Jeff came the same day I called him. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. He explained the problem to my husband and then changed the lock on our back door. I would recommend him to anyone.

He then called at 9:00 am on Friday morning and said that he would not be coming because he did not feel "comfortable with the parking situation and that we should get someone else." He knew the parking situation when first contacted. He should have let us know at time that he would not come. Now here it is Friday and we are scrambling to find another locksmith to fix our problem so that we can secure our building for the weekend.

I would definitely hire Jeff again. He was prompt in returning my calls and showed up at my home at the time he said he would. He was pleasant and informative. It is over a month the service was completed and the locks are working great. The old lock I purchased at a major home supply store lasted less than 2 weeks before the key would no long turn. Very happy with Jeff's Lock and Key Service.

Jeff has a very professional attitude, he came as scheduled, he was able to change and rekey 2 of the 3 doors that day but, because one of the door was and older model door he had to order a special lock which was installed a week later. I was very pleased that he was able to rekey the older door to match the newer door.

It was an awful experience. They weren't timely, and they actually damaged the cabinet and lock instead of fixing them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Jeff (the owner) arrived on time and was both amiable and professional. He took a look at the lock, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even made an extra set of keys for it in his truck. He was efficient, competent and friendly. We would absolutely hire him again.

He came and found out why the bathroom door locked us out. He offered to replace with what he had, which didn't match anything in the place. He found us an identical replacement. He was prompt, courteous, neat, and fast.

We have an old home (built in 1930) and the front door lock has been problematic since we bought the house 7+ years ago. I contacted Jeff Wagner, the owner of Jeff's Lock & Key Service, through Angie's List. Jeff arrived as scheduled and examined the front door lock. Jeff took the lock apart, quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired lock. Jeff explained what he was doing and why the door lock had not been working properly. Jeff also replaced several missing wood screws when re-attaching the front door handle and lock. At my request, Jeff then adjusted a different door knob that was difficult to turn. Based on Jeff's easy to understand explanation, I have adjusted several other door knobs that had been difficult to turn. Jeff also checked our back door and explained how I could replace the lock myself. Jeff was prompt in responding to my request for service; arrived as scheduled; knew what he was doing and explained what he was doing when making the requested repairs. Jeff charged a fair price for his services. Jeff did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had bought the fixtures, and Jeff's Lock & Key Service installed them. It was a good experience. The work was good and they were very responsive and timely. They did an excellent job and we've had no problem with it. They are professional and cleaned up after themselves. He was working on a door in an older house and that can be tricky.

First off, Jeff was at my house exactly when he said he would be, which is refreshing these days. Secondly, Jeff is an extremely friendly and personable and I immediately felt comfortable having him re-key the locks for my house. Jeff works in a clean, professional and timely manner. One summer when I was on summer break from school, I worked for a lock smith company and I know a thing or two about the business. That being said, I am absolutely certain Jeff brings an outstanding value to the Local Lock industry, his warm and friendly personality is worth paying above industry average, but Jeff's Lock and Key Service has very reasonable rates.
