This is my first time buying a home and really knew little about all that goes into the inspection. Rob guided me through the inspection explaining every step of the way. I learned quite a bit more about this process than I ever imagined. From the outside of the home to the basement up to attic he took the time and explained everything he was looking for, the hows, why's and wherefores of the process. Then he took out the drone and he examined the roof (he only used the drone due to the rainy weather we were having at the time). The report was delivered to me within 24 hours and the decision was made to pass on that home. I will be using Inspectioneering, LLC again on the next home we find. Highly recommend!!

We can't say enough good things about our recent experience with Inspectioneering! We had the home, pest and radon inspections performed. Rob was great to deal with from the very beginning. Starting with his prompt return phone call, he was very accommodating with our tight timeline for having an inspection performed and was reasonably priced. Rob was great to work with. He stopped at several points to check in, make sure we understood what he was saying, and offer a chance for us to ask additional questions. We appreciated the way he structured his problem descriptions, letting us know what he thought was normal vs not, minor vs not, an immediate repair vs not, etc. The report was well laid out with good descriptions of findings, example photos, illustrative diagrams to provide additional education, and an assessment of when we needed to address each repair. We are both reassured and educated about how best to care for the home.

Rob was great to work with! He's very knowledgeable and thorough, he even went through the crawl space under the house. He arrived early and had already completed the drone view of the roof by the time I arrived (and i was even 10 minutes early!). He was great to work with and I would use his services again.

Rob was very professional. He walked me through each process, and explained everything to me in very detailed (but not too technical) terms. Written inspection report was very in-depth, organized, and clearly labeled. He spelled out all of his findings, and included root cause and recommendations for correction. I arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment; Rob was already on site and already completed the roof and termite inspections. My experience with Inspectioneering was fantastic. My appointment was for 1:30, I got there right at 1:30 and Rob was already outside with a drone checking out the roof, and had the pest inspector inside. He was very professional and thorough and he explained everything he was doing as we went along. As a first time home buyer, I had a thousand questions, and he was happy to take the time to answer all of them. He had the report to me within 24 hours and I would feel comfortable calling him with any questions or concerns I might have.

The home inspection went very well. Rob was early and began the inspection on the outside of the property and roof and chimney. We then went inside and began in the basement and worked up to the attic. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He left no cubby hole uncovered. He checked everything and explained very well everything he was doing and every potential problem he found. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend Rob.

Rob was very thorough and checked all the various components of the house in detail. He was at the house for several hours and explained the work he was doing as he went along so that we could be informed buyers. His report was issued on the same day and was very detailed so we could understand exactly what the issues were and how urgent they were to fix. The report was also full of pictures so we could see exactly what he was describing. I would highly recommend Inspectioneering due to the quality and detail of the review and his overall professionalism.

Now even though I flip homes and most of the items on the report would be taken care of by the flip, it didn't matter Rob was patient and thorough in all aspects. I believe that the inspector has a background in structural engineering. The inspector was thorough in identifying potential problems and provided recommendations on how to address these issues. He was courteous and patient when answering questions, and provided a very detailed and professional inspection report. The company was very accommodating and responsive when scheduling the inspection. Would recommend!

Rob makes it a point to explain what the problem is, why it's happening and how to fix it and the degree of urgency for the fix. This kind of information is invaluable when you are investing in a property.

Rob was great. Very accommodating with regards to scheduling. i contacted him the Thu prior to Memorial Day for services to occur the following Wednesday and he didn't bat an eye. The roof inspection was performed using a drone (due to the height and pitch of the roof). I was skeptical at first, but the pictures were spectacular and detailed enough to get to a comfortable spot. The report was thorough and easy to follow.

The inspection went very well. When we arrived at the house for the inspection he was already there early inspecting some of the outside areas of the house and had already checked the roof. He was very knowledgeable on all the various components of the house (construction, electrical, heating, cooling, roofing, etc.). He explained in detail all the important features and even how to perform future maintenance on the heating, cooling systems, and hot water systems. The inspection was very thorough and lasted about 3 hours. He inspected every inch of the house even small attic crawl spaces that one might overlook. We were very pleased with the inspection and certainly no potential issues were overlooked. The inspector was very polite and took the extra effort to make sure my wife and I understood everything he was looking at and why.

I cannot think of a place in a house which was not looked at, touched, pressed, measured or otherwise inspected. Also, all the questions I asked were answered, along with number of those I did not asked but realized I needed to know. Overall, process felt as throughout as it could be with a report available on the same day. Thanks!

As a first time home buyer, I was nervous for the home inspection. Rob was already at work before I got there. He went through every part of the house,outside and inside, explaining things as we went along. I knew there was structural issues with the house and Rob explained that in great detail so that I could understand and I felt more comfortable. We were very pleased with the inspection Rob did and the report he provided, which included detailed descriptions of his findings along with lots of photographs. This was the third time we have have purchased a home, and Rob was far and away the best home inspector we have ever used. He was very thorough, spending over 5 hours on the property, and his report reflected it. He is also well equipped so that he can carefully examine every aspect of a home. He inspected the roof, for example, using a drone, which was able to take close-up, high quality photographs of every aspect of the roof. Rob is also very knowledgable and was able to describe exactly what repairs were needed for each problem he uncovered in his inspection. In addition, he was fast (available to complete the inspection just days after we called) and professional. We will definitely be using Rob at Inspectioneering again in the future if we buy another home in the Pittsburgh area.

Rob Morrow was excellent. He had a great personality which made the inspection go by easier since it was my first time getting doing an inspection as a first time home buyer. Rob was an excellent home inspector. He promptly answers my call and scheduled an appointment within 3 days. When we arrived at our new home, Rob and his pest inspector Dave, they were already hard at work. Rob walked us through every aspect of the home. He did not let any stone unturned. He provided us with detailed information as well as solutions for any problem big or small. Within a day, we received a complete report. The report was organized, detailed and complete. Rob was great. He welcomed us to join in walking through and inspecting the house and answered all our questions, no matter how silly they were. Rob's demeanor was a nice balance of extremely observant but relaxed - he was able to tell us the problems he was finding, without freaking us out. He was also helpful in determining what work would require a specialists and what could be DIY. He even gave instructions on what to ask for at Home Depot and techniques to use. Rob's report is one of the best I've seen - clear descriptions, well organized, and very educational. I would definitely hire him again.

I called and scheduled the inspection. The scheduling was perfect. When I arrived, I discovered the inspector had gotten there early, and had already set up the Radon detector and had inspected the roof -- actions that I, the customer, could not be a part of. Then the inspection started. They pointed out both important/asap things, and relatively unimportant things that I should keep an eye on. The inspector educated me, every step of the way, on normal maintenance. They spent about 45 min on each of { exterior, utilities/furnace/water heater/air conditioner, structure, electrical, interior }. I was very satisfied with the level of detail and thoroughness they employed. The inspector's report was very easy to read, and well delineated, whether an issue is important/asap or not. I was able to copy+paste the asap items directly to my correspondence with my real estate agent, for negotiating repairs before purchase.
