Description of Work: I made a call at 9am and they were at the residence by 10:30am. Quick service, fair price, and attention to detail. I would gladly use their services again.

Description of Work: Services performed for pest control. I have seen mice in my basement. Service provider searched basement for any signs of mice. He then placed a barrier outside around the house. He was very professional & thorough.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal, "$139 for Interior/Exterior Rodent Control Treatment PLUS Warranty with Customer Satisfaction Guarantee!" The contacted me promptly and arranged for a visit within a few days. When the representative arrived, however, I discovered that this company provides only poison as a means of rodent control. Since I have a cat, and since I don't like the use of exterior poison because it can harm other wildlife, I declined the service and received a refund through Angie's List. What i was looking for is someone to look for ways the mice had been getting in the to house and seal them up. I think that the Big Deal could have been more clearly spelled out, but I'm not sure who is responsible for that.

Description of Work: We were having problems with carpenter ants - they returned our call immediately and came out the following week - this was our last visit of 5 and have not seen a carpenter ant since the first foundation spraying. Very courteous and professional - both the Technicians and the office staff. Will definetly use Budget if any other problems arise. Very excellent service.

Description of Work: A company rep came to my house, explained the service I'd purchased through an Angie's list special, sprayed my house, told me what to expect and how to continue service, if I want. Good, fair service. Would use this company again.

Description of Work: I had stinkbugs and centipedes in house. They came the same day I called, a Sunday, to accomodate my work schedule. I was well satisfied with the service; haven't seen any bugs since.
