I have been a customer since 2016. Truly professional. When coming to my home, Brian is always on time. He gets right to work. Very knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to the issue(s) and explains in plain English the resolution. I am so happy to have utilized the services this family owned business provides. I will highly recommend Home Computer Help to anyone.

Called Mark and he scheduled a home visit the next day. He was able to identify the issue and updated the firmware on my Nighthawk router. Everything is working fine. He even made sure all the devices would connect(wii, Apple TV, blueray, etc..) before he left. I have been using Mark for any computer issues over the years.

We contacted Mark via e-mail with the issues we were having with our Samsung All-in-one computer and his first thought by our description was the hard drive was bad. We dropped our computer off to Mark for diagnostics and it turned out that it was the hard drive. We decided to move forward with the hard drive replacement and he recommended an upgrade which we agreed to since our computer was not that old and we had it built with a bunch of add on features (not by Mark). Dropped off the computer on Tuesday and picked the computer up today (Thursday). Our computer is faster than when we originally purchased it. Great job!!! Would highly recommend and use their services again if the need arises.

They are great it's a very small business just father and son, but just very smart and professional, responsive. He's just extremely professional and knowledgeable, he's willing to teach while he's solving your problem.

Was able to address my needs via remote connection, thus saving me extra charges because of the traveling distance involved (outside normal service boundary). Great job plus follow-up! Knowledgeable and professional.

Cooling system not working on my laptop. I called had to leave a message and my call was returned within an hour. I dropped my computer off on a Friday night was called Saturday that it was done. Fan did not need replaced only needed cleaned. Would definitely use their services again - Great communication, quick service and saved me money!

1 1/2 hrs. of service - no resolution. Contacted Apple Support (Remote Svc.) - 1/2 hr.- resolution. Enough said. I now believe that Apple products require certified Apple Resolution Specialists. I would have no problem hiring Home Computer Help for other products. Brian is honest, competent, and punctual. If my computer loyalty changes I would hire again.

I have never used this Company's services before today. Brian arrived on time. He explained, in plain English, each task he performed to clean the computer. Brian is very knowledgeable. Brian added "ad blocks" so each time I view a website those annoying ads do not appear. I am very satisfied with the services performed and I would highly recommend Home Computer Help to anyone. Very punctual. Very pragmatic in his diagnosis. Found the problem rather quickly.

I had received a virus from India. Brian cleaned my computer. I had a very bad virus and they cleaned it remotely and didn't even have to come over. They were very good, very professional. They responded very quickly, by the next morning, making me an appointment same day.

I had upgraded my computer from a Windows 7 to a Windows 10. For whatever reason, the printer would not print, the email screen was the entire width of the computer, and the email text was too small. Since I had used this company many times before and always had excellent service, I called them again. The same day an appointment was set up for the next day. Brian was able to easily identify the problem with the printer, the wide screen, and the small text. He explained what happened and within a relatively short period of time, everything was working perfectly again. I highly recommend this company! They are extremely knowledgeable. responsive, efficient, and professional. It is very reassuring to know that such a competent, trustworthy company exists.

Very Well! First, these folks truly know what they are doing. They make it their business to stay on the cutting edge of computers and all that it encompasses. Brian explained to me (without be condescending) how easily this problem can occur and that I certainly wasn't the only one. He calmly "took the helm" and went about analogizing and fixing any problem he encountered. He showed me tips I could use if I got stuck and made a list of 'pop-up' screens that I should pay attention to and ones that I should close out. I have had the pleasure of working with this company in the past -- in fact, for a very reasonable yearly fee, I am enrolled in their computer safety check program. It is a perfect thing for folks like me -- people who know just enough about the computer to "get on" and "do e-mail" and make family photo albums, but I'm lost when it comes to the technology and how it operates. THAT'S WHAT THEY DO! They run weekly diagnostics tests looking for virus or corrupted files -- They are trained to spot and fix any "red flags" before they become a major problem. Whatever the situation, - they have the equipment, the knowledge, the resources, the years of experience to find an answer. When you couple that with the true understanding they have of the human condition and that we are all not good at computers, it's unbeatable. I would highly recommend Home Computer Help -- In fact, I already have. My friends were just as pleased! Two Thumbs Up!

Jan 12, 2016 I have been to several computer repair places over the years; Best Buy, Geek Squad, a mobile repair place, Computer Café in Cranberry, and Mark and his family did the best job of any repair company bar none. Other places offer to wipe your computer clean and start over, anyone can do that. And others have you drop the computer off, without really sitting there with you to go over what exactly is going on. Home Computer staff came to our house, diagnosed the hard drive was failing, which we thought also. They took our desktop back to their shop. I was very concerned, because my job was eliminated in September, and I have updated resumes and records. I have back ups, but wanted the exact same set up on the new hard drive. Also e mail was very important. When Brian brought our computer back, he explained how hard drives work, why they fail, and reloaded all of my items, software, tiles etc, Brian made sure the computer was SET UP and it was working EXACTLY as it was before. Brian arrived promptly the next day, listened to my description of the problem and ran some diagnostic tests. As the problem appeared to be in the power supply, he had to take it to their shop. The next day it was fixed, as the problem was the power supply and the computer was returned two days after the first service call. The costs were what I was told they would be in advance. Brian is friendly and very helpful with a few other questions I had about my computer.

I called, left a message describing the nature of the problem. He returned my call to set up a time and date for a remote hook up. When he was first here two years ago to help set up my new desk top computer, he installed an app. so that he can work on my computer from his home or any remote location. I agreed to that very minute to go ahead with the service. He hooked into the my computer, ran a few diagnostics and eradicated the problems. He also cleaned up my program files and deleted certain items which slowed down my computers performance and were not needed. He, himself is a very learned man in the ways of technology and I trust his skill and judgement implicitly. It is such a great sense of security to be able to find skilled and honest people to perform work on such an intimate and personal item such as one's personal computer. I do not hesitate one minute in recommending Mr. Mark A Draa to anyone who needs help with their computer or even setting up a new computer.

I was very pleased. They came out the same day I called and arrived on time. They were professional and were willing to answer my questions. They finished in one hour.

Home Computer Help made home visit to setup new laptop. Moved data from old laptop onto new. Setup printer. Addressed all of my questions. Made subsequent remote visit to service/setup new backup procedure. First Class service all the way. I have used them several times of the years. Home Computer Help is excellent. Barbara and Mark both responded very quickly to my email. Their son Brian came out with 2 days of contact. I did have to pay a "out of area" service charge but it was well worth it. Brian very professional and angered all my questions and offered solutions and also advice. Would recommend them and use them again if needed.
