Since they treated the inside and outside of the house, we've seen no more ants. Budget is very professional and courteous. We now have them treat once a month.

Everything went great with Budget from my initial telephone call through the treatment. Price was half of the "big" name Pest Control companies, absolutely no high pressure sales pitch like I found with the big name companies, and the Budget staff was all very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Eeek- a mouse...in the wall!! I can hear it scratching. Thank heaven Budget Pest Control had someone there on a Sunday to take my call and set up an appointment for Tuesday. They say you can't put a price on peace of mind but Budget Pest Control can and it's very reasonable! Aaron called 20 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on the way. I had so many questions and he was able to answer them all. He explained about the bait that he was using and how it worked. He baited the garage and basement, the attic where he did see signs of mouse droppings, and baited outdoors as well. He explained I needed to take down all my snap traps so that the poison bait would work since the mice carry it back to their nest to share and I wouldn't want to kill them in a snap trap. He felt my mice were getting in at ground level and going through the walls to the attic as he did see some sign of mouse droppings up there. Thankfully there was no sign of recent activity in the basement but he baited it all the same. I asked about future treatments and he explained about a program where they could come every 60 days to check the outdoor and indoor baits and, if needed, put out more and I could opt out at any time. At $69 it's worth my peace of mind to know that during the winter months I won't have any unwanted visitors in my house! And they give a 60 day warranty as well on the initial treatment. He said the initial kill time should be about two weeks, and if I heard or saw any activity within that 60 day window to call and let them know and they would come out at no additional charge to retreat. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem. And they even calculated which would be better for me to use- their $10 off coupon or 5% senior discount!

Its been a month since they sprayed and no signs of ants yet.

I've been hit with a trifecta of pests all within a month of each other. Never had any bug problems before this summer. First were the ants, so they came out and sprayed. Then were the termites. They quickly came out for an inspection and within a few days treated my house. Next, I was waking up with bites on my legs. I initially thought bed bugs, but Budget has a phone number you can text images to and they respond with their thoughts. They felt like it could be carpet beetles. The guy came out, inspected my sofa and beds, saw no signs of bed bugs and was sure my specimens were carpet beetles (to which some people can have allergic reactions to that resemble bug bites). Also, the second treatment for carpet beetles was free due to my warranty I had from the ant spray. I'm really hoping it was only carpet beetles and the problem goes away. Only time will tell. If not, I know Budget will help and in a timely fashion. Also, the price I am listing is both for the ant treatment and the termite treatment combined.

Brian, Budget Pest technician, was totally professional about his service. He called 1/2 hour before arrival and promptly completed the service. This is the second time I used Budget Pest Control in the last two years.

Service was excellent. The technician was on time and did a very thorough job.

Carpenter Bees seem to be gone however they made a mess of all of my windows and the exterior of my home when they sprayed

Barry identified the burrows as from rats. He put out poison and said that this should take care of them in 2 weeks.

I was quoted the wrong price so i ended up having to pay cash in addition to a check. The technician didnt care AT ALL. He showed up almost 3 hours outside of the time they gave us. I called the companytwice, then my husband called again. I will never use this company ever again and if any asks ill refer them to this review!!! Horrible!!

Budget Pest Control told me that there were bats, birds and mice in my attic, including a lot of bat droppings. They were going to charge me $1,000 for their services, including over $300 to clean the bat droppings and spray disinfectant. I called 2 other companies and they did a detailed inspection and said there were no bats or bat droppings in the attic. **The worst part is that Budget Pest Control would ONLY warranty their work for just 2 months! For an additional 2 months, it would cost an extra $85. The other two companies had a 5-year and a lifetime warranty. I don't appreciate the 'scare tactics' stating lies that there were bats in my attic!!!

Employee was timely, professional and very nice. Placed bait traps inside and out and the problem was eliminated.

It took them a couple of times to come back to get rid of them. Stubborn things, didn't want to go, but they finally got rid of them. They were real good and friendly and answered all the questions. They came back a couple of times because they couldn't get rid of them. It was cheaper than I thought. They were right on time. If they were going to be late, they called. First time, they were there right away. The second time, they got tied up, so they called and rescheduled. It was all fine.

I have only had two applications. They are good. I heard about these guys because they also do my dad's house. Their price was lower and a big change from the previous company I had used.

The representative from Budget Pest was professional and courteous, but it seems she was not able to identify where the mice were coming into the house. She did not make too much of an effort to do so. She did leave some bait that would kill off the ones already in the house. After the first visit, we called Budget Pest with this feedback and requested a different representative with more experience for the followup visit. Unfortunately, we got the same one again and she did the same thing: Left more bait. We were concerned about just using the bait because we did not want mice dying at random places in the house. We wanted to close any holes that would allow additional ones from coming in.

They were very nice people. My cellar flooded not even 10 days later. I live by a creek. I called them to see if they would replace the packets and they did, and that kind of surprised me. I thought they would say, too bad too sad. They were very nice guys who came out, and they explained everything. They were very nice people. They told me that the $129 was supposed to be just for the outside. We talked about spraying and he told me why it wouldn't work because they were already in there. The extra money was for the poison packets that they put in the cellar. They wanted to put them in the stairs on top of my shelf but I said no so they did put them in the cupboards. Basically I paid for what the ad said for and when you do call, they do tell you that there is an additional fee if you want it done. They tell you what the money pays for which was the outside, and they told me to see if I would need to do the inside. I thought the price was a little high but when I talked to other people, they are right in the range of everybody else. I thought it was a little high but I would have paid even thousands as long as they get rid of that mouse under my cupboard. They were competitive with everybody else. I didn't shop around. I thought it was just going to be the $129 but it's no big deal. I didn't have any problem with it. They explained everything to me. They did everything they said they would, and the fact that they came back out a week later and replaced the packets. They might not cost them a lot but the fact that somebody was willing to help me. They could have said, too bad we were there once, that's all we do, but they did come back and replaced them all and they did work with my schedule. I work 2 jobs. I like the fact that they called before they came because they said that they would in case I wasn't home. I would probably call them because I've already dealt with them. I just didn't like the big mouse on their truck and the guy was laughing because he said, how did I know my neighbors don't have mice. They toured some houses down by me, and anything such as where they came from because I've never had mice.

They had to come indoors and place bait here and there. That was extra as stipulated when I purchased the service. I had contacted a few other exterminators for estimates and after all was said and done what I paid for this Angie's list service wasn't much different from the other estimates I received.

Service was great. Rep said to give it two weeks and never heard anything again.
