He had us come after the inspection to go over everything in person and explained any/all issues in very layman terms so we felt like we understood exactly what was going on! Rob Morrow was fantastic! He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and highly responsive. In addition to taking us in-person through every issue he flagged about our potential new home, he provided a detailed 87 page inspection report. Inspectioneering LLC's services were excellent. Rob showed up on time, went through the entire report while I was there, and followed up within the day with the completed home inspection report and wood-destroying insect inspection report. Inspectioneering LLC performed a home inspection, radon inspection, and wood-destroying insect inspection. Given that the day of the inspection had snow on the roof, Rob noted that he would try again after completion of the radon inspection (radon inspection requires 48 hours of monitoring). There was enough snow melted that Rob was able to fly his drone to inspect the roof where snow was not present. Inspectioneering LLC can also coordinate inspections of the sanitary sewer with Sewer Flow and inspections can occur at the same time. Rob was thorough in his explanations and helpful in explaining what an inspection is and what an inspection is not. Note, the price listed below was for all of the inspections: home, radon, wood-destroying insect, and sanitary sewer. Note, only the person(s) who are to purchase the property are permitted at the inspection.

Excellent Inspection service! The thoroughness of the report was explained to me in detail. Once we reviewed any findings - they were also shown to me in the home and further explained. Great. Prompt, responsive, efficient and thorough.

Rob did a great job on the house inspection. He is professional, punctual, and very responsive. Compared with other inspectors we had before, there are two things making his job outstanding. First, he took a good amount of time to check the house thoroughly (Probably 3-4 hours onsite). Second, his report was impressive. From major issues to minor issues, he provided detailed information with pictures for us to truly understand the house's condition. Overall, top notch job. Will definitely recommend him!

Mr. Morrow did an absolutely incredible job. What at first seemed like a high price when hiring the job became abundantly clear was probably the best value service we were provided on the entire buying process of our commercial building. Incredibly detailed, clear, well explained and illustrated with recommendations on repairs needed, from small to large issues, all of which were somewhat hidden and not noticeable upon our tour of the property. Mr. Morrow has basically provided us with a complete owners manual of this property, and saves us tens of thousands of dollars in preventative actions we were able to take before anything went wrong!
