Caruso Heating and Air Conditioning has been really great for me both times I have used them. I needed someone to come quickly to check our air compressor since I was leaving on vacation in 2 days, and they came first thing in the morning. The tech arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of our unit outside, provided good background on what he was seeing, offered several choices for resolution without pressuring me to make a decision, did the work I agreed to, and even cleaned our condenser coils which were very dirty. Not only did it resolve our issue, but our unit now runs quietly again! The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend their service.

I reached out to 2 Carrier Authorized dealers to quote my AC replacement. The quote from this company was 50% higher than second estimate. $3200 vs $4800 for same unit and brand. They did show up quickly and on time.

Matt arrived on time, was professional, performed the desired service check on my radiant heated floors and water-based heating system, and answered all my questions. Would hire again.

All options were provided for our job, communication from Tony was rapid and thorough, and the quality of the work was fantastic. I had called Caruso to come look at my furnace, which was leaking a ton of water on my laundry room floor. They were able to come that day and fix the issue very quickly. Everything went great and I'll be sure to use these guys going forward.

Caruso Heating & Air Conditioning - Highly professional and outstanding workmanship. Of the six contractors I considered to install a new furnace and AC unit, Tony was by far the best choice. All my questions were answered in a straightforward manner. If he said he would show up, email or call, he did. His knowledge and advice allowed me to choose the best equipment for my needs. I felt that the cost was quite fair and reasonable. The customer service provided was the best I’ve experienced. In addition to the high level of communication, all my equipment was registered with Carrier on my behalf. Tony actually assisted in completion of utility company rebate paperwork. He checked on job progress several times to ensure his standards were met. The work ethic and workmanship of the installation crew was outstanding. They started work on time and worked steadily until the job was complete. The entire work area was covered with tarps. All old equipment, work materials and debris were removed. The crew leader reviewed system operation with me and ensured my understanding prior to leaving. The HVAC system is working perfectly. I’m amazed at the increased comfort level. The temperature differential between the first floor and the second is minimal. Temperature swings inside are also minimal regardless of the outside temperature swings. It’s also convenient to have the ability to control the system from my Smartphone. I will recommend Caruso Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone needing HVAC services.

Tony was a great communicator. He went through the different products with me and answered all of my questions before he submitted his quote. I had multiple estimates and he came in at a reasonable price for better products. However, what sold me was his knowledge of the products. Installation went very well. All of the team was on time, efficient and very neat. Tony stopped by to follow-up and make sure that everything was working well. He reviewed the new thermostat with me and answered more questions that I had. Tony re-iterated that I could call anytime with questions. I was very impressed with not only his knowledge but his great customer service. He helped me to get rebates and credits for the efficient furnace and air conditioner.

Our air conditioner was ancient, at least 20 years old. They did try to repair it but it was just to far gone. The price for the new unit was fair and was replaced promptly. Could not be more pleased.

I emailed Caruso's through Angie's list and the owner, Tony, got right back to me. We set up a time for a technician to come by. Matt came and was very thorough and friendly. We are in the midst of having several repairs done to our home, and it has been a nightmare waiting for return calls, etc, from several companies. So I really appreciated that everything went so smoothly with getting our ac serviced. It was a welcome change!

Toni communicated very well throughout the process. As a first time home buyer he educated my wife and I on the different products we needed. He recommended the most appropriate product for our house without regard of the cost. Their service was very quick, efficient and appropriately done. Toni followed up with us after installation to teach us about the new features of the units. We had multiple estimate done for the units and he was the one that came at the most reasonable prices while at the same time offering the best products. He went out of his way to get us the most rebates and credits! Toni was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to. He has made every effort to make sure we are pleased with the service and has stated multiple times to call him with any questions at any time. We are very glad with Toni and his company and we would definitely recommend to others.

Tony and his crew did another great job for us. The new unit heats our 9 x 21 sunroom much better than the single vent from the furnace. They showed up on time and completed installation without incident. I wish we had started using Tony from the moment we bought our new house. Live and learn.

We were extremely satisfied. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. He is in the business for a long time. So, therefore, he knew the different ways to solve problems. He was accommodating. His crew were aces, they were all. They were respectful, polite and knowledgeable. I was very impressed, just not with the owner and the guy that did the job, but all his workers were the highest level. There was no fooling around. There was no lollygagging around. There was no breaks or cigarettes or coffee breaks. They just worked and they got that job done, from eight in the morning till three. Other people were going to take two and a half days to do the job. They did it great in seven hours. The fact that they sent a crew of five and got it done in one day was a big plus. They made adjustments. They originally were going to do it from our request. They did whatever it took to make us happy. They were very accommodating and respectful of our wishes. They were never like, "Well, I don't know what to do in this situation," or, "I have to call somebody about this." They all knew their respective jobs. They showed a lot of confidence in themselves and therefore gave us a lot of confidence in them. Hopefully, the product will turn out as good as the workmanship.

They came out to look at my current water heater and identified that was use for my furnace for heat as well as hot water So it is important that this is replaced because of the oncoming winter I had to take off work to be at home, they charged me $79.00 for the visit and promised me a quote for a new one I have followed up several times but still do not have a quote, plus I am out $79.00 and I have to find someone else

Work was completed in a timely fashion as promised at a very fair price. Unit has been in operation for two summers without any problems.

We called because our furnace was periodically shutting off and we couldn't figure out why. Caruso had installed it 6 years previously. The technician came and because it was working at the time, said it may be shutting off because our filter was dirty. We had changed the filter a few months before and though it was fairly dirty, we really didn't think that was causing it to shut off. But we took his word for it. We were charged for a service call and assumed the technician had thoroughly checked out the furnace. The problem persisted, but with unseasonably warm weather, the furnace wasn't coming on as often. I called them back exactly a month later (Nov 20) and was told I would have to pay a full service charge again, along with any additional costs. Also, they were busy and couldn't come back for one week (Nov 27). I told them I would have to call another company, because it was cold and a week was too long. They may no effort to try to schedule something sooner. Thanksgiving was the following Thursday, which I am sure made it more difficult for the provider, but it also made it more difficult for us, as we were expecting company. I called another company right away (Friday afternoon) and was given an appointment for Monday. We spent that weekend with our indoor temperature right around 58 degrees. On Monday, the technician from that company spent about 20 minutes before diagnosing the problem, which was a clogged water tray that wasn't draining properly and needed to be replaced. We will stick with this company from now on.

Could not have gone better. Prompt. Professional. Polite. Even though the furnace is old he found it to be in good working order and said there was no reason to replace it.
