Do not bother hiring this service. You get what you pay for.

Michael was prompt, courteous, efficient and pleasant. It went great, and I was temporarily pleased with the whole thing. HOWEVER, I paid him and left to go to the store before he treated the wasps (not wanting to be near the wasps who had stung me 6 times the day before!) When I returned, there was a pile of a granular substance in the middle of the driveway which had not been there before. When I called the office to inquire, I was first told that no granular substance had been used, but when I kept asking, it turned out that the slower, long-acting pesticide, cyfluthrin (a pyrethroid), comes in a granular form before being mixed with water to be applied. Michael must've spilled it when mixing it. It was about 2 cups in volume: I don't know how he could have missed that. I was told it was relatively non-toxic, and I should just sweep it up & put it in the trash. Having googled it and with trepidation, I did so (wearing gloves, a mask and eye protection & double wrapping it in plastic bags.). However, the spill was along the seam in the driveway, where the chemical had already mixed with the very wet mud from the Ida-rains, so I could not sweep that part up. I ended up washing it off the driveway with water. As I watched the grey-green water go down the driveway & along the street, I said a sad prayer for the frogs, insects and all critters affected by the cyfluthrin I was flushing into the watershed. Budget's behavior was unprofessional & unfortunate! The technician should have cleaned it up when he spilled it. Failing that, the person on the phone should have sent someone out to clean it up with care. Any company that works with pesticides, however 'low toxicity to mammals' they are, should know better.

They were easy to use. They're very professional and we are very pleased with their service.

We had holes in our fascia board due to woodpeckers on the front and back of our house. Squirrels moved in and were enjoying life and damaging the wood even more. I contacted Budget Pest control. They scheduled an appointment for the same week. I met Alex. He and I walked around. I pointed out a few other damages (not sure from squirrels or other critters). Alex options to keep them out. I chose their "one way door". A wire box is placed where the animals enter, once they leave, they cannot get back in and they move on. Alex also mentioned our gutters. Our house has a very high, pitched roof. I hire a gutter cleaner each year to clean them out. Alex added a quote to install gutter guards, something I had been thinking about. Also, I asked for repair work to some of those other damaged areas mentioned above. We agreed on the project, pest removal via one way door, gutter guards, and damaged wood repair. I received an estimate in email the same day. Alex came out three times. First time to install the one-way doors and repair a couple holes. Second time with a helper to install the guards on our front and back porches and a third time to remove the one-way doors and complete the final set of gutter guards on our main roof. He is excellent to work with. The wood repair…you cannot tell there were holes in the fascia. Excellent work. The office was great to work with too . I saw our front gutter was bowed out (due to the lack of fascia board on the house, not Alex’s work). They relayed my concern. On Alex's second visit, he adjusted as best he could. The gutter looks better. We will likely need to mount a fascia board and rehang the gutter someday (it is just the way the porch was built). Everything looks great and through a few rains this week, the water is flowing. No more squirrels, no holes in our fascia and you cannot tell we had an issue at all. Great team. Alex is smart and reliable. Glad I chose Budget Pest Control.

FAILED. Traps set, no change, promised additional more aggressive methods, never heard from after that. They did not return my calls or texts.

Went well. I think they should have come back mid point to check the boxes to see if enough bait was there.

The technician did a wonderful job. He explained everything to me. He was great to talk to.The job went exactly as he said. I would call them back if I ever have a pest problem. Great people to work with.

A technician arrived within 24 hours. They wore a mask and adhered to social distancing. They assessed the situation and provided me with low cost steps I could take to mitigate the risk and additional escalation steps that Budget Pest Control could take with cost estimates. The technician was both knowledgeable and respectful. I was very pleased the level of service and prompt, courteous response.

Eric arrived on 5/15/2020 as scheduled and applied the termite treatment outside the house and inside a crawl space. He was very professional and gave some advice about the damage to the wood in the area in the crawl space. He also explained about the product used in the process. The cost was as estimated along with an extended warranty.

Tech sprayed inside of basement and garage and outside of both structures.

Quick return phone call. (I was still on the web page!) Very prompt and punctual for all appointments. Knowledgeable technician, Colin, was very helpful and courteous. Answered all my questions. Good experience. Would hire again.

Budget contacted us quickly after our inquiry on Angie’s List. They came out and set a cage to trap the critters first. The first 3 to 4 days they had to return each day since something kept taking the bait. But then two opossums were caught one after the other. They then came and dug a trench around our deck and placed wire fencing to keep others out. I give the guys who came out a lot of credit, it was in the low 30s that morning yet they were very pleasant and friendly. They even took the time to set aside some of the plantings they dug up so we could replant them. We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to other members.

Alex, the technician, was on time, friendly & knowledgeable. It is too early to say whether the problem has been solved since it has only been 2 days since the bait bags were placed throughout our home. That is why I indicated N/A for quality of work.

It took about 10 days but after that we saw no sign of mice

Very knowledgeable and very reasonable cost. This fellow explained their behavior patterns and told me how to prevent re-infestation.

They responded promptly and determined there was no active termites, just very old damage. I was pleasantly surprised that because there were no termites they did not charge me. This is certainly a service that I would call again if the need arises.

At the end of June, I was hearing noises in my bedroom in the one corner and after inspecting things from the ground, I thought I had some kind of animal that may be in the walls. As my attic is finished, I really couldn't investigate without tearing off siding or the walls so I contacted Budget Pest Control after looking for some places in the area. Call was answered promptly and set up an appointment for a wildlife expert to come out a few days later to look. The day came and they arrived during the window even calling when they were on the way. He came out, got up on the roof and looked things over and determined it looked like a squirrel had gotten in based on what he saw and timing and saw where they were probably going in at and in the process of getting a trap set up, he even spotted the squirrel going up under the siding. He set the trap, told me I would have to call each morning to let them know if we caught the squirrel or not and told me of the charges which I paid for the initial trap set up. The first night we had some rain and the next morning I came out and the trap was knocked over and closed so I had to call and they had to send someone out to reset the trap and we decided to move it so it wouldn't get knocked over. Several days came and went and we didn't catch anything but I stopped hearing noises. We finally had someone come the day after the 4th of July and really took a good look around and in the end we didn't catch the squirrel. I ended up trying to close up the hole later but due to how it was, my DIY method didn't work and we had the squirrel back but we were able to catch it ourselves thanks to knowing some tips from when they did come out a couple hours after we set up the trap
