From the first phone call, Jeff was great to work with. He was always punctual, explained the work in detail and worked within my schedule. Jeff and Sam did an exceptional job and each day the work area was cleaned up, so that I never felt displaced in my home. I am thrilled with the result -- they even managed to get rid of the "squeak" in the kitchen floor! The furniture was placed back where it belonged and all of the construction debris was cleared away. When I'm ready to replace the carpeting in the rest of my home, Jeff will certainly get my business!

I could not be happier with the care that they took in installing the flooring and the new stairs (which was not an easy task as the stain had to be matched to the wood floor color). I think that my floors look just great and if I had more flooring to install, I would be contacting Jeff once again. Extra touches such as picking up all of the materials that I had ordered from Home Depot, researching just the right color of stain for the stairways, helping to move my furniture back once the install was complete etc, were all above and beyond what I would have expected from an installer. Hats off to you Jeff and Sam for such good work!!

From the very beginning Jeff was great to work with. I decided to go with CLS based on price and Jeff's presentation and attention to detail. By my own choice, the time between my decision to hire CLS and when the floors went in was rather long, but Jeff kept me informed every step of the way, confirming dates, payment schedules etc. Jeff and his partner Sam were wonderful to work with. Not only did they do a great job replacing my first floor carpets with beautiful hardwood, they were very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and chatting with them and they even caught my dog once when she got loose from our backyard. They took the time to explain what they were doing, how the job was going and made me feel very confident in their workmanship. I'm thinking of replacing some carpet in bedrooms next and they will be my first call.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish with Jeff from CLS. We carpeted a large loft space and closet area that we're turning into a babies room. First off- when you call the #, you talk to the owner. Jeff, every time. He does the estimates, scheduling and the installations. No subcontractors- just he and his brother do the installation work, so his overhead costs are low. He's not pushy - even gave suggestions that could / did save us money. But his standard practice and product never changed. The majority of the cost from his estimate is due to the carpet style and quality we chose. As soon as the carpet arrived in stock, he called and we were installed within a week's time. Total time was about 3-4 weeks from initial meeting, including time for us to have other another estimate and pricings done. Very experienced, very professional, very prompt, very easy to work with. He estimated needing the better part of the day to install for the size of the room. He arrived on time, and was done in 3.5 hours, including clean up (which was minimal). Now the room feels so much bigger and warmer. I want to get new floors or carpet in the rest of the house now! Would definitely recommend Jeff and CLS to anyone and plan to do so. So far the best experience we've had with our many renovations to our old home.

Jeff is an extremely knowledable, professional businessman who knows his trade well. He was very accessable and quick to return phone calls. We ultimately went with another company purely b/c the price was a bit lower, but I was a bit disappointed as I was looking forward to working with Jeff. I would highly recommend using CLS Flooring.

The bathroom originally had linoleum, and the subfloor was loose and squeaked a lot. Jeff removed the old flooring, secured the subfloor, and did a wonderful job installing the hardwood flooring. He matched up the flooring to flow well with the adjoining room, which had the same hardwood floor, and it looks great. The install was about 7 months ago, and there have been no squeaks at all. I am very happy with the work that was done. My wife felt very comfortable having Jeff in the house even when I was not around. He was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I am planning to have him install all the carpet in a new house we are building.

This is the third flooring project I've done within a year. CLS has done a great job each time. This time was an unexpected job....flood in basement and had to replace flooring. We picked a darker color carpet and it looks so nice against the vinyl flooring that they put in. It took a day and a half to finish the job. When they left everything was cleaned up and looked gorgeous. Thanks again for another job well done!

Jeff did flooring for us previously so we asked him for an estimate on refinishing our old hardwood floors. This required sanding and sealing. The floors had some pet stains and some boards were showing signs of cupping. The gaps between some of the boards were due to aging and it didn't bother us. Jeff did a great job of sanding out the pet stains and we were amazed at how flat he managed to get the wavy floor boards! Since we had removed all of the quarter round edging next to the baseboards, Jeff was able to get really close to the baseboards. It looks so nice now, that we will not reinstall the quarter rounds. Jeff was able to do all of this work while we were away - which we really appreciated! We love the clear natural stain that shows off the patina of the old original floors. Nice work!

Jeff was very professional. He showed up for the initial measuring and estimate exactly when he said he would. He gave us a reasonable price for the installation. We had already purchased the tile so the tile cost was not part of his estimate. The overall project took a couple of days since Jeff had to make repairs first. He took his time, when needed, to make sure we were happy and that the floor would look great. It does look great. He was prompt and professional throughout the project. We plan to contract with him in the future for another flooring project!

The experience was excellent; they did excellent work. They had a number of issues to work around here and did a great job. They were punctual, courteous and the floors are gorgeous.

CLS was quick to return my call for an estimate. They came out within two days to do the measurements and show me samples. Jeff helped me pick carpet that was in my price range and a good product. He is not a high pressure sales guy. The installers really cleaned up after themselves and insisted on vacuuming before they left! The floors look great. They also did a job at my mother-in-laws house and she is planning on having them back for another project.
