Description of Work: Installed a Carrier 95% efficient furnace with humidifier. Was impressed with the knowledge of Carrier products and installation experience during the proposal meeting. |On the day of furnace installation the Caruso installers showed up on time and prepared to work. They installed the furnace and humidifier in a professional manner and in a timely fashion. The owner, Tony came by to make sure that all was going well. I was asked about several aspects of the installation which was appreciated. After the installation a thorough cleanup was performed and the equipment operation was fully explained to us. We would definitely use Caruso for future heating and air conditioning work.

Description of Work: They replaced and updated our a/c condensor and system. This included the coils above the furnace and all cooling lines from the furnace to the condensor. They were extremely professional. The man who came out to do the initial assessment gave me the pros and cons of replacing the whole system or just the condensor (with an older model). Any questions he had about pricing or efficiency, he made a quick phone call and we received the answer right away. He did not try to push me either way. | |Two men came (one week later) to do the work. They covered the entire area heading down to the furnace with drop cloths so as not to get my (old) carpet dirty, and when one of them entered the house to turn on the thermostat and test the system, he even put coverings over his shoes to protect the floor. After it was finished, and it worked fine, there was one connection that they were not happy with and they redid it before they left. Very competant, very professional.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $49 for Heating or Cooling Diagnostic Service Call Special. The service was great. We are happy with everything.
