Tony and his crew arrived on time, where professional, quiet and cleaned up after themselves. Tony went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly and that we where satisfied. I would highly recommend Tony for all HVAC needs.

Outstanding! Tony arrived on time with 4 guys, they worked all day to finish the job, and cleaned up. What a difference! We no longer have a sauna in the second floor bedrooms. The best part is that Tony was significantly less expensive than the other quotes we received but the quality is there. Plan on using him again.

I called into the office and was able to quickly make a same day appointment. The technician Matt arrived as scheduled and was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a faulty capacitor. He also topped of the refrigerant in the lines. He was quick, proficient, and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to use Caruso Heating and Air Conditioning again in the future.

I liked working with these guys from start to finish. Tony Caruso came to my house and gave me an estimate. The price was competitive, the product they installed was well rated. Communication was through email to set up the actual work date and is my preferred method of communication. Tony responded in a timely manner. The guys who installed it were right on time and very professional. They had the work done in 4 hours or so. They explained to me what we needed to do to maintain the unit. They cleaned everything up before they left. Good experience with Caruso. Highly recommended.

Used an Angie's big deal for furnace inspection and tuneup. Arrived on time and were polite. Spent about an hour and a half on two furnaces. Good work would recommend.

services were performed per the Angie's list deal. Thorough check and cleaning of the gas heater. Only issues seemed to be lack of communication between their laborer and office. We were told we would be sent a mailed invoice for some additional work and it never came. A few weeks later we started receiving calls for past due payment... Office employee for whatever reason didn't want to mail it? Insisted on email which I found odd.

From the initial estimate with Tony through the install with the crew everything was handled very professionally. All questions were addressed and thorough explanations given regarding the equipment.

Tony offered and explained the different types of furnaces and the prices, which were reasonable. I was given plenty of time to make a decision. The two men who installed the furnace were respectful of my home, they made sure that my carpets were not dirtied. They explained the thermostat and details so I was comfortable with new equipment. I will be using them in the future for my furnace check up. I would recommend them to others in need of a furnace.

Unable to complete deal. They won't work on my tank.

I was contacted by the company the same day that I purchased the deal. We scheduled a time when Tony could come out to look at what's currently in my house. We had scheduled a 2 hour window when he might be there - from 10AM-12PM, but he arrived promptly at 10AM. When he saw that I had a boiler, not a furnace, he told me to contact Angie's List for a refund and said that he would revise the advertisement so that it specifically said "forced air furnace." I asked how much a new boiler would be and he gave me an outrageous price (starting at $6000)*. He said he would write up an estimate for me for boilers of different efficiencies, as well as an estimate for a tank less water heater. I gave him my e-mail address to send the estimates to. I haven't heard anything from him since. *I asked a friend of mine who is a contractor about this price and his reaction was "That's a 'f*ck you' price."

They emailed and said I was out of the service area.

Tony provided a prompt estimate and was easy to work with when we wanted to look at different options. His price was lower than other estimates we had, and when the installation turned out to be easier than anticipated, he reduced it by the amount of the unneeded supplies. The installation went smoothly and quickly and the total package has a neat appearance. We are quite happy with the results and the performance of the unit.

Was not a typical install as it was in a condo. Tony and his crew layed tarps all the way from the elevator to the furnace room. After installing furnace and ac he made sure there were no air leaks in any of the duct work. He even repaired a flue pipe in the neighbors furnace at no charge. Tony is very conscientious about the job and the neighbors around the job. Do not hesitate to use Caruso Heating and Cooling as Tony Caruso will do the job right.

The day of installation they arrived 5 minutes early for the day. There was a team of 3. Tony was very professional and friendly. Work was finished in the time given on the bid. Out of 4 estimates Caruso was the best value. Would recommend them to friends and family.
