They are great! I don't want anyone else on my computer other than Mark Draa and his group! Mark, his son, and his wife are nice, friendly, and always do good work. They can even work on the computer remotely, which I appreciate.

BRIAN WAS PUNCTUAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT COMPUTERS. HE SET UP MY COMPUTER ON MY INTERENET CONNECTION. HE COPIED MY FILES FROM MY OTHER LAPTOP AND SET UP SOME SOFTWARE FROM MY OTHER LAPTOP. HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH SEVERAL PIECES OF SOFTWARE BUT ALL SEEMED FINE AFTER 2+ HOURS. HOWEVER TWO DAYS LATER I FOUND THAT I COULDN'T USE MICROSOFT WORD OR EXCEL AT ALL. THEY WOULDN'T OPEN. I CONTACTED HIM AND THE NEXT DAY HE CONNECTED ON LINE AND FOUND THE PROBLEM TO BE AN ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE. HE HAD ME DO A RESTORE AND RESET SOME OF THE FREE SOFTWARE. THAT CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND I COULD USE OFFICE AGAIN. HOWEVER, I WAS A LITTLE PUT OUT THAT HE DIDN'T DISCOUNT THE SECOND TIME ONLINE BUT CHARGED ME FULL PRICE. I THOUGHT HE SHOULD HAVE ASCERTAINED THAT ALL WAS WORKING BEFORE HE LEFT THE FIRST TIME.

There is a very good reason that Mr.Draa has the excellent ratings that Home Help Computer has. They deserve it. Running a site geared toward graduating student nurses, I was concerned that all my data would be lost. Mr. Draa recovered all of it, replaced and reformatted my hard drive and my 5 year old computer is running better than ever. I got my money's worth, and then some. Mark is the BEST at fixing software problems on the computer and at a reasonable price. I used his services last year also. He is very thorough. Would highly recommend if you need computer help.

The repairman who arrived was really good at his job, very easy to be around, instructive so that I understood what and why he was doing it. Wouldn't use any other service in the future. This is a GREAT company.

We've used them several times for problem solving and installing new equipment. They get the job done and make sure you understand what the problem was and their solution to it. We will definitely use them again for any computer problems we encounter.

The gentleman came to my home and fixed my computer. He even set up my printer. He lived up to his “A” rating. He was courteous, nice, fairly priced, and I could not have asked for a better service. The computer is running much better than it was before.

I cannot review how their work is as they never responded to my initial Email request. They advertise that they respond within 24 hours. It has now been 4 days and still have not heard anything back. If they felt they could not help me I should have at least been contacted and advised of that. Very poor professionalism.

I have used Marc many time. He is excellent. His depth of knowledge is remarkable. Marc cleaned up my parents two older laptops. The laptops were moving slower than a snail going up hill. Performance was enhanced. Marc is very professional and is also a gentleman

Brian ran diagnostic tests and told me what he was doing every step of the way. He cleaned up "junk" off my computer. He also gave me information about how to use my computer more effectively and how to run certain programs to eliminate viruses.

They are always here within 24 hours. Brian is wonderful. He explains everything very well and takes his time. He also trouble shoots very well and does a lot of little extra things. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They are they only ones we call if we have a problem. If I could, I would give them an A+.

He's a really good computer guy. It's $75 an hour. He's very response so when we call, we get a call back within a couple of hours. He's there very quickly and works very efficiently. He seems to have a thousand tools for removing whatever virus or fixing whatever problem we have.

They helped me find out the problem with my computer and gave me different options. After I decided to replace my old computer, I had them come back and transfer all of my files onto my new PC. They even gave me a tutorial on the new operating system (Windows 8)

, My computer is old and was causing a lot of problems after I purchased some software over the web and tried to fix it myself. I was upset because I need it for work but can't afford to buy a new one as yet. I turned to Angie's List having had a bad experience with the repair of another computer in the past. Home Computer Help was able to schedule me right away and Mark Draa came to my home to "tune up" my computer. This company is awesome. Mark Draa was able to quickly upgrade my software and install additional memory. And he also explained what he's was doing in layman's language and was able to give professional advice as to what I should include in my new computer purchase. The computer now works so well I don't want a new one. It boots up faster than the speed of light. This was one of the best investments I have made and I will not hesitate to call Home Computer Help again.

Was having intermittent boot-up difficulties. Solved the problem. Hardware was checked, unwanted programs removed, no further problems. Mark proved to be a source of invaluable information - my thanks to him.

Excellent. Although I have switched to Apple products, I still have a couple of PCs around the house, and will definately call Home Computer Help for future help. They are friendly, responsive, and honest.
