He gave me tips on how to secure 3 other doors. He was very honest and saved me a lot of money. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He is looking for a replacement lock box on an antique door as well. The man is so good he is almost like a magician.

I called Jeff on a Saturday, assuming I would be leaving a message for a weekday return call. Nope. He answered and scheduled a service call for Thursday. He arrived at _exactly_ the time he promised. Like the other reports indicate, he was very polite, very professional and very tolerant of my dog! The lock on our front door was loose -- the place where the key is put rattled and I feared it would eventually fall off. Jeff very quickly made the necessary repair, even explaining to me what he did. He then noticed that the strike plate on the door jamb was missing. I had taken it off during the rainy weather as the door was swollen and catching on it. Jeff identified the problem and said he could fix it by installing it flush with the wall. Works like a charm! Can't say enough good things. Showing up on time is, in my book, HUGE but also doing his job so expertly and so professionally... you can't ask for more.

Jeff could have been better. He was polite and punctual, he arrived within 5 minutes of our discussed service time period, which was rather late in the night due to our work schedule. The server call was around 5:30 PM, which was fantastic. Not only did Jeff replace the locks, he also diagnosed and replaced a bad tumbler/cyliner within our door to the garage. Jeff was very thorough in showing us what was wrong with the lock and replaced it at a reasonable cost. Overall with replacing 4 locks, the tumbler and making 4 sets of keys the cost was very reasonable. i will be using him in the future for any additional locksmith needs and I would reccommend him to everyone I know within the Pittsburgh area.

Jeff is awesome! He's very professional, punctual, knowledgable and likeable. We paid $50 today to have him change out the new door lock which included his trip out 2 weeks ago to our house to look at it and see what was broken on the door lock too. Had Jeff not told us that our Baldwin door handle had a lifetime warranty, we would have never thought to call Baldwin to order the replacement parts. Jeff helped us figure out what was broken and told us what to ask for when we called the manufactuer. He fixed it and was even able to get it to work despite the fact the manufacturer sent one part that was the wrong size. Without the helpful information he gave us, we easily could have gone out and bought a replacement handle for about $300. We saved about $250 thanks to Jeff's help. Jeff is very helpful and great to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs locks changed or has a broken door handle, etc. Call Jeff!

He was excellent. He was a thoroughly nice and honest guy who charged a more than reasonable price. He was professional and helpful with advice. He made it out within 24 hours even though I had not requested him to come that fast. He was on time, extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. I recommend him highly.

We had a unique situation where we needed a key made for an existing safe. The safe company was unable to help us and Jeff easily figured out a solution and in a short time we had the key we needed for a safe that would otherwise be useless. Jeff, arrived when he said he would and performed all the requested chores for the price he gve over the phone. He installed two dead bolts and rekeyed several other locks in our home. He was on site approx 2 hours and thirty min.

He is in business by himself and he was great. His name was Jeff Wagler. He gave us a quote. It wasn't easy to track down the mechanism but he found it. He called several times to give us updates on where he was in the tracking process and where they were in the delivery of that mechanism. He was extremely reliable and very professional. He was very diligent in solving our problem. He was outstanding. We would absolutely use him again.

He was excellent. We spent $65 on that work and thought that was very reasonable. He came when we asked him to come and we would use him again.

The deadbolt on my front door wouldn't open so I gave Jeff a call. He answered the phone himself and was very polite and personable. We made an appointment and he made the repair within a few days (it was a non-emergency so I wasn't in a rush). The repair was 100% effective and the deadbolt now works perfectly. I called Jeff because of a broken lock on an Anderson sliding door....I left message on the answering machine and he called me that same evening and set up appt for next day(Saturday)...he was prompt/courteous and professional....he was unable to fix the door ( not the lock issue I thought it was) and guided me how to get it fixed and also offered to doublecheck with his supplier and contacts that he was giving me the correct guidance...he spent a half hour at no charge and gave me a call on Monday with the info from his contacts
