Clean and Clear Window and Gutter Cleaning

I called yesterday for an appointment and left a message. Within 15 minutes I received a call back and set up an appointment for them to come to my house today to give me an estimate for gutter cleaning. They arrived on time (even just a smidgen early, which impressed me). The price was very good, and I told them OK, and was pleasantly surprised when they said they could clean my gutters right away. They did a completely thorough job and confirmed what I had suspected ... that the company I was using had become extremely lax. When they showed me what they had cleaned from my gutters I was shocked. These people were completely courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again.

They were prompt, professional, considerate to my schedule and efficient! Easy to work with and reliable.

My initial call was returned within hours, they came by and provided and estimate the same day and then performed the service within two days. Once they were onsite, they were done very quickly (they brought multiple people) even though I have several different gutters on each side of the house and have gutter screens (still have silt build up). Very professional. I will use them again!

Jerry stopped by our home on 10 -1- 2012 and gave us an estimate for our 31 windows, interior and exterior. He returned as planned and right on time on 10-8-12 to do the huge job. (It had been a long time since the windows were professionally cleaned). Amy was on hand to do the interior and Jerry did the exterior windows (half are on the second floor). Jerry also removed our screens for storage, explained why that is better for the screens and the cleanliness of the windows. He organized the screens so i could mark them for easy reinstallation next spring. Amy took the time to clean our three 15 pane interior doors, too. They were personable, efficient and skilled. I personally do a terrible job with windows and appreciate those who can make windows gleam like Jerry and Amy did.

Our gutters were a mess and I was concerned about getting someone quickly with all the storms we've been having. Jerry came the same day we called...finished the job quickly and cleaned up after himself. We thought the job was done well and at a reasonable price, and he honored the 10% Angie's list discount that was adverstised. We will definitely use him again in the fall.

They had to work around some other construction going on at my house in preparation for a graduation party but they were very accomodating. The final job was fabulous. I would recommend them. We have a large log house and unattached garage and over 25 windows. They were fast and efficient and the price was right.

We had originally scheduled with Jerry to clean our interior/ exterior windows and gutters on June 26th, but had to reschedule due to their van needing unexpected maintenance. He was very accommodating and came out two days later around 4 pm after renting a van to transport his supplies. All exterior windows were cleaned by time I arrived at my residence and the gutters were cleaned out exceptionally well. Jerry explained that our gutter on the back room was difficult to clean and his assistant had to clean it out manually. Also, as per my wishes, one exterior window was skipped due to an active bee hive being in the window's upper corner. The interior windows were done and they even cleaned the glass in our front door, back sliding glass doors and garage door windows. I also asked that our window tracks and sills were cleaned as per our initial phone conversation and Jerry went back and cleaned a majority of them. I did notice that a couple of the interior windows were missed and a number of the tracks as well. While cleaning the interior windows, his assistant mentioned that she noticed a couple of the outside windows weren't cleaned properly and she said that she would ask Jerry to redo them before they left. When they were ready to leave, I asked if the windows that weren't cleaned properly were redone and she said that "they could get them the next time they came out to clean our windows." After they left, I noticed that some of the debris from the tracks that were cleaned was left behind on the window ledges and on the carpeting below the windows. Also, dirty water residue was left on the wall under a couple of windows. I was very happy with the results of the gutter cleaning and most of the exterior windows. However, I was unhappy with the window tracks and the additional clean up that I had to do following their exit.

I called Jerry around 8:30am. He came out soon thereafter and quoted me a price and was ready and willing to start right away. He cleaned all of our gutters that were full of debris and did a good job of cleaning up. Quality service at a reasonable price.

I contacted the company based on the good reviews I saw on Angie's List. My phone message was returned promptly and a reasonable price quoted for gutter cleaning, based on my verbal description of my house. Subsequently, I asked for a bid on window cleaning and also received an excellent price. Each of the jobs was completed quickly, efficiently, with no mess, and to my great satisfaction. I have now scheduled to continue having both gutter and window cleaning done on a regular basis.

Great experience! Called for a quote for both window and gutter cleaning. They called back within half an hour and were out to my house a few hours after that. Very reasonably priced and knowledgable. After reading reviews and getting a quote, I had them complete the work. They did a great job. Quick and professional. They were forty-five minutes late, and they didn't call me to let me know. They did a good job with cleaning the windows. I have used them in the past, and they were on time. They are very professional. I will use them again.

I have NO trees in my yard. And yet my gutters were completely clogged. Some still had standing water. I called Clean and Clear and they returned my call the same evening and we set up the next day to have the gutters cleaned. It didn't take them very long to remove the clutter and water and blow out the gutters and downspouts and add the screens we requested.The price was well worth the job they did. They were very professional and friendly.They were so good that we asked them for a quote on doing window cleaning and the price was very good. We just have to set up a time to have the work done. They are insured so we felt safe in having them do the work.

Gutters were really clogged with leaf debris. They came out and thoroughly cleaned everything and did not leave any piles of crap on the ground. They even used a vacuum device to suck debris out of the downspouts. I definitely noticed the difference after the next rain.

The job was so good it made the house look like new.
