Sam is amazingly informative and really a professional at his job. He is very aware of cutting edge issues in extermination. We could not have been happier with our experience with him.

Mr. Creeger was very prompt, both in returning my initial inquiry call and showing up for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and informative and we had him apply the first application on his initial visit. Based upon the size of the saw dust pile we agreed on his first visit that it would take at least two applications to eradicate the carpenter ants. We began to see results within one day. Mr. Creeger called us a couple of days after the first application to check on the status of the "bone pile" to see if it was starting to diminish (which it was). He then returned to apply a second application. The "bone pile" disappeared several days after the second application. Mr. Creeger was very professional, forthright, and dependable and we would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Mr Creeger checked out the problem which turned out to be flying ants. He was wonderful with my mother-in-law and followed up with us. We will continue to use his services for our needs as well.

Sam answered the phone right away and came very quickly to analyze the problem and give us an estimate. He explained how to identify the bees and the ants and what other signs we might observe; this was very helpful because it allowed us to monitor the treatment's progress. He came a few days later for the first treatment. A week later, he discovered an additional carpenter ants' nest on the other side of the garage and administered another treatment. A week after the second treatment, he came and verified that the pests were gone. He is very professional and always punctual. He returns calls immediately (even if he's away for the weekend!) and requests payment only after all of the bugs are dead.

I can't rave enough about ECI- I will never use a national pest control company again! He is EXTREMELY thorough!

It went very well. The work was done perfectly, and I no longer have a problem with the neighbor's pigeons. There were some setbacks, but Mr. Creeger dealt with them efficiently and intelligently, and he did not charge me for the problems.

Mr. Creeger returned my call promptly, and although I stressed that this wasn't an emergency, he scheduled an appointment within a few days. He arrived exactly on time. He was professional, sensitive to my mouse phobia without being condescending, and gave well-considered advice. We settled on old-fashioned traps (which he showed me how to bait with chocolate chips!). Although we could have had him place rodenticide around the perimeter of our house, we decided that at this point, it's not warranted, especially since we have concerns about harming roaming cats and hawks. I've caught two mice in the month since he was here, and this is a miracle disposed of them myself and replaced the traps under the dishwasher. I'm not crazy about killing mice, but this is much more humane than my husband having to beat them with a broom (with my shrieks providing the soundtrack) or our cat toying with them. ECI's price was appropriate for the service provided.

I love this guy. I wanted to rid my house of ants, but I was also concerned about my cat and the environment. His response time was prompt, his price was half of what a competitor quoted, and I am pleased with the results.

We were very happy with the service performed. They came out quickly to assess and deal with our problem. I would definitely use this company again for my pest control needs.

The next morning 4 dead mice were found under the sink and in the silverware drawer. So although my scream after opening up the drawer may have been heard for miles, we haven't had any more visits since.

The tech was very courteous, prompt, and thorough. I would use them again. The price was reasonable. Do not remember cost.

Samuel Creeger was methodical and meticulous. He set traps all around the house to detect the sources of the infestations and checked the traps regularly. After determining the likely sources, he sprayed them well with environmentally safe solutions. He really cared about exterminating all the moths and even gave advice about inexpensive ways to kill them. Our problem seems to be gone now. Mr. Creeger was the only one who really concentrated on solving the problem, not going through the motions.

Really knowledgeable, excellent price, and he called back after the work was done. I would not hesitate to have him back again.

Overall, we are very pleased with Mr Creeger's work. Prior to visiting our home I had a detailed phone call about the situation. Mr Creeger appears to have extensive expertise in pest extermination of this type. Options for me to exterminate the bees on my own were willingly provided. Because of the height of the work and my desire to not have to apply poison, I requested that ECI Pest Control perform the work. We quickly agreed on a date and time to perform the work. ECI came and performed the work as agreed. Dead bee bodies indicated that extermination was underway. Mr Creeger requested that I keep the holes open for a while so that bees that were not in their holes when the poison was initially applied could return and receive a lethal does of poison. I agreed to fill the holes after a couple of weeks passed (which I did). Next Spring will be the "proof" of the work. That's when Carpenter bees show up and start their drilling and nesting work.

Within about two days, the mice and the droppings were gone. It was extraordinary! He was well trained with the EPA. Very professional and reasonable! Great experience!

I would definitely recommend ECI. Mr. Creeger was punctual and very thorough in his inspection. We were concerned about previous termite damage mentioned in our home inspection report and called ECI when the company the previous owners had used would not honor their transfer warranty to us as new owners. Sam found no evidence of new termite damage, but found old damage to a fence in our backyard that our home inspection did not find. He explained what he was looking for and also provided a written summary of the inspection with recommendations on how to keep our home pest free. We will definitely call on ECI if we are in need of pest control.

We had a very pleasant experience using this company. The owner is very courteous and pleasant. His price was comparable to other companies, but we liked that he was local and involved himself in taking care of the work. Obviously we can not say if the treatment has worked, but because of the warranty we are sure we have solved our problem.

We are very pleased with Samuel's work. He took the time to look all over the house for areas that spiders and/or mice may enter our home. He gave excellent tips for preventing further spider and other bug issues. Also, he set up the appropriate traps for mice. His price was very fair and he did not do any unnecessary work. My husband was very pleased.

He arrived on time, was most thorough and gave excellent advice. We were thrilled and would use him again.

Excellent overall experience. Mr. Creeger was knowledgeable, thorough and effective. He was courteous at all times; he explained what he was planning to do and why. The actual process involved his spraying the nests at night, when yellow jackets are less active, and then returning the next day to dig out the nests. We have had no sign of the yellow jackets, since he was here. Although not inexpensive, I think his thoroughness and professionalism justify the costs.

Once again- Samuel is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and very helpful. He is on time and very polite.

It was great. He followed up with us to see if things had gotten better or worse, and didn't do any work where it wasn't needed just to get money. Very honest.

Extremely pleased. Mr. Kreeger is professional, knowledgeable and provides a great service and a fair price. I would not consider using anyone else.

They were real prompt, they came out quickly and took care of everything they said they would.
