Robert is a phenomenal home inspector. Our home was new construction and we were set to close in the middle of winter. Due to the weather, the water company was delayed in connecting the water to our home. This resulted in several delays to our inspection. Robert was very flexible in ensuring that we were able to be fit in before our close. During the inspection, Robert was very thorough. For example, some home inspectors now will only look at the roof from afar with a zoom camera. Robert went onto the roof and checked individual shingles. While he was going through, Robert made sure to explain to me what he was doing. He also explained to me why it was important without jargon. Robert discovered several issues which we were able to get fixed by the builder before the close. At the end, Robert provided a detailed report. The report mirrored what Robert had discussed with me during the day. It included high quality pictures, explanation of the problem, and methods the problem could be fixed. Not only was this documentation significantly better than those I had used in the past, it was provided the next day. We will definitely be using Robert again and recommending him to our friends. His service and professionalism is exceptional and rare in today's world.

Rob started with the outside and then worked his way up from the basement. He went over everything he found in detail. He helped me triage the issues so that I could address the most important ones first. He also pointed out places where in the future problems might occur, such as with my aging roof. I would hire Rob for another home inspection, because he was professional, prompt, and thorough. The price was also very competitive for his services.

The inspection was done with professionalism and diligence. Robert Morrow wrote a very detailed report for us on the same day as the inspection. The report was extremely clear, with very good photographs, diagrams and clear explanations of the problems found.

I was happy that he has the integrity to not overlook or gloss over issues. My client is 78 and it is a reflection on me (I am a realtor) if she ends up having to deal with an issue that should have been caught on inspection. I am happy that he was honest and thorough. My report was delivered the next day (my inspection was in the evening.) . It was thorough with photos and what was an immediate issue and what may be an issue in the future, as well as what was working properly. He answers immediately or replies in a timely manner if he is tied up. Very please with his work.

The inspector was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the home. Beyond the deep knowledge was the ability to communicate the findings to homebuyers who require a basic explanation. Every second of the inspection was useful and thankfully seconds were not that great in number. By that I mean the process was handled with great efficiency, yet nothing was ignored or hurried over.

From the moment we met with Rob he was so friendly. It was 6 degrees outside and he started our inspection outside. He was so great and offered us hand warmers to keep us warm while he described everything he was doing outside and what he was looking for. Even though he was freezing cold he thoroughly checked everything and made sure to let us know every detail. We then moved inside and he took his time and did not move on until he knew we understood. Any question that we asked he answered and never talked down to us. He is so thorough and so knowledgable! A++++ for customer service!! Rob was able to schedule in 2 days time as we were inspecting a house to purchase which had a reported major repair several years ago which made us nervous. He was already there when we arrived, and appeared to have been there for some time as he had already been in the property, talked to the contractor onsite and set his radon meter. He explained what he was going to do for the inspection and we got started on time. He addressed our major concern first which set our minds at ease about that issue, then we began. We found Rob to be friendly, thorough, competent, and patient. He explained everything well for non-handy people like us to understand. He was efficient but took the time needed to get things done properly. He spent additional time giving us recommendations about some future improvements we are planning. His comprehensive report was emailed to us less than 24 hrs later and was beautifully laid out with many photos and illustrations as well as the written summary. The inspection went smoothly. We were with Mr. Morrow during the inspection and he offered comments about and explanations of what was happening and provided intelligent, useful answers to all of our questions. It helped that the 115 year-old house and modern garage were no longer occupied and almost completely empty--something to keep in mind when you get a house inspected, as it helps tremendously for an inspector to be able to see and assess everything there. First, the roofs, guttering, and exteriors were checked for stability. Rob gave us an idea of what needed to be done, and how soon those aspects of the house and garage might need repairs or replacement. He then inspected the interior, checking the walls, ceilings, floors, windows, plumbing, electrical outlets, and breaker box, pointing out several things that needed fixing and why they needed fixing. The furnace was also checked to see if it ran, and unfortunately it did not. The complete inspection took a little over four hours. The next morning, Rob emailed to us a 40-plus page report of all of his findings, along with dozens of clear color photographs of vital areas and recommendations. The report was extremely useful to us in our negotiations with the seller, and I highly recommend Rob Morrow's Inspectioneering for an inspection of your potential home.

Rob did an extremely thorough home inspection, finding issues that we didn't even think to look for or ask about. He was able to schedule an appointment quickly after we called him, which is helpful with our busy schedules. He also took the time to go through everything with us during the inspection and answer any questions we had. He produced a detailed and organized inspection report with notes, images, and even future maintenance recommendations, and sent it to us right away. Rob, who is now the owner of Inspectioneering LLC, performed the home inspection personally. He was very knowledgeable and I felt pretty thorough. I accompanied him on the home inspection, which he recommends. I, incidentally, have a degree in electrical engineering - which I felt he explained electrical issues quite well for a lay person to follow easily. The inspection lasted about 3-4 hours for a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home. I had selected him, both from referrals as well as his yelp and Angies list reviews, which I felt were on point. I would recommend Rob and would use his services again.

Rob Morrow did a solid inspection for a house I wanted to buy. I called him because I needed someone immediately and he came the very next day, which was a holiday! He showed up early and we went over the house top to bottom. He answered all my questions, gave me advice, created a well-documented report, and even gave me a book about how the stuff in the house works. Great job, Rob!

I had looked at two different inspectors. Inspectioneering was $5 cheaper, but more importantly, he could do it within a few days, and his reviews were awesome. I spoke to Rob and got everything set up to have a home inspection, wood destroying insect inspection, and Radon report. Rob was extremely nice and informative. He responded punctually by email and phone. He was on time for the inspection, and was already started by the time my realtor arrived to meet him. Rob called me as soon as he was done to give me a quick run down. By the next day, I had the full written report via email. The report was organized very well - items needing immediate attention first, and then a full overview, illustrated with both drawing and diagrams and photos. It really helped me decide what I needed to ask the sellers to take care of before the sale, versus things I could address later. Rob made sure to tell me every time we talked, that if I had any questions about the report or the property, I could always call him to ask. Two days later, I got the termite and Radon reports, right on time. I submitted the repair request to the sellers, along with a couple of photos from Rob's report, as well as his list of other items, and the sellers agreed to do the repairs right away - no negotiating. This was great, and I believe due in large part to the thoroughness of Rob's report. His report went the extra mile to explain what would happen if you DID NOT perform the repairs recommended, which is hugely important. I would recommend Rob to anyone. His pricing is very reasonable, and his documentation will be useful to me for years to come. It also helps to know I can call him up for advice, per his invitation.

Rob, was very knowledgeable about many aspects of home including potential repairers and remedies to issues. Form my conversation throughout the process I felt comfortable asking questions and getting recommendations pertaining to some of the things he pointed out, and concerns I had. He was very fast in getting me into his schedule and my inspection report was emailed within a day of receiving service. I have used the company two other times before and will continue to use moving forward.

Robert Morrow is the only one answering my call right away even when he was busy. He took detailed notes of what I wanted to do and called me back to set up the inspection date as he had promised. Rob was trying as much as he could to do the inspection right before I sign the agreement. He did the inspection even without my payment because of my rush requirement. His inspection report is so detailed, clearly addressed and done in a half day. Each statement in the report is with pictures and recommendations. I am so pleased with this important inspection report. It really helped me to make the purchasing decision. I highly recommend Robert Morrow if someone wants to do a home inspection.

The service was very good, the staff was very good, and they were very prompt, they showed up when they said they would. He took his time, and pointed out things we didn't know before.

Harel Schwarz arrived early despite traffic from construction nearby. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He took almost an hour and explained what was wrong with the garage and what my next steps would be. He was able to put me in touch with a contractor to provide a cost estimate for repairs to use in negotiating sellers agreement. I was able to be released from the sellers agreement due to very high cost to repair.

Harel was very responsive in scheduling the inspection and very clear about what to expect from Inspectioneering. I was satisfied with the inspector's (Rob) thoroughness. What really stood out was Harel's promptness and helpfulness AFTER the inspection was complete. I had further questions and sought advice, and the fellows at Inspectioneering went above and beyond in providing information and pointing me in the right places for more help.

I needed it done within a week because I was leaving for vacation. They were able to accommodate the need to do it quickly. Before starting, i was asked if i had any concerns that I would want them to look at. They were very detailed and explained what they were looking for in each area and made sure I understood what they found. If I noticed something, he paid extra attention to it.

Harel Schwarz, the owner and lead inspector for Inspectioneering, performed an exceptionally thorough, candid, and understandable explanation of everything he covered in the house and property. He is a very smart and forthcoming inspector who will explain every step and what technical things are involved. His report was detailed, complete with pictures, and most useful. He is also very clear about what he cannot cover; eg he cannot determine himself if something that looks like mold really is mold, and will refer you to an expert who will know for sure. They were great. They were early to the job and went above and beyond the call of duty. It is really nice having a structural engineer inspecting your home. It certainly goes a long way if there are any issues, which, thankfully, there were not. Harel took a ton of time explaining everything he saw to me (positive or negative). It gave a building novice like me plenty of comfort. I would highly recommend using them.

Harel is amazing. He is a structural engineer and made us feel comfortable with what we thought were some structural issues to the home we just purchased. He was very thorough and I was absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs a home inspection.

We were very pleased with Harel's service. He was very thorough in the inspection and took plenty of pictures as part of the documentation. He made several suggestions on how to improve and sustain the property, which we greatly appreciated. Best of all, the timing was tight for the response to the inspection as part of the negotiation on the house and Harel was so considerate as to finish the report on the same day as the inspection. This usually takes up to two days, so he really went above and beyond out of consideration for us.
