Initally had Caruso Heating and A/C to my house to service Furnace and A/C. The serviceman pointed out that my furnace had problems that made it obvious to us that it should be replaced before using it another season. Mr Caruso emailed his estimates for the high efficiency furnaces I had requested very shortly after this. I scheduled a date to have his company install the equipment and they did the agreed upon work on that date. I had many questions about venting of the equipment,... and all my questions where answered very completely and professionally. I was very happy with Caruso Heating and A/C and will us them in the future. I would have no hesitation referring them to anyone asking me who I used for my furnace installation, and yearly servicing of my furnace and air conditioner.

I have used them about 3 times before. They are nice to deal with and they come as soon as they can. They usually try to send the same person for consistency.

Frustrating due to the time of year, but Caruso was honest, reasonable and made it right after the first repair failed. I recommend Caruso as they are a trustworthy and reliable company even when they are working on a home AC system that isn't.

They were professional and punctual, though it took a little longer to get them to my home. It was between 3 days to a week, before they showed up. I appreciated their advice and will continue to use this company in the future.

Tony Caruso is very responsive in providing job estimates. Their estimate was right in line with our expectations and cheaper than the big box stores. Tony ordered the water heater immediately and it was ready to install two days later. His installers arrived slightly early and were in and out very quickly. Installation was up to our expectations and everything was cleaned up to the point that you could not tell that they had been there, other than for our nice, shiny new water heater. They even re-installed the thermal blanket that had been wrapped around the old water heater!

This man came out when scheduled and fixed the air conditioner. He was professional and explained things that needed to be done. This work was covered by the warranty.

They were recommended through my home warranty. They are reasonably priced. They are flexible with my schedule and are always on time. I have used them several times. I would recommend them to others.

We have American Home Shield and Caruso was sent to attend to our air conditioning problem. The tech had to return (3) times to fix the problem and told us we could call Caruso anytime within the next 30 days and they would return. On the last visit the tech replaced the motor, but the motor wouldn't shut off. We called Caruso (7) times, left messages, but they were never returned. We finally got in contact with Caruso and they said that the 30 day contract expired and we would have to contact American Home Shield and get a new work order. They also said they had called once and left a message (this is a bold lie!). It will cost us an additional $55.00 for a new contract. We feel Caruso did this intentionally and we do not appreciate their lies or their refusal to return our phone calls. They do not act in good faith!

The repair guy came when scheduled and was very thorough in checking all the potential sources of the problem. When he found a wiring problem, he fixed it quickly and that was that. Very pleasant, professional company. I only had to pay the $50 deductible, but I would hire Caruso again for additional HVAC work.

INSURANCE GUIDELINES NECESSITATED CALLING THIS COMPANY. SERVICEMAN COULD FIND NO REASON FOR SYSTEM TO MALFUNCTION. SUSPECTS POSSIBLE LOOSE OR CORRODED CONNECTION. SERVICE GUARANTEED FOR 30 DAYS.
