Clean and Clear Window and Gutter Cleaning

They do a real good job for me. They on time and efficient. They usually have one person working on cleaning windows on the inside and someone else cleaning the outside. I would recommend their services to others and plan on using them again in the future.

Was happy with the service. I've used Clean and Clear for a couple of years, now. What I like is that they call me a couple of times a year to see if I need their service. It's a good reminder and much appreciated. My windows are a little pricier than normal--I ahve leaded glass in small square frames, so you can't just use a squeegie on it, but I was still glad to not have to climb up on the roof myself, so I'll be using them again.

They were prompt,,courteous, and did a thorough job. I will definitely use them in the future.

I called them in May 2013 to have my gutter cleaned. They did it with a reasonable price, which was good. This year (2014) I called them again in late March to schedule the gutter cleaning. They returned my call, asking me to provide my home address, which I did. However they didn't not come to do the job until now. I called them twice last week to confirm if they are still going to do the job for me. They never returned my call since. Not sure what happened.

An "Excellent" rating doesn't do this company justice! This is the second time that I've used Clean & Clear at my home and recommend them very highly. The response to scheduling and inquiries (I've spoken with Amy a number of times on the phone) is within the highest range of professionalism and courtesy. During both scheduled jobs, I asked that my gutters be cleaned along with the exterior windows if needed. Both times, I was told that the gutters were not in need of cleaning. In fact, this time, the note on the invoice said that just the only thing found was a stick in one downspout. How is that for honesty and integrity!? This is a company that I definitely wish other service providers would pattern themselves after. Clean & Clear is a gem! Outstanding!!!

Friday 12/20/13. I happened to be walking in front of my house less than an hour ago when Jerry and his crew showed up. 4 weeks earlier, I had received a return call and an estimate from Amy in mere hours of my initial inquiry, but I failed to follow up with the work figuring "who climbs a roof in the cold weather and rain?" Jerry and his crew eagerly climbed my roof to finally assess the issues. Jerry told me that my gutter guards we "real good ones"-that they are sealed- they only let in water....so there was nothing to clean out. After a brief chuckle and profuse apologies on my part for wasting his time, jerry shook my hand and said "no problem". He then wished me a happy holiday and he then drove off. No charge. This is not your typical Angie's list review, but I will recommend jerry and will employ his services (windows) in the future. Thanks jerry. CF in Pittsburgh

Because of the weather we had to rearrange our schedules. Amy was responsive to my telephone inquiries. Jerry and Amy came today. They are very hard working and professional. They are quite polite and go about their business efficiently and effectively. I will definitely hire them in the future. Good people to count on and work with!!

They called to let me know when they would come because I wanted to be home when they arrived. They had adequate ladders to reach all gutters. Did a great job and even tapped in some nails that had come loose. They found and brought down a rather large piece of slate that was dislodged and hanging at the edge of the gutter--a hazard in the making. All in all I think they are a really good team and we will hire them again next year. Although some of the companies that advertise on the list seemed to be a little cheaper, that may be due to the size of the house. I think it was a fair price for a job well done.

I'd previously tried twice to get my gutters cleaned. Both times I was given an estimate, but then told, when the workers arrived to do the work, that their ladder was not high enough to reach the back gutter. Clean and Clear Window and Gutter Cleaning got the job done. When I called, their message said it was a busy time of year, and that they would call back as soon as possible. I received the return call a couple hours later. A few hours after that, they called with an estimate, and told me they could do the work right then. Not only was their ladder long enough, but they got the job done the day I first called. And their price was the lowest I've been quoted. There nothing not to like about these folks.

They cleared my gutters and snaked and cleared my downspouts. They not only delivered service immediately after giving me an estimate--on the spot as I was preparing to leave for work--but they discovered a downspout problem and improvised a simple and cheap solution. They were so generous and helpful and kind.

This was a return trip for Jerry and Amy to our two story home. We have over 30 windows, many not easy to reach, and three inside 15 pane windowed doors. They arrived right on time and hit the ground running. They took out screens for me to mark which window they go into next spring. Amy worked carefully around our household items/knickknacks, etc. Jerry zipped around our house with his ladder and he also returned some of my full window screens back into the window frames as I had requested. Last year Jerry told me that screens decrease light by 40%. So we took out most of the screens to enjoy what light we get here in Pittsburgh. My windows are sparkling again.

Work was awesome.....arrived on time, windows sparkled in and out!! Even took their shoes off when cleaning the windows in the house. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The service was great. They were extremely nice and competent. The price is very reasonable and competitive. I would recommend them.

They did the work exactly as I had asked and charged a reasonable price. However, they never returned for additional cleanings and never called to see if I wanted them to return for more work. I'm not sure if they were put off by the solarium or if it was another issue.

They were very good. Three window cleaners quickly cleaned all interior winows and a couple of large mirrors. Their work was well done, they were polite and professional, and I appreciate them returning my phone call and taking care of the work quickly.

I called during the day. Got answering machine but knowing they often do a driveby so they can estimate I left my address. As it turns out they were in the area and called with an estimate that was agreeable so the job was done that day. Could not have gone any better, overflowing gutters are now running smoothly. would definitely recommend.

Called yesterday for estimate. Called this morning with price. Came this afternoon and completed the job. Well done.

Called for an estimate and got a phone call back later that night with an estimate. Once agreed to do service they were here the next day to clean the gutters. Would definitely recommend because of professionalism, cost and timeliness.

All the work went fine and in a timely manner
