Description of Work: They were certainly nice, but we didn't end up using the deal. We self-treated but just didn't wait long enough to see the results. If we do need pest control help in the future I'm sure we'll use them, just based on the experience of trying to schedule and talking with them on the phone.

Description of Work: They were here on time, and I didn't know they had been till I found the invoice in the front steps. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I called Budget Pest on August 16, after purchasing the Big Deal for $399 for a Year of Pest Control. They were able to schedule an appointment with me the following week to look at our property, since we had found termite damage after removing paneling in the basement. Unfortunately, they could not honor the Big Deal for Termites even though they were not listed as an exclusion on the Big Deal voucher. I was a bit disappointed that they could not honor the deal; their customer service was polite and attentive and the estimator was informative and knowledgeable. The Big Deal/Service Providers should really make a better effort explaining the specific exclusions for the consumer. The estimate for Termite Treatment was $785.00 for a 1300 SF home with a Garage attached via breezeway. I have not made a decision on whether or not to hire them for our termite treatment (they were my first choice based on AL reviews)

Description of Work: Our cats brought in tons of ticks to our house. Budget came out within a day of calling and sprayed indoors and outdoors. Our house is practically bug free now and we are very pleased with the work done. They are going to continue spraying our house monthly, and we are happy to keep paying them for their professional services.

Description of Work: They put down rat poison bags indoors and outdoors. It went well because I never had to see the dead rat because the rat ate the poison inside the house then went outside to die (which also kills the whole family). Budget came back in one week and put down more poison. (No, I did not have to pay anymore money!) I checked the room a couple days later. The poison was not eaten. I plugged up the hole that the rat was using to come in my house. It is now several months later and the poison is still where Budget left it. Problem solved. yah! clap!

Description of Work: They graciously returned, despite claim that not required to do so, and re-did the entire job. Problem was that the stuff they used just did not keep bugs or other pests away. It just did not work.

Description of Work: I rated this service a "C" because I didn't get what I thought I was purchasing. I wanted my wooden decks sprayed against ants/termites; instead, Budget sprayed around the house's foundation for spiders and other non-specific insects. That would be fine, except I've never had a particular problem with those varieties. Also, it was scheduled to rain that same day--and it did. A hard rain. I'm not sure the spray survived. But the company did contact me in a timely manner, and the young man who showed up (on time) was friendly, etc. I just felt that since I made my wishes known, the young man had an obligation to say, "That's not what I'm going to be doing."
