Very well done. A representative came first to see the job and give estimate and set date for cleaner to come back. The cleaner did a very thorough job, was professional and friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable about the process. Both the representative and the cleaner came exactly when they said they would.

Called Coit for estimate. They arrived 2 days later (Friday) and prepared estimate which we accepted. We scheduled cleaning date for the following Thursday. Coit called Thursday morning at 8AM and said they would arrive between 10am and 12noon. They arrived at 11am and completed the job satisfactorily by noon.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS. THEY DO SPOT TREATMENTS AND ARE WILLING TO DO SPECIAL TREATMENTS UPON REQUEST. AS A LONG TIME CUSTOMER, I HAVE RECEIVED PRICE DISCOUNTS AT TIMES. THEY TEND TO BE EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH IT.

We were most satisfied with the initial contact. The estimator did not use pressure tactics regarding special cleaning options. The service technician was pleasant and very efficient. The furniture and carpet were thoroughly cleaned. Even soiled traffic areas were considerably improved.

COIT did the cleaning in both houses, back to back. I called and the receptionist was helpful and friendly, and didn't seem fazed by my special request. I got a quick appointment which was important because I had a party I was preparing for. They offered to come out and give an estimate first, but I didn't require that. The cleaner arrived on time and was so friendly and polite! He explained everything, and did a fantastic job in both houses. I referred someone else to them the very same day!

THESE FOLKS ARE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. COST ESTIMATES WAS BASED ON ACTUAL CLEANING AREA, (SIZE OF AREA BEING CLEANED NOT ROOM.) ON THE DAY OF SERVICE THE TECHNICIAN CALLED IN THE MORNING TO VERIFY ARRIVAL TIME. THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME, MOVED FURNITURE AND WAS VERY CAREFUL AROUND DRAPES AND HARDWOOD FLOORS. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS. GOT OUT STAINS THAT WERE MORE THAN TWO YEARS OLD. OVER ALL THE SERVICE WAS A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. ASK FOR ANY SPECIALS OR COUPONS.

THE RUGS WERE CLEAN. THEY WERE NICE, AND THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY ACCURATE. THEY WERE JUST GOOD SERVICE PEOPLE.

Have used Coit for years & have always been satisfied. They train their own people & use their own equipment. They don't use subcontractors, so their work is always consistent.

When I expressed concern that one technician would not be enough, they sent a second. The were prompt and polite. The work was done to my satisfaction.

It was like magic. I had many spots on my carpet and they all came out and stayed out. The gentleman was very pleasant and was very careful around my furniture.

WORKER SHOWED UP WHEN SCHEDULED. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. GENERALLY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT DEFINED TRAFFIC AREAS A LITTLE NARROWLY. WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

RECEIVED PROMOTIONAL 35% DISCOUNT ON EVERYTHING. VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY CAME WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED. THE SPOTS CAME OUT. THE GUYS THAT DID THE WORK WERE PLEASANT. THEY PUT FURNITURE BACK WHERE IT BELONGED WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

EASY TO CALL AND SCHEDULE. VERY PUNCTUAL TO APPOINTMENT TO GIVE ESTIMATE. HELPFUL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO CALL FORMER LANDLADY OR A NEIGHBOR AS I NEEDED TO GO OUT OF TOWN. I COULD HAVE SIGNED THEM UP ON AN EARLIER DATE. FORMER LANDLADY WAS HAPPY WITH RESULTS, (I HAVEN'T SEEN THE CARPET BECAUSE IT WAS RENTED AGAIN). SHE SAID ALL STAINS WERE GONE.

THEY TOOK SPECIAL CARE TO PRE-TREAT PROBLEM AREAS IN THE HOME, & EVERY THING CAME OUT WELL. WELL WORTH THE ADDITIONAL COST, A DRAMATIC DIFFERENCE. MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS.

HARRY, THE DRAPERY MAN, WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. HIS WORK WAS THOROUGH AND EFFICIENT.

AN ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN AND A DATE FOR THE WORK. THE FLOORS TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY AND WERE COMPLETED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

COIT CLEANERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HOWEVER, I DID NOT FEEL THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY CARPET.

COIT WAS ABLE TO REMOVE SOME OLD STAINS FROM MY SOFA. THE SERVICE PERSON HAD TO WORK EXTREMELY HARD AND HE DID A GREAT JOB.

I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE ON TIME AND DO A COMPLETE AND GOOD JOB. THE WORKERS ARE CONSIDERATE FOR MY FURNITURE. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK WITH THEIR WORK.
