Description of Work: We ordered 2 glass sliding doors. The installer was fabulous! They ordered the doors and they were done in good time. Their quality is superb. We had used them in the past in another home.

Description of Work: Champion added one of their manufactured sunrooms over a rear patio of our home. Their sales and design people were expert, efficient, responsive and easy to work with. Their construction workers were very capable, experienced, efficient, punctual and pleasant. We were not unreasonably inconvenienced by the work. The job was performed neatly and cleanly, and was finished in a reasonable time. Overall, our experience with this project was very good.

Description of Work: Nothing. Refused to come out. They were wandering around Sam's Club trying to scrounge business. I actually was needing estimates on siding so asked to be called. My husband travels all the time. I take care of everything in the house - I have to he's never home. Champion refused to even come out for an estimate because my husband was not going to be there.

Description of Work: New roof, roof vent, solar roof fan & gutters, gutter covers and downspouts.

Description of Work: Installed sliding windows/screens on my back porch. I'm more than satisfied with my purchase and the work performed.

Description of Work: New siding. Everything was fine for the most part. They forgot to caulk some of the windows but came back promptly to take care of the problem.

Description of Work: Wanted the provider to replace some windows and operators at my house. They would not because the windows were already purchased and they only used windows that they manufactured and installed....since they were already manufactured by the builder (they were replacements from the original builder), they wouldn't install them.

Description of Work: Poured concrete pad. Installed 4 season room. Electric work. Heating & cooling.

Description of Work: Had windows and sliding glass door installed. Everything was fine. The sliding glass door was hard to open, especially for my wife who is disabled. The installer said that in time the door would loosen up. Three years later it has not loosened up. I called for a service technician to come out and take a look at it. Champion said that it would cost $89.00. I have a life time warranty and the assurance of the salesman, Ken Fellows, that the first two trips would not cost anything. After that it would cost $55.00 just to keep people from abusing the warranty. What kind of warrant is that anyway? I told the on site manager that there was a defect from the start and that the installer said that it would loosen up in time. The manager refused to send a technician out without charging me. The manager offered me the old price of $55.00. I told him that was unacceptable. I chose Champion because of their advertisement and the assurance from the salesman that I would not have these types of problems. Believe me their price is almost double of anyone else and their product is not all that much better. I was assured that Champion was different and that I would not have any trouble with service and that the Lifetime Warranty would prove their sincerity. So, Champion is no better than anyone else and probably not as good. Especially when comes to standing behind their warranty, advertisements and service.
