CLS Flooring

It was first done by an installer who did a poor job. Jeff came in and identified the problem and, at our request, replaced the offending hardwood floor. He did a wonderful job and our home has a beautiful new quiet floor. Jeff was respectful of our property, and left everything nice and clean. We highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend Jeff Bruno and CLS flooring highly enough. Jeff is nothing short of a miracle worker. Our job was extremely difficult with a sloped floor and multiple surfaces that needed to be removed and leveled on the entire first floor. I could not find anyone to take the job. Jeff jumped right in and told us he liked a challenge. The job turned out to be even more challenging than we were prepared for, but Jeff just rolled with any unexpected finds, which came up in the 100-yr-old house. They had to remove all the flooring, and subfloor and then level the floor which was sloping up to 4.5 inches in one room. CLS basically rebuilt my entire first floor and then installed beautiful new white oak flooring. Jeff also had to take in account kitchen appliances, doorways, the fireplace and it all turned out seamlessly. Jeff was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I am so grateful to Jeff and CLS flooring for fixing my crooked house and making it livable and beautiful.

CLS Flooring provided us with an outstanding overall job with superior quality and attention to detail. We sought 3 bids - CLS and 2 other well-known retail flooring stores. We found the overall bids to be competitive and chose CLS Flooring because of his in-depth knowledge of various wood flooring products and carpets that would best suit our needs. This was a large job involving complete removal of marble floors in hallway and powder room. CLS completed the job with minimal dirt and dust and on-time as promised. Jeff and Sam did an outstanding job of explaining their job progress daily and plans for the next day. They completed the final job as promised and the quality of their work was outstanding for both wood floors and carpets. I never write reviews. CLS earned this one. My wife and I were completely satisfied with our experience and excited with our new floors.

We had a great experience with CLS Flooring. Our house is almost 100 years old and had several problem areas that needed skilled attention, including creaky areas and uneven areas. After meeting with several contractors we decided to go with CLS Flooring because of their expertise and experience, particularly with the problems mentioned - the creaky and uneven areas. The floors they installed are absolutely stunning. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is great; Jeff and Sam thought through each step to make the final result as ideal as possible. Everyone who has seen the floors has been amazed at the transformation in our house. I highly recommend CLS Flooring. They were courteous, professional, clean, and timely. Jeff was exceptional at communicating with us at every junction of the process. Since we had recently had a baby it was important to us to have this process be as hassle-free as possible and that is exactly the outcome we received.

Jeff and his team did a terrific job. Jeff helped with the decision making in picking out our new hardwood flooring and was able to answer all of our questions. He was very professional and honest. They were able to find the same hardwood that we had used in a previous job where they replaced the carpet in our living and dining rooms. They work very hard, and they were able to complete the job a day early. Also, the stairs were oak, so they were able to sand them down and refinish them. They do excellent work, and we plan on using them for one more job we have to do next year. Definitely recommended!

i thought i left this review awhile ago, but apparently didn’t, so i don’t recall the actual date or total, but this is one of the best contractors i’ve worked with. fixed a mess made from someone else, did beautiful work in a timely manner. will hire again. very professional, reasonable pricing.

Can't say enough about Jeff and Sam and the job they did! They removed carpet from 4 rooms, a foyer, hallway and stairs and installed wood. They were always punctual, detail oriented, cleaned up everyday and were patient with my 3 kids in and out and annoying dog :) Jeff was great about explaining what was going on and overall the whole experience was positive. My new floors look amazing and I honestIy can't think of 1 negative thing to say. I received 3 other estimates for this job and CLS was on the lower end. I would use/recommend them again in a second!

I left Jeff Bruno 2 separate messages asking for a return call so we could schedule a time for his company to come over and quote me on a new kitchen floor. None of my calls were returned which is not only very unprofessional but also rude. If anyone ask me for a flooring reference I'll say don't bother calling CLS.

Jeff and his crew at CLS were excellent in every phase of this project. Jeff went above and beyond when it came to getting us samples to look at, even when we had a last min request to see one more before we decided on which one we really wanted. Installation process went without a hitch. Was a three day job, and at the end of each day the house was clean and livable(we were having our entryway/powder room/kitchen done). The overall process went much quicker than expected, especially delivery and install of the floor. Jeff's knowledge of the flooring types and his recommendations were incredibly helpful to my wife and I when it came to choosing the correct product for our project. Theirs was also the best price for our project out of 3-4 other estimates. Would definitely recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone looking to get hardwood flooring done.

Jeff at CLS went above and beyond to install hardwood floors in two rooms before I moved in to my new house. His crew was timely, professional and did a great job installing the floors. They look stunning! I would definitely hire this company again.

They were completely professional and very meticulous. The job was done and they noticed a pet stain undetected was causing some issues in the living room. They resanded and sealed. In addition, on the final walkthrough with Jeff he noticed a few drops of clear coat and a step that didn't look exactly the same. He came back a few days later to correct without me even asking. He identified it before I did. I would absolutely recommend them; and from the bids I received, they were most reasonable.

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work performed by CLS Flooring. The materials were exactly what I had envisioned and the installation was perfect. Jeff, the owner, and the 2 installers did everything they could to satisfy me and to make this project run as smoothly as possible. There was one hiccup upon completion, but Jeff made sure that it was corrected immediately. He always took my calls, and if he wasn't available to take my call, he returned the call the same day -- a rarity these days with most contractors. I highly recommend CLS Flooring. It was a pleasure doing business with this company which obviously cares a great deal about their customers and the quality of their work. They are a class act!

Jeff did an outstanding job. We left for vacation and left our home in his care. When we returned we were in awe with the quality of the work. Not only did they match the stain to the pre-existing woodwork, but they were punctual, flexible and professional. I would recommend to anyone looking to have this work done!!

We had hardwood floors refinished in the living and dining room areas of our home. Some areas needed replaced and or repaired. Jeff's knowledge and expertise was helpful in making decisions about the repairs and choosing a stain color for the floors. The floors turned out beautiful. We are extremely pleased. Jeff returned phone calls promptly and his crew showed up timely and were professional and hard working. We would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

It was good. They were accommodating of our schedule. We needed to be out of the house while they did it, so they worked with us on when we were planning a vacation. The owner came out a couple of times, to visit and showed samples. Worked with us on price and different options. Overall it was a pretty good experience. Glad we went with them.

I called for a quote to refinish my hardwood floors. Jeff was punctual and very friendly with my two dogs. He took a look around and explained to me what my options were. But instead of trying to sell me on their services and make money, I was told that my floors are in good condition and there's no need to do any work for at least several years. I was very surprised and appreciative of his honesty and not trying to sell me on services that I do not need. When the floors do need to be redone I will be calling him back!
