Everything went perfect. I called first thing this morning, they were able to schedule me the same day. Matt showed up told me what needed to be done and did the work. Extremely professional, top notch service provider. I will definitely have him back when it's time to replace my garage door.

I bought an Angies List Deal because my garage door was noisy, jerky and needed some help. Matt called immediately and set up an appointment. He arrived on time and was clean, presentable and professional in addition to being friendly. He then replaced the rollers, and cleaned everything up and, I think, lubed it, too. Whatever he did, at the end of the service my garage door was at least 50% quieter, and much smoother in operation. He also replaced a light that had blown, which was very kind. I hate getting up on ladders! The fix has lasted. Even the neighbors noticed the difference, and asked me what I had done. I told them about Matt. I hope he got some calls from that. Matt is very knowledgeable and very kind. I highly recommend him. And when my garage door needs help, I am definitely going to call Matt.

Doors are over 20 years old, operated noisily, and sealed poorly. Jellies: - installed new side and bottom weather stripping. - changed hinges to make a better seal - discovered that one door didn't work properly because the concrete sill was poured such that it interfered with the door descent. They cut the concrete to form a straight sill (without getting dust all over everything). - replaced a new side piece of weather strip which tore, and adjusted the door to prevent further damage. - quickly returned (with 10 minutes of my call) when one of the doors stopped operating. They found that the new weather stripping was creating more drag, and that the "blockage return" setting on the operator was set too low. They adjusted the operator and the weather stripping (even though the door had started working again by the time they returned). - sold and set up an extra remote. - did not leave or ask for money until everything worked. My garage doors now operate and seal better than they ever have.

Mathew came out. He was very careful, quick, and thorough. He was very pleasant to deal with. He was very responsive to my questions about garage doors and what he would do. To prepare for his visit, his company invited me to e-mail pictures of the damage before he came out, which I did.

I was more than satisfied with the quality of the work and when I called about a problem it was resolved in a few days.

He was very courteous and professional. Our garage door made a lot of noise when opening and closing. He made adjustments to make the door quieter.

Matt came out as promised and did everything that I was expecting. He was done in 1/2 hours and I was completely satisfied. He changed all of the rollers, lubricated wheels and springs. Adjusted the door so it would close tightly.

Matt was the only company who was able to install a garage door opener for me. I had 3 others come and look and all said it couldn't be done. I have low ceilings and a support beam that runs across the ceiling. Matt looked at it and suggested a side lift opener which works perfectly! He gave me a fair price and didn't charge me extra when he had to do more work ( my garage is not plumb). Last year I attempted to drive through my door :( My ex husband fixed it ( it was badly banged up and out of alignment) but after awhile the cable would come off the wheels. Matt replaced the entire door for what I expected to pay for just one section ! He is always punctual, professional and works hard. I would recommend Jelly's to anyone. I have no complaints in all the times I have dealt with him.

Out of 3 contractors I scheduled for that day Jelly's Garage Door was the only one on time. Excellent communication and very professional. Did an excellent job installing garage door opener, added a keypad for a very reasonable price and didn't charge me extra for the longer rail. Will use them again and recommend to everybody.

Wow! We have worked with many contractors and Matt is outstanding.I called in early July for an estimate on 2 new garage doors, Matt provided an estimate within a few days. His price was very competitive and was thorough in explaining what was still working properly and what items needed to be upgraded or replaced. I feel like he did not try to sell me things that I did not need. After his initial estimate, I saw a photo of a door I really liked and he was able to provide that door. Installation was today and went so smoothly, the team was efficient and tidy and the doors are absolutely beautiful. Perfect company model: Honest, provides excellent material, delivers on time, communication with office was easy and they were very responsive.THANK YOU!!

They called to say they could actually show up earlier than the stated time window. They installed the new opener, and for a small additional fee (at my request), added the remote keypad and also moved the existing door opener to my second garage bay which had been manual. They even moved the original keypad to that bay. They had stated the total job would probably be about two hours, but actually finished in under 90 minutes, a nice bonus. Everything works as expected and they explained all aspects of the new opener to my satisfaction. The installers were courteous and professional and left the garage neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to use their services again anytime.

I contacted the company and made an appt for service. The company owner arrived on time and reviewed our needs. He replaced the wired key pad entry without difficulty. He also assessed our garage doors and discussed our options related to future repairs or replacement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I had an "Angie's Deal" and was pleased with the price and service. Would use again!

Matt performed an excellent job, installation was very neat and cleaned up when finished. He also explained complete operation. An provided me with manuals. I would deffinetly use Jellys in the future and recommend them to family and friends

It was great. They showed up on time. They did a great job and when he was done he showed me how it worked and that was it. He was very nice. He installed it within the hour and he was efficient. You can't ask for more.

The experience was okay. When they came out the first time the problem was not fixed, so they had to come out the 2nd time. We actually just got the bill for the 2nd time. We just got another bill for 149 dollars.

Came when scheduled. No wasted time. Got job done. Explained everything. Slight misunderstanding regarding validity of tune-up coupon, but company honored it. Very professional. Very pleased with product and service.

He came within a couple of hours of my calling because the broken spring was preventing me from opening the garage door. He replaced both springs. He was extremely pleasant and I will recommend his business to my friends and family . I would certainly call him again with any problems.
