This was a very good experience. While Mark would have come to my house to repair, I opted to take them to him for repair. Although I worry about our PC's and data, I was not worried that a stranger was working on them when I was not there. It was obvious from the beginning that this was going to be a winning experience.

I was very pleased and it was positive from start to finish.

He was on time and very professional. He knows what he's doing, that for sure!

Mark was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He not only set up my new computer, transformed my files, but solved a very difficult connectivity problem I was having.

The work described above restored 3 of our 6 PCs. Mark Draa is very personable, knowledgeable and effective. We have called him at least 3 times to keep our wireless network and computers running and we well continue to do so.

Extremely timely, Work done efficiently. Took 2 hours to fix two computers. I would have been on the phone with a Dell tech in India for 2 weeks to attempt to fix the problem.

Mark was right on time, very pleasant and courteous. He confidently went through the files of the computer, installed a free anti-Spyware program and cleaned up all the problems. He gave me two pages of written instructions for preventing future problems. The computer is running better than ever.

He was on time. Explained what he was doing while he was doing the job. During which I asked some questions,which he was very good about answering in detail. Suggesting that sometime I should pick up a back up for all my photo shop work etc.

They did an excellent job. The guy that came out was very competent and provided great service. The cost includes parts that were needed.

He's done an excellent job every single time that he's come out here. He's never charged me more than what he's come around to fix, even if he does a little extra work. He always comes on time, and stays until the job is done. He can come anytime and he does excellent work.

I called them and they came and scanned the entire computer. I did not have a virus, but I asked them to install an anti-virus program, which I did. He also suggested having an anti-spyware program installed which he did as well. I am not very computer savvy and I asked several questions. He took his time and explained everything to me very well.

I called on a Thursday because there were some unusual "pop-ups" on my computer. Mark knew exactly what I was talking about. He set up an appointment for Saturday. It took longer than he expected to remove the virus, but he patiently ran through everything to make sure there were no fragments left. He even cleaned my computer! He definitely knows his stuff!!

I prepared several pages of notes on the problems I was having and the steps I had taken to repair them. I e-mailed this to Mark Draa. His wife called me back the same day. She said that Mark had reviewed the list and estimated it would take several hours to make the repairs. I said that was fine and she scheduled the work for two days later. Mark arrived about 15 minutes before the appointed time, which is very good, considering that he had to drive from the opposite corner of the county. He got right to work checking off the items one by one as he went. I sat beside him and he patiently explained what he was doing. If I didn't understand he would go back and walk me through it step by step. It amounted to a personal tutorial session. In the course of the work, he cleaned up many minor computer issues that had accrued during the three years I have had the computer. He also physically vacuumed the computer when it was open and he cleaned the dust out of the mouse. The work was completed in just over two hours.

He helped me put my computer into an armoire and had to climb over the top, hook everything up and then slide the computer into the space. He also helped me install a new printer. He also installed spy ware and gave me a few lessons on the PC. He is very quiet, but yet personable and is always willing to help with anything he can. He will answer any questions you have. This man did an excellent job on my computer. He answered all my questions and even wrote down the information for me. He had to use his own equipment to test the computer and bring it back up. He was very thorough in his work. The price is a little high but he is so worth it and there is no cheap computer help out there that will come to your house.

Our 3 & 1/2 year old Dell Dimension desktop computer suddenly "died" about 2 & 1/2 weeks ago. Due to the serious nature of the problem, I was advised that it would be best to go ahead and purchase a new computer. Since we could not boot up the old computer, any data transfer was beyond my capabilities, and there were music files, as well as pictures, that we wanted to save. The new computer arrived on Wednesday from Dell, including a new desktop, monitor, and speakers. I sent out a couple of e-mails on Thursday to companies on Angie's list that specialized in computer services and repair. Both companies responded immediately, but only Home Computer Help had appointments available for the very next day. Mark came out to our home shortly after lunch time on Friday, set up and installed the new desktop, then transferred the data from the old hard drive. There was a little bump in the road when our router decided not to cooperate, but he was able to reconfigure everything after a slight delay. It was pretty amazing and quite a relief that he was able to remove the hard drive from the inoperable computer and transfer the exact files we wanted onto the new one! Mark is very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of my questions and made a few suggestions to keep the new system running smoothly.

As was the case with the last visit, where he performed major software repairs to a desktop computer, he showed up when he said he would, and was courteous and knowledgeable, did a perfect job, and charged us a fair price. We recommend him without any reservations at all!

Mark has bed a tremendous help to me. he is thorough, knowledgeable, patient, versatile and a good teacher.

My computer wasn't working very well then the pop-ups started. So I called around and everyone wanted more money then the computer was worth. I then saw an ad in the yellow pages called home computer help. Then I call and said no problem $60.00 an hour no service call charge. Well at 6:00 PM the next day just like he said he would be there he came. He didn't beat around the bush. He started the work right away and was done in three hours and he even cleaned the inside of the computer out with a vacuum. My computer runs great and I will use him again and only him.
