They were there on time. Their subcontractors showed up when they were supposed to. It was great to have competent people around. They all worked. It was nice to not see anyone standing around. They were super, cleaned up their mess and everything. They got the job done a day early and $1,000 cheaper than they initially said. I can’t say anything of the price because I have nothing to compare it to.

Not sure what they consider emergency. Our sewer back up seemed like one to us.

I’ve been happy with them. They do a great job. They all seem to be over priced, but Christy’s Plumbing & Heating is competitive. I would use them again in the future.

They were satisfactory. The work was done on time and quickly. They are very professional and we have never had a problem with them.

Everything went fine. I have used them 2 or 3 times in the past for the commode and they come out very quickly. This is especially good when you only have one bathroom.

They are reliable and very responsive to our phone call. They do good work at a good price. They arrived at the appointed time. They always clean up after themselves.

The plumber phoned, before coming out to the house, prior to both trips. He was courteous and friendly. The work was excellent.

One of the best things about them was that they take the time out to make sure all the repairs were done properly. They have good policies that will accommodate people for emergencies and they always do good follow up work.

I had a leak in the basement. They came out promptly. The price was good and the work was good. I had them out another time and had a dryer installed. Definitely use again in the future.

When we had called to make an appointment we received a call right back. The plumber was sent 2 days later and arrived right on time. Al was very professional and worked the entire time he was there. He cleaned up after himself and the invoice was what he had quoted. We are very happy with the work and the professional manner. We will use them again for sure.

Showed up on time; very professional and polite; work completed without interruption or delay. Quality of work was excellent.

THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE THAN THE QUOTE PRICE AND I WOULDN'T PAY IT. WE GOT IN TO A BIG ARGUMENT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO ANY MORE WORK THAN WAS QUOTED IN THE ESTIMATE.

I have had Christy out for a wide variety of repairs over 15 years. They have always done the job right and acted very professionally. There is nothing bad to say about them.

We've used this plumber for 10 years. They always do a great job for us and we are always satisfied with their work. They had to come out twice to finish the work. Second visit was without a charge.

PROS: PLUMBER RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER; INSTALLED WATER HEATER IN ABOUT ONE HOUR (HOMEOWNER AVOIDED EXTRA LABOR CHARGES BY HAVING THE TANK DRAINED BEFORE PLUMBER ARRIVED) ......... CONS: THOUGHT BILL WAS TOO HIGH FOR QUALITY OF WATER HEATER INSTALLED; UNIT STARTED GOING OUT AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF USE AND WOULDN'T STAY LIT; REPAIR WORK WAS REFERRED TO ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY (FACTORY AUTHORIZED WARRANTY REPAIR) WHO TRIED TO FIX TWICE UNDER WARRANTY; PROBLEM PERSISTED AFTER REPAIRS; CHRISTY'S NOW WANT TO CHARGE FOR REPAIRS PLUS $70 TO SHOW UP.

TECHNICIAN WAS PRETTY CLUELESS. DIDN'T KNOW IF THE VALVES ON THE COOLANT LINES (TO AND FROM FURNACE) WERE OPEN OR CLOSED. HE SAID VALVES WERE CLOSED WHICH WAS WRONG BECAUSE I HAD THE A/C RUNNING THE DAY BEFORE. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO ''OPEN'' THE VALVES (WHICH IN FACT HE REALLY CLOSED THEM) AND SAID THE COMPRESSOR WAS ''SHOT''. I BELIEVE THERE IS A SAFETY MECHANISM TO PREVENT THE COMPRESSOR FROM RUNNING IF THE FREON IS NOT FLOWING IN THE SYSTEM. THEN HE OVERRODE THE RELAYS TO FORCE THE COMPRESSOR TO RUN (STILL WITH VALVES CLOSED). TO FURTHER REINFORCE MY ASSESSMENT OF THE SITUATION THE TECHNICIAN PROCEEDS TO ''CLOSE'' THE VALVES (WHICH IN REALITY ARE NOW OPEN) AND DISCONNECT THE PRESSURE GAUGES. MOST OF THE FREON IN THE SYSTEM IS NOW BEING VENTED INTO THE AIR WHILE THE TECHNICIAN HURRIEDLY TRIED TO CLOSE THE VALVE THAT HE THOUGHT WAS CLOSED! BOTTOM LINE AFTER THE VISIT: A/C UNIT NOW IS PROBABLY REALLY SHOT AND AFTER THIS DISPLAY OF TOTAL INCOMPETENCE THE TECH DEMANDED PAYMENT.

THE PROBLEM APPEARED TO BE FIXED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY WHEN THE LEAK RETURNED. I PLACED A CALL TO THE COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW OF THE ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THE PLUMBER WOULD CALL ME BACK TO SET SOMETHING UP. DESPITE THE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS I HAVE PLACED BACK TO THE COMPANY IT HAS NOW BEEN THREE WEEKS AND MY FAUCET IS STILL LEAKING. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN VARIOUS ''LINES'' BY THE COMPANY; FROM WE ARE VERY BUSY RIGHT NOW TO, WE HAVE CALLED TO SCHEDULE AND GOT NO ANSWER ON YOUR PHONE (WE HAVE VOICE-MAIL AND CALLER ID - WE HAVE NO EVIDENCE THAT ANY ATTEMPTS TO CALL US OR LEAVE A MESSAGE WERE MADE). I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ORGANIZATION AND WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

WE USE CHRISTY'S FOR ALL OF OUR PLUMBING AND HEATING USES. THEY ARE PROMPT AND FRIENDLY.

JOE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND PERFORMS QUALITY WORK. THE ENTIRE COMPANY IS A CLASS ACT.

WE'VE USED THIS PROVIDER MANY TIMES AND THEY ARE GREAT. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. PERSONNEL ARE ALWAYS TIMELY, RESPONSIVE, POLITE.
