wanted to go with. I was satisfied with the estimate so I asked him to begin as soon as he can. He offered time slots the following week but I had a hectic week so he said he could do it the week after. The installers showed up promptly sometime between 7:30 and 8:00. They helped me move a bunch of items that were in the way and got right to work. They were very friendly and professional. The job took about 5 1/2 hours and they cleaned up very well after themselves, even wiping the door and frame down from any fingerprints that they may have gotten on there during the install process. The new door looks and works great. The installers finished up by instructing me on the functions of the new door opener and how to properly maintain the door. I mentioned to one of the installers that I was going to also replace my basement/garage window with glass block for extra insulation. He told me that they also install glass block. Based on the quality from this job, I will be calling them for that job as well!

The individual from Jelly's Garage fixed the problem. He was very polite and professional and even put in a new lightbulb that I provided. The service was prompt and reasonable. I would use Jelly's Garage Doors again.

The job went very smooth and you can tell Matt really takes pride in his work. The work is flawless and he cleaned up like you never he knew he was there.

I called Jelly's on a Tuesday and they came out the next day. Andrew was very nice and professional. I have a very old garage door which was not closing when it hit the ground. I was manually opening and closing the door half the time. Plus it was loud and creaking. Andrew went right to work and fixed the door, The door is working great now. I was happy with the fact that even though it is a older door he didn't try to sell me a new one. He was honest in explaining the door and it's parts to me. I reecently bought this house and it seems every time I get someone out here all they want to do is sell me a new one of something. I'm a single female.However I do have a boyfriend, brothers and uncles and brothers- in-laws. So before I call for help they check things out first. I Truly appreciate Andrew treated me with dignity. When it comes to a new door, I will diffently call Jelly's!!!

Using Angie?s Big Deal coupon ($79.00), Matt Jellison, owner of Jelly's, replaced our old garage door rollers with quiet ball bearing rollers as our garage door was horribly screechy and noisy. He came on time, had all equipment in his utility truck, was very knowledgeable and readily explained why our garage was so noisy. The new rollers and his adjustments made a huge difference. I was amazed it was the same garage door. In addition to having poor quality rollers, the original installers had incorrectly attached the springs and they were rubbing against the metal each time we opened the door. They had installed them on the wrong bracket and installed them backwards. He showed me the problem and the price to correct it. After my approval, he took them completely apart and rewired them the correct way, which took about 30 minutes of work and charged me only $30.00! . Now the springs are on top the way they should be instead of rubbing next to it. Included in this $30.00 was track adjustment and balancing of the door. He tightened all loose screws. In addition, he also saw our motor was loose so adjusted that and fixed the vertical lift on it and reprogrammed our opener ? at no charge. Our garage door was also visibly sagging in the middle when opened. It was due, once again, to the original installers not putting struts across. He told me how much the strut costs him per foot (I believe $1.25) and then calculated the length across my garage door horizontally and told me the strut would cost me $24.00 which included labor! What a deal. This will save our garage door from cracking in the middle and give us additional years. I highly recommend Matt Jellison. Truly, our garage door is like night and day. He was extremely professional. Of all of my Angie List finds, he is the best so far!!! Get his number 412-653-(DOOR) 3667 and keep it. I did.

They came out and looked at the job and called us the next day with an estimate. We picked a date and the came out and repaired the door.

They were pretty good. They've got the work done on time. He is good worker and he is friendly. He was organized and installed it quickly. It was a good price. I bought the garage door opener at Home Depot.

Our garage door would get hung up opening and closing and wouldn't finish going either way. It was very frustrating always having to manually open & shut the door, so we called Jelly's. He was very prompt, able to come at 7:30am before we had to leave for work. He identified the issue was the garage door opener itself and serviced the motor. He explained to us it would continue working for a few more years perhaps but eventually will just wear out and need replaced. We talked about potential replacement options and costs, as well as replacing the garage door itself. He also installed the safety cords, which were a required improvement from our home inspection. We discussed doing a complete re-install of the door, tracks, and openers in the future. The office promptly followed up with us with an estimate, just so we can budget for the future - no pressure to make an immediate sale. Will definitely call them when we're ready to do so!

It went very well for me. It was a nice person that came and did the work. They came to do the work the same day that they promised. He did a good job. He showed me certain things that were not quite okay, things that I need to take care of. He showed me the hazards for not doing that. It was a good experience. I found the price to be very reasonable. The repairman came on time and did it.

Jelly's arrived on time for their estimate appointment and work, and finished within the time they quoted. Their cost was comparable to others in that category (price was for two single-car garage doors). We chose them because of the excellent reviews and the fact that they are an independently owned company who stated their focus was on quality and customer satisfaction. They did an excellent job! I can't say enough about their attention to detail! We have an older house where nothing is level and measurements are not square! They worked with the house to make everything fit perfectly! They went out of their way to match colors on the garage door moldings to our existing window moldings. They are great guys, cleaned up wonderfully and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. I would definitely recommend them and if we ever need garage doors again, would absolutely use them!

He and his worker came and did all the needed (minor) mods to the door opening, installed both doors, and the opener in one day. Everything works great. Only a minor note, and not Matt s fault per say, but I was surprised that garage doors no longer come with internal slide locks. For an external building,, having a way to secure the doors is pretty important,.I ended up buy some at Lowes and installing them myself.
